It's a whole jalapeño stuffed with brisket and cream cheese, then wrapped in thick bacon, and it's every bit as ridiculous as it sounds in the best way. Grab a jalapeño cheddar sausage link and some mac and cheese on the side and you're set. The line can get long on weekends but it moves fast and it's worth the wait every time. There were many choices of meat. I chose choice ribeye. You order by the ounce here so I ordered 8oz. High quality meat for the price.
