Partner and I live nearby and are extremely happy regulars of Fadi's. I'm a fan of the Chicken Schwarma, which is second only to Phoenicia in Houston. The aioli is amazing, and I love the addition of pickles to it. It's super long and thin, and is always more than enough food for me even without any sides. Bf gets something different every time but is favorable to a potato side dish they have. We also both love their Greek salad. He's gotten multiple mains and is never disappointed. I doubt they remember us, but we see the same employee faces a lot and they're always very kind to us. I want to shout out especially the man I assume is the manager, who is here every time we come. I will always love Fadi's! Every time I'm near one. I'm going to one. Everything I tried was so good!!! I love the Dallas locations because it has spicy potatoes and spinach hummus which I love. I am not sure how this Restaurant gets four stars on yelp that made people don't know who Mediterranean the Pilates first we were there at least three years. Anything to give you options on platters. It has been a few years since we've been back. We tried it again as we were in the area. The food is absolutely flavorless, tough, the taste that it used to have no longer exists. This is the poorest Mediterranean food. I've tasted in a long time, and I would consider myself Mediterranean food snob. They do give you big portions, but big portions don't matter if the food doesn't taste good and is tough. We all try different proteins and felt the same way. We will not return. read more

I'm from Houston but live in Tennessee now, and unfortunately we don't have a Fadi's there. I came back to town for Father's Day to visit my dad and knew I had to have my favorite restaurant again. I even made my husband drive out of the way so we could come here, and they absolutely did not disappoint! I thought one of the dishes came with rice, but it didn't. When I mentioned it, the manager offered to get me some on the house. I still paid for it and left a tip because that was one of the kindest gestures. He even told me he'd make sure the tip went to his staff. Then, as we were leaving, he stopped us and told us to come back in and grab a drink on the house. That almost made me cry! The food was amazing, but the customer service was even better. Now I can happily drive back to Tennessee knowing I got to enjoy my favorite restaurant again. I read the Yelp reviews and decided to get the chicken kebabs, spicy humas with pita bread, and coriander potatoes. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would be pressed hard to say which was a favorite as I loved them all! The chicken was tender and I ended up using the mayo dip with both the kebab and the potatoes as it added a little extra I really liked. I can't wait to come back. The added paprika adds some nice heat. The falafel have a lovely crust. They are a little dry, but delicious when dipped in the hummus. They serve the falafel with some sour pickles and tomatoes. It's a beautiful display of all types and varieties of Mediterranean dishes. Just wanted a light snack, so ordered a pint of their baba ganoush. It was topped with paprika and olive oil and they let you pick fresh and toasted pitas to enjoy with the order. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I recently ordered two chicken shawarmas from the Frisco location for my mom, who just had heart surgery. I asked for a healthier preparation, but I saw them making it on foil over the stove using a lot of unhealthy vegetable oil. When I explained that this food was for someone recovering from heart surgery and should be grilled and clean, the manager told me, "We're too busy and need to do it this way." I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of years now. I finally took the time to make a visit, and it really exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is setup as a buffet. All of the food is prepared, and you tell the server behind the counter what you want, then they plate your food for you. There is a wide variety of salad options, sides, and entrees to choose from. All of the food looked hot and fresh. I ordered the Vegetarian Wrap with Brussel sprouts, and my spouse had the Lamb Gyro with the coriander potatoes, we both shared a side of hummus and bread. OMG... our food was packed with a delicious combination of flavors, and the meal was very filling. My spouse said the coriander potatoes were the best potatoes he ever tasted. The restaurant was clean, and on our Wednesday visit around 6pm, it wasn't very packed, which meant a short wait in line. I didn't encounter any issues on this visit; however, I felt the man who took our order and brought our food to our table could've been a little more friendly. The portions were more than generous and the food was simply the BEST I have ever eaten! The selection was perfect. I wish my stomach could have held more!
