Came in the other day the staff was so friendly and the food was amazing! My fav is the cajun fries and the cajun shrimp with boiled eggs mild with a side of rice . The shrimp is so flavorful, so easy to peel! The vibe is very chill they always have the games on and the music bumping! The restrooms stay clean, and parking is easy to get in and out of. Even though it's a bug shopping plaza with a large superstore, there always seems to be plenty of parking . Staff is so quick to pick up the phone when you call and ask for current wait times and qhwn tou get here, you are greeted and quickly sat down. Nate and Tim have been our servers the last few times, and they're always so respectful and quick to handle any situation. Will keep coming back for sure ! Will keep coming with the gang for sure! Food was amazing! This is the 3rd location we've been to and I would say this is by far the best one. In the taste of the food and the service. Wonderful! The employees are so friendly and attentive. They all had smiles and were polite. We were seated right away, our waitress immediately came to us took our drink and app order. Calamari came out fast and straight away to ordering. We had 2 lbs. of shrimp head off, 1 lb. Of crawfish, double order of snow crab legs along with potatoes, sausage and corn and pita bread. Kickin' Style Mild. Wonderful flavor! Inside was smaller than the others we've been too but it was clean and organized. To be honest I liked the size better than the bigger ones. We will be back and glad it's close to the house. Got the shrimp without the head. I enjoyed the sea/beach decorations. The bathroom was well kept and the sink was outside of the bathroom area so everyone can see you wash your hands. When I saw that a location was now open in Montclair, I was excited! The location was not busy at all, and it's a bit smaller compared to some locations. Friendly staff for the most part. I ordered 1 lb of shrimp & 1 lb of frozen crayfish kickin' style in MILD. I also ordered some canjun fries. The shrimp were extremely overcooked to the point where it was mushy and impossible to peel off the shells. The flavoring was extremely sweet and overly salty. The fries were COLD and stale. It was not fresh at all. I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. Hopefully, it was just an off day. read more

The Kickin crab is our go to we love this place. We love the food and the ambience. It always has great service. I just wished that the prices would stop going up it used to be $20 for a pound of crab now a pound of crab is 50 ridiculous. You can get a pound of crab for $10 in the store so I don't know why they're charging $50 for it. read more

Great food, great service but 4 stars for being understaffed. Managers need to step up. Bathrooms were a mess, no TP, soap was broken. First time coming to this place! we live in LA but we visit my dad and mom here in ontario!! It was also my mom's first ever seafood boil & Food was so good! We are avid boiling crab goers but this place knocks it out of the park! On top of great food we got seated fast. Lastly our waiter Tim was awesome! Super friendly, very welcoming. He held conversation with us & made sure we were taken care of! It was honestly nice to know we went to dinner spent money on food we got to enjoy & that the waiter didn't hate his job. Adam was completely unprofessional & rude I had walked in and had requested a table they were too busy cleaning tables instead of sitting customers. Also Adam had a horrible customer service, super unprofessional, and none of the workers that were around care to make sure I got the table I had requested. Leah was not much help either once I spoke to her apparently she's a manager, but you can tell her she was just trying to cu be t off the conversation because obviously it was into their convenience. I used to come here a lot but as of tonight I am done going here now because the food is good, but it's just unbelievable. How long it takes somebody to be sat down when there's a bunch of tables sitting around clean there were too busy cleaning the dirty customers getting taken care of on top of that was getting walk-ins and would sit on right into any table, they don't have the best communication skills at this location. My favorite restaurant finally opened in town! Their first day open was 12/21/23 and they ran a 20% discount for the first day. I went in around 6:00pm to pick up a to go order and it was pretty empty but I did see a few cars show up as I was leaving. The food: potatoes were a bit overcooked as some of it was already smashed by the shrimp. The sauce consistency was also a bit more on the watery side vs thick but I still gave them 5 stars cause this was the first day open and I did order a togo order that I didn't pick up right away. The kicking style spicy was still 5/5! Only other interesting note- when I tried to order the sides (potatoes, corn & sausage) in its own sauce bag, they mentioned they either throw it in the same bag as your seafood or just served with no sauce at all. read more

OMG this place is so bomb! Just opened recently here in Montclair just south of the 10 off Central. Super convenient, huge! Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Upbeat vibe, with top 40 music bumping in the background, well lit and big roomy tables. Staff is super friendly and Noah and Chris did a great job. We got right in at 1pm on a Friday, the food was ready in under 10 minutes and OMG what a feast! Amazing delicious fresh snow crab, the garlic noodles are to die, the red rice tastes like something I've never had before... So delicious! Fried oysters were delish too! Only suggestion I have is for some unsweetened brewed iced tea for those of us trying to cut on the sugar :) other than that 5star A+ all-around!! read more
