I have been a customer since Lash Bar opened. I feel the treatment is inconsistent and at times I do not feel valued. Customer service goes a long way. I also believe that gratuity is to reward for quality of service and hospitality because payment is normally rendered for the service offered. Yesterday, for the first time I was charged an additional $5 for using Apple Pay. Apple Pay doesn't charge a fee for use. If I had known that, I would have subtracted that amount from the tip. The lash options were explained very well and the process is nice and quick! I was in and out in 45 minutes. I've had my lashes done elsewhere and this has been my best experience yet. They provide you with a punch card at the end that gives you 20% off your second visit and 10% off your third visit which is awesome. read more
