Needed to reprogram one of my car keys that I found. I stopped by their store- they were upfront with letting me know that sometimes the dealers block out the key once they get cancelled but they were willing to try and even said that they would only charge if it worked ... I brought my own key fobs to have cut and programmed because my original key fob wasn't unlocking my door. Angela tested my original key fob and realized my battery was dying so she replaced the battery. I still got one new key cut and programmed for a very good deal and I also bought a few accessories. I ended up accidentally leaving one of my new keys there and Angela contacted me right away and she held it for me until I was able to pick it up. She even gave me a discount whenever I decide to have my second key cut and programmed. She was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. They have tons of different patterns of keys so I decided to have a purple house key made. She noticed that the angle of my key was slightly different than all the normal keys so she modified it a little bit and sure enough it worked!!!! It took me a couple of days to go pick up my extra key and when I got there, she was there and she gave me my key! The parking on the weekends when there's a game across the street is very hard, but they do have a small alley type parking lot. read more

The Key Crew was exceptionally helpful and helped me fix a stuck ignition for my 2004 Honda S2000. For a 20 year old car, it was about time to replace the ignition as I could no longer turn the key to operate the car from normal wear and tear on my key and ignition. I really appreciate Vlad's help as he probably stayed longer than he needed to because he didn't know my ignition was an earlier model push to start from Honda and the early 2000s that still required a key to turn the car on along with the push to start button. He spent extra time figuring it out until I let him know it was a push to start model. The Audi keys are apparently really fancy so the 6(!) other locksmiths I called were not able to help me...and the steal-ership wanted $1,100(!) to get me a new one (plus a week for delivery). He plugged his machine into my car and proceeded to try and connect but failed time and again, he tried to put the key fob into the training port and couldn't connect that either... 5 1/2 hours later he manager shows up and he can't fix what the first locksmith did to my car, so they call me and tell me they can't fix it and leave me without a key fob and with my Cadillac ATS dashboard lights inoperable locks inoperable, pretty much a dead car! Heed this warning fellow drivers... Do not, under any circumstances contact the the Key Crew locksmiths for any help, you will be left with nothing working. Stay away! Best place to go for key replacements. Very easy to deal with and they know exactly what they are doing. Although they couldn't program my Mitsubishi key because my specific model car they don't make anymore and Chrysler decided to make things difficult, they still cut my new car key for free since the the programming didn't work, and also gave me advice on how to possibly fix my manual door locks (which I did when I got home and it was a lot easier than I thought) thanks key crew! read more

After the tech gets there he was not informed what my request was and tried to charge me 275.00 for a job he couldn't guarantee nor could he tell me if this was going to fix the car.
