    Pastrami sandwich.

Great overstuffed sandwich! I had a pastrami with Russian and coleslaw, a couple of pickles from the pickle bar, and a Dr Brown's Cream Soda. My partner had a frank with coleslaw and a square kanish. Great food and very good service. The place is clean as a whistle with super nice people.

    Overstuffed pastrami on rye. $19

Wonderful full cases of various classics and mouth watering sides as well. On my first visit I had to try a pastrami on rye with the promise of a quick return to try the fried chicken which looked great, diet be damned. The sandwich pictured is the overstuffed version for $19 but a regular size is just $14. Staff were friendly and very pleasant. I'll be back soon, as it is walking distance for me, but not far enough to work off the calories I'm adding. Freezer full of soups and broths and more.

    delicious pastrami sandwich!

wow, i was really impressed with everything I tried at The Kosher Nosh! I've eaten at a lot of kosher delis, and this might be the best! Pastrami sandwich was amazing, and the noodle soup and baked knish were also great. I'll definitely be back!

This is a great addition to Cresskill ! Pastrami sandwich with sour pickles and coleslaw ! This is one of my favorite places to eat !

Food good. Soup good. I've had takeout several times and every order was messed up. They forget something each time.

Great modern vibes with ample seating, with tables that work for all group sizes. All of us were here for the first time and we asked if the appetizer sampler would be good fit and we're so glad we ordered it! It's a little bit of everything with plenty to go around (in fact, we didn't even fully finish it). Such a fresh and tasty way to start off the meal. For entrees we all ordered something different ranging from chicken kebabs, schnitzel, beef kebabs, and even the shawarma platter (which is what I ordered). All hits! We were too full at the end but they did have a small dessert menu. Definitely would come back to try something else next time!

So, when he recently suggested driving a good deal out of the way in order to sample their food for a takeout dinner, I still agreed. As he drove, I called to place our order for a large family gathering, and the woman on the phone did not miss a beat. She captured all of our requested items and customizations, ensuring that our meal arrived as expected. I should note that Zula required pre-payment for large orders to make sure that the food was collected. Agreeing to the lengthy excursion was not without its challenges, namely having to drive back with the heavenly food smells tantalizing us throughout the entire journey. When we arrived back at the house, other folks were still chatting, but I tore into the bag and tried to hand out the meals as quickly as I could in order to then indulge myself. My Chicken Breast Platter included the choice of two side dishes, one pita, and a small cup of tahini. In terms of the poultry, the two breasts were on the smaller size, but were lean, thinly-sliced, well-grilled, and flavorful. For the first side dish, I had the Israeli Salad, which was fresh, bright, and, thankfully, not too oniony. Secondly, the Moroccan carrots were a bit oily, but offered a nice heat and spice level. The fluffy pita was soft, gooey, and melt in your mouth tasty. In terms of the tahini, I opted for the standard variety, rather than the tahini amba with pickled mango. The traditional version was rich, thick, and acted as a great topping for the chicken and the pita. Lastly, I shared some of the large quart of Hummus, which was creamy, well-seasoned, and simply delicious. In fact, someone at the table thought it might have even been the best they had ever had, and I agree that it was certainly close! Everyone adored their menu items from Zula Grill, and we all agreed that we would definitely order from there again.

You won't be disappointed !!!! Other than this, everything else is ... ok with me hahaha as long as you get me the hummus !!! The Mozzarella sandwich is reasonably priced ($13) and I eat the open sandwich style and finish the other empty half with the hummus. Their dessert is actually really good too. The restaurant was in a train station, but they had painted and decorated it in a way that resembled the inside of a quaint old inn or a doll house. It was very charming! My relatives and I were seated at a comfortable table where we were greeted by our server, who was nice, but seemed a bit inexperienced. For instance, I tried to verify that the "Golden Tea" included milk, as I had assumed it was a turmeric latte. However, when I asked about it, our waitress was unsure and needed to go speak with the coffeeshop counter team up front to confirm. She came back and said that it would just be a cup of tea and that they were unable to put milk in it, though she could give it to me on the side. I found that so odd, but asked for a pitcher of warmed almond milk, so that I could add creaminess to the drink myself. The golden tea arrived with a cinnamon stick and two slices of lemon. It was soothing on its own, but I appreciated it even more when I added the milk. For my lunch, I opted for the Vegan Bowl, which included a base of arugula topped with eggplant, beets, avocado, grape tomatoes, radishes, walnuts, and four baked falafel balls. I asked for the tahini and lemon vinaigrette on the side. Each ingredient was very fresh, and the crispy falafel were some of the best and most flavorful I had ever had. It was a delicious and filling meal. We paid the bill and headed for the exit, which we had to get to by walking past their takeout pastry counter. Every item looked so tantalizing that I simply had to get something to go. I selected a chocolate chip cookie, and I was glad that I did, because it was great! It had crispy edges and a gooey center filled with decadent chocolate chunks. Overall, I thought Cafe Angelique was a perfect spot for lunch, and it offered such a vast and interesting menu that there really was something for everyone.

In the Bronx, what was once a bastion of Jewish delicasies, there are few if almost none left. Save for Liebman's, who is still carrying the banner and flying it high for delicious, high quality, old school, Jewish deli food. Katz' on the lower east side may predate this little gem by almost 65 years (Katz' incredibly opened their doors in 1885) but this place more than holds its own and for MY money, has tastier cuts of meat than the latter. The waiter service was quick, friendly and prompt by a few good service industry "old timers" and that lends even more of a nostalgic feel to the joint. The fresh cut fries are amazing and remind me of those thick, potato, French fries you used to be able to get on the Coney Island boardwalk from the random food places OTHER than Nathan's soggy fries. The meat is lean and well seasoned, the pickles are crisp and cold and even the COLE SLAW (which I almost never eat) was AMAZING here. Check them out, you absolutely will keep coming back.
