I don't care I'm gonna write a bad review on every platform they got and if it's every day it's gonna be every day until someone get a hold of me because what happened on Saturday Saturday night nah now as many times as I went to that club and never had a problem with anyone I come to Dance and have fun but your security need training how I get hit with a bottle and I'm the one that got kicked out and when I told the security guard, he said he knows he saw it and still didn't do anything so when I saw still there and I did not care she got the beaten and then still had her in the club because everyone that I was with was still in the club they let her stay knowing for the fact she was the one that threw the bottle only because it was Latin night I don't give a care if it's African-American night hip-hop night you treat everybody with respect because the one that should've got kicked out with the one through the bottle and they should've been asking me if I was OK the one that got asked me deserved it and every day I'm gonna write a bad review about this club until somebody do something about that because your security guard even needs get fired or needs to go get some training. Both parties should've got kicked the out first of all. If they don't know how to do the job right they shouldn't be security Tell them to stop using a title high because they ain't cops they're just security and another thing is I was followed in there ever since I walked in that club, and don't even know why. read more

Not going to lie that I've been to Kress quite a few times and to be honest it's not that bad. There are three floors, one playing musica mexicana, another playing electronic/top 40 and the roof playing mostly hip hop. There's plenty room to dance and this is the closest thing to a club in Yuma. I wouldn't expect Vegas style clubbing but it fits Yuma. You'll find plenty of people just standing around people watching drinking Ultras. Yes, I was people watching the people that were people watching. Saturday night is the popular night at Kress. I've been on Friday and there is still an okay crowd but with less people. The energy is mixed I think partially because the DJ rocks sometimes random songs that don't transition the best. The drink aren't too bad and priced pretty fair. They also serve cubetas but I don't know the price. I think there is a VIP section, it looks okay. In my opinion the DJ on the roof is better but the roof is cold at night. Security has always been pretty cordial and the guy asks if it's alright to check my pockets. I know it's mandatory but the fact that he asks makes it seem less intrusive. I'm probably at Kress every other Saturday night and that'll probably be the case until I leave Yuma. If you bring the right people to a place like Kress and you'll have a good time. read more

For being the ONLY "club" in Yuma, it's not too bad. I docked some stars because of how dirty and hot it can get. Drinks have always been pretty spot on. Music is always poppin'. (My personal favorite is the Latin side) I have yet to experience reserving a table there, but overall I always enjoy my time here. read more

People will whine about anything and everything! I live in Phoenix but spend quite a bit of time in yuma. Listen, Kress Ultra Lounge is as cool a spot as any mid level bar/club in Phoenix. No its not as fancy as Scottsdale but has a great set up and multiple rooms for fun. The Lounge has its original architecture which gives it a charm and good vibe. Whether you want salsa, hip hop or even live jazz, this places fits your musical taste. Head up to the rooftop to take in the view and DJ's. Yes it can get young in there at times but that's any night spot. Long over due venue for Yuma ' s nightlife. Go enjoy! read more

My friends and I went there this last Friday night and it was great! Most of those friends and I had never been to a night club before. We were told about this place, so we decided to go to that one as our first experience. I was told by other friends that this place was bad, but I knew they had been to other night clubs and I assumed they may have been comparing them to those. Well, we went there, and we immediately went to the room with the Spanish songs. We loved the variety of music: cumbias, bachatas, some reggeaton (I don't know how to spell that word), and more. It was not crowded, or at least not on that side, and we were able to dance until it closed. We had an amazing time! I will definitely return and I may try the other side of the first floor, or the roof and later review those areas. So far, so good. read more

Been here a couple of times and almost all of those times have had a great time!! I believe her name is Leticia, sorry if I got that wrong but she is the tall security girl there honestly has been nothing but AMAZING to me and my group, when there we usually do reserve a table the server & manager that set that up are prompt and make sure your good. Hip Hop side is where it's at the DJ plays good music. Only issue I have is when some of the people that somehow end up getting into your reserved section, personally if I know nobody in that section way try and wiggle your way in, if you want some personal space get a table but whenever that happens security is quick to let them know they gotta go. So if your in Yuma and wanna let loose stop by, there is no cover!! and show up early it gets packed quick. read more

First time here in a few years, (came from out of town) was skeptical because of all the negative reviews but it was actually good. I had no negative interactions. In fact the security here was respectful and did a great job of deescalating situations. The bar tenders were attentive. However I'm reducing it to 4 stars because of the extended wait times to order drinks. I do think Kress should consider adding more bartenders. Overall it was great and I look forward to coming out here again whenever I am back in town. read more

This place is awful. I went there once. Shots of Jose Cuervo were $6.50 each and came in plastic cups. Not even sure they were full shots. Beer selection was awful. Atmosphere was awful in 2/3 areas. Pretty much seems like the place where everyone that wants to get super drunk and try to find a friend for the night. The Kress is one of the only spots to dance in Yuma, but aside from that there are better places to spend a night out. The music in Kress is beyond loud in all of their rooms, the bar staff is routinely overwhelmed making overpriced drinks with tons of ice. The woman's room also usually has a large line twisting out the door near one of the bars. The security on the doors will wand people and inform others that their is a dress code, however I have frequently seen people walk up, hug the bouncer, and walk in without being searched or made to adhere to the dress code. read more

Negative Stars is possibly. Security elbowed me in the face and I had a swollen lip. Was here for the first time with my girl and our husbands and my girl went to the bathroom and her husband waited outside for her and they kicked him out because he "tripped" or stumbled and kicked him out for that and then my husband ask why he was getting kicked out then they kicked my husband out and ELBLOWED me in the face. I confronted the dude and he said he HAD to punch me in the face and didn't offer my first aid or anything . Then I confronted the woman who apparently was the manager and she offered me a free drink and I told her that I needed water or ice for my face because I just got punched and my face is swallon she didn't apologize for anything just tried to cover it up. The lovely LOVELY brewery next door gave me ice and water and said they have heard awful things about the Kress and hear and see a lot of bad things and they were so nice to me. My husband then called the cops because they would give me the name of the guy that hit me. One cop was so understanding and said that they get this a lot theres nothing they can do unfortunately but they said that this happens a lot. I would not recommend this place ever my first experience was horrible and I'm never returning. read more

Security is way to aggressive. They will kick out a group girls for dancing to much (which by the way were not stumbling or were so drunk they couldn't get up) but the dudes that spilling drinks all over the place making a huge mess stay in. Wish this wasn't the only club in Yuma. Really disappointed on how the night transpired. In my opinion the staff they hire are looking for any small reason to kick people out or start fights. Apparently there is a dress code which is not listed on their website. Despite temps near 100 at 11:30 at night you can't wear flip flops, but of course you won't know this until you show up in flip flops and get turned away. read more

this is one of our favorite places to go. unfortunately their security is a problem, specifically with "zach". he initiated a fight; while on shift; with one of us. how is your job to prevent and deescalate conflict and you're yelling at us while we're leaving and initiating everything? i get you may have personal problems, but it's completely inappropriate to bring it into the workplace, while on shift, and 86 US because of YOUR own personal issues, literally following us down the stairs and yelling that you will fight us. this happened weeks ago and after speaking with the owner, we have not been allowed back due to their policies. after seeing this "zach" kid at other bars and seeing him getting into multiple altercations with other people, i think it's completely unfair. this kid is a problem. we will not be going back until he is fired. completely inappropriate. read more

Had a friend of mine go there for food, but at 800pm they were told to leave their seats, due to the club was setting up their VIP area, they weren't done with their food yet, bad management? She said the funny part was no body ever even sat in their seats. Why open a open area, then close it hoping someone will pay for bottle service. I DO NOT recommend this place. The managers are crooks and do not honor written contracts they have with their entertainers, paying only half of what was written in the contract. They are bullies and I would NEVER support a business with such dishonest people. They use their bouncers for intimidation for their own selfish purposes.
