Shortly after our first game, it got insanely busy. Tyler was literally running around- from addressing guests concerns, to running the front desk/getting people set up on lanes to running out food. We did end up having problems with our Lane but Tyler and the mechanic did what they could to get the problem fixed. When it still wasn't working, Ashley helped to get our situation fixed, apologized and gave us passes to try again another day. Even through the mechanical issues and food wait weren't fun and kind of frustrating, Tyler and Ashley left us with a great experience! We will definitely be back!

They've remodeled the interior, though there are still a few games I recall playing back in the day! My cousins kid opted for mini golf and had a great time, but this course hasn't changed at all and that's not a good thing. The design makes it easy for kids to knock their balls off the designated path, which our birthday star did several times. The water features weren't running and even the ponds were empty which ruins the view and pictures. After, we went inside for food and games. The kid was offered a red or blue slushie. He asked what flavor they were and was told they are both raspberry... he didn't like it. Raspberry is not typically any kids favorite flavor, they should expand on the options a bit. The pizza looked OK, it's about the quality you'd expect from this kind of place. They brought out a wheel and the kid got to spin for some free tickets, which he loved. They brought out a bowling pin as a keepsake for everyone to sign which is another nice touch. I'll give credit to the staff, the guy interacting with our group did a great job hyping up the kids. I didn't get to check out the other amenities such as bowling and go-carts so I can't speak on them, but I've bowled here before and enjoyed myself. In the fall they do a haunted house. I've never attended it but that's another thing to consider. Honestly if the mini golf course was in better condition I'd give them another star but the empty ponds with visible pipes was ugly and off-putting. That said this seems like a good way to entertain some kids for a day.

Back to Whirlyball this time for a private event I worked with their team to organize the event and…read morethey did a good job putting the program together we started downstairs with renting a court and a few bowling lanes. We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

Guy behind the counter this weekend - "the online price and sign behind the counter are wrong, it's $5 per game or $26/hour." (?) Either the kid working at night is padding his pockets or they change their rates on a whim. The worst part? He doesn't tell you you're being overcharged until you're paying at the end. It's a shame, my family and I just moved to Waterford and we love to bowl. It seems this place is being held hostage by an employee or two. We will be going to Alpine Lanes where it's $14 for two hours with shoes for Cosmic Bowling, as advertised.
