I dropped off final payment Tuesday as requested so installation could be done Wednesday. The 2 installers were prompt, efficient & cordial. Right upon completion of installation one of the installers then asked to see the faucet I picked out. I ordered a single faucet unit. The sink had 3 holes - one for a faucet & two knobs. Clearly that wouldn't work. Thursday I stopped in to talk to Susan who was clearly annoyed from the get-go. I told her we had a problem. She immediately said she couldn't order another sink without charging us. I hadn't even suggested that. I went there looking for help with a solution. She said she had asked me if I needed an 8" spread faucet and that I said "yes." That is an outright lie. I don't even know what that means. She had to explain it right then & there. I did not tell her to order that. I don't like being lied to. She said I just had to live with the mistake. I wonder if she would live with it if it was her bathroom. She was not interested in the least in talking to me or helping me with a resolution. What she forgot was that we had told her we had a second bathroom to remodel and our kitchen after that. Guess where I will NOT be going. She just lost thousands of dollars of our business. It wasn't so much the mistake that upset me as much as her attitude. She did not care. Not a good way to do business. If you use them make sure "everything" is clearly spelled out in your contract. It was not noted at all on ours that "we" ordered an 8" spread. When you spend the kind of money we did, you want it right.

Every aspect of the bathroom cabinet with mirrored vanity was wrong…read more The base cabinet is poorly built and the wall mounted vanity does not have the mirrored door and the owner lies to us and tells us it is the manufacture's fault. That is when he does respond. The sink top came without notice, there was never any communication. Poor poor poor business. It has been eight months and we still have no mirrored doors.

I'd say the price is average for a lumber yard, but I really like the customer service and so far I've never needed something that they can't get. At this point, this is the only place I go for lumber. I have also talked at length to the guys in there about windows and siding options, though I haven't actually made any purchases of these thus far. They have a decent selection of stuff to look at in this regard, and varying levels of knowledge, but I've always gotten the answers I needed.

The following two weeks Vonnie bought in her contractors and did up some great designs and gave us some wonderful ideas. After delaying our kitchen remodel for months due to a serious illness I looked forward to finally getting my kitchen done. About two weeks from the start we went into the showroom to review the plans and go over the final quote - We were so excited I can't even begin to describe the immense disappointment when Vonnie so very proudly presented us with a quote that was 25 % over our budget. I was in total shock. In shock not just by the ridiculous quote I was just given but for the condescending way she spoke to us in trying to justify her numbers. Further berating us and telling us how insulted she was when I demanded our 250.00 design fee returned to us "I'm insulted that you don't even think my time to put this beautiful design together for you is worth that fee, if you find someone to do your kitchen the way you want it for that amount of money it would be crap" Well Vonnie - we also were insulted for the way you deliberately misled us -insulted you wasted our time without any regard to the situation you were fully aware of we were in.
