The aioli is amazing, and I love the addition of pickles to it. It's super long and thin, and is always more than enough food for me even without any sides. Bf gets something different every time but is favorable to a potato side dish they have. We also both love their Greek salad. He's gotten multiple mains and is never disappointed. I doubt they remember us, but we see the same employee faces a lot and they're always very kind to us. I want to shout out especially the man I assume is the manager, who is here every time we come. Despite expecting a self service buffet, and instead it was more of a cafeteria style line. I'm happy to report that this restaurant definitely exceeded my expectation. There is a gentleman that provided excellent service. Your recognize him when you walk in the door with a salt, pepper, hair and beard. He personally brought us fresh bread to our table. Even gave me some garlic, mayo to mix with hot sauce. I will say this dinner tonight was a hit . Went today after going to a nearby service business for years and smelling the delicious aroma of Fadi's nearby. I read the Yelp reviews and decided to get the chicken kebabs, spicy humas with pita bread, and coriander potatoes. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would be pressed hard to say which was a favorite as I loved them all! The chicken was tender and I ended up using the mayo dip with both the kebab and the potatoes as it added a little extra I really liked. I can't wait to come back. The service was very helpful as I didn't know how to order takeout or that you help yourself to the bread. I'm from out of town and I had eaten here last visit. I needed to see if it was as good as I remembered. It is just a delicious as last time. The hummus is very smooth and silky. The added paprika adds some nice heat. The falafel have a lovely crust. They are a little dry, but delicious when dipped in the hummus. They serve the falafel with some sour pickles and tomatoes. The pickles are a nice touch. Get the zattar bread and or the puffed pita bread. Their bread is amazing!! The pita bread is light and fluffy and fantastic for dipping. Stopped in here today on my way through Frisco. I'm interested in coming back for a full enjoyment of all the foods they had lined up. It's a beautiful display of all types and varieties of Mediterranean dishes. Just wanted a light snack, so ordered a pint of their baba ganoush. It was topped with paprika and olive oil and they let you pick fresh and toasted pitas to enjoy with the order. The baba ganoush was creamy and smokey tasting, and is one of the best - perfectly prepared. The servers were super helpful and friendly. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I recently ordered two chicken shawarmas from the Frisco location for my mom, who just had heart surgery. I asked for a healthier preparation, but I saw them making it on foil over the stove using a lot of unhealthy vegetable oil. When I explained that this food was for someone recovering from heart surgery and should be grilled and clean, the manager told me, "We're too busy and need to do it this way." That response was very disappointing. I won't be going back again. The food was not healthy, even though it's called chicken shawarma. I've been wanting to try this place for a couple of years now. I finally took the time to make a visit, and it really exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is setup as a buffet. All of the food is prepared, and you tell the server behind the counter what you want, then they plate your food for you. There is a wide variety of salad options, sides, and entrees to choose from. All of the food looked hot and fresh. I ordered the Vegetarian Wrap with Brussel sprouts, and my spouse had the Lamb Gyro with the coriander potatoes, we both shared a side of hummus and bread. OMG... our food was packed with a delicious combination of flavors, and the meal was very filling. My spouse said the coriander potatoes were the best potatoes he ever tasted. The restaurant was clean, and on our Wednesday visit around 6pm, it wasn't very packed, which meant a short wait in line. I didn't encounter any issues on this visit; however, I felt the man who took our order and brought our food to our table could've been a little more friendly. Five star experience all the way. Wail, the General Manager, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He even took the time to get to know us a little despite how busy a GM is during business hours. He treated us as guests and not just customers, and we are incredibly thankful for his sense of customer service and satisfaction. Fadi's is yummy. They have a variety of proteins and a ton of awesome sides some of which are not listed if you try to order online so there is definitely a benefit to going there in person. Great selection of "healthy" food options, salads, vegetables, and kebabs. It is sort of tradition for my family that we visit once a week for sure. Kids love to eat there.
