The two people behind the counter - incredibly friendly. No joke: I immediately took a ride over to Luigi's in Wood-Ridge to get all the other items that Bambino's didn't offer. I'm baffled how this joint 'won' when Bergen County has an abundance of much better places... Despite placing a large order, they REFUSED to provide or sell aluminum take-out containers for our staff to take home leftovers, offering nonsensical EXCUSES about styrofoam regulations and the cost of containers. Even after offering to pay, their refusal persisted. This lack of accommodation, especially during the holiday season, was UNACCEPTABLE and showed a glaring disregard for basic customer service. Overall, a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. I would NEVER go there again or recommend to anyone.
