Love love love love this place!!! I was having lash extension withdrawals due to COVID-19 and I'm super ecstatic that they reopen with restrictions of course! Like everyone else, you get nervous stepping foot outside during these uncertain times but i took my chances yesterday and I am glad I did. They took my last minute appointment(same day) and were willing to work with my schedule as well. I work in Las Colinas so they are always accommodating for my tardiness of a few minutes. They possess warm welcomes as always and make you feel comfortable while waiting. Even though I didn't wait long I was able to see that sanitation was taking place which was really appreciative. Everyone can say that they are sanitizing and disinfecting but to see it in real time is very comforting. It shows me that they care for their clients and workers as well. I booked with my girl Breanna and want to give her a shoutout. She has been taking care of my lashes for over a year. Immediately when I came in, she was finishing up with washing her hands and sanitizing which again is comforting and it shows the level of professionalism they have as a business. Even though I haven't seen her in months we picked up where we left off with our great conversations. If you're nervous about getting your lashes done don't be if you're going to The Lash Cove. The same hospitality is there now with cautious of course during these times. Facility has always look well kept up and clean but is now amped up with sanitation. My mom and I got eyelash Extensions as her gift for Mother's Day. She has short blonde eyelashes while mine are pretty long so I wasn't expecting much out of it but just be there to be with her. We did a thorough search for places online and it was between Amazing Lash Studio and the Lash Cove. We chose the Lash Cove and i'm SO glad we did. We called on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to be booked that same day, and at the same time. We purchased the promotional starter set (fantastic deal for only $80 compared to $100-200 at competitors). The building/interior is top of the line- beautiful, private, extremely clean. Vivian (the owner) and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The appointment was quick and painless (I literally could not feel anything). Once my mom and I left, we were shocked at how incredible each other looked. I was afraid of it being too drastic but they look so natural and good. We went next door to get our nails done and the lady I sat next to complimented me on them. I've been told my make up looks really good when I had absolutely no make up on at all. The eyelash extensions make a huge difference- even if you don't necessarily need them. If you are interested in eyelash extensions but don't know where to go... look no further. The Lash Cove goes beyond my standards in lash care needs. I've been a loyal customer for awhile now. Their lash technicians are thoroughly trained and educated and upon my first session there I learned my previous lash application, from a different salon, had been applied incorrectly. Not only were my lashes applied with horrible quality glue but too much of it was used by the former salon. Lash cove took the time to correct the mistake and since then has made me feel like a superstar with every visit! They really know their stuff and the salon is beautifully decorated, very sanitary, and everyone on the team is professional. I am consistently getting compliments on how pretty my lashes are. The Lash Cove is the best salon I have ever been to. This place is very clean, spacious, and beautiful. I've been coming here for over six years and would not go anywhere else. Prior to coming here, I tried many other salons and was not happy as I am very picky. I want high quality natural-looking lashes that look lushes and stay on. The technicians are professional and super skilled. The staff at the front are always friendly and professional. The technician I go to is amazing and very attentive to my needs. She makes sure to use the appropriate lashes to achieve the look I want. I get the LED lashes and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I get so many compliments everywhere I go. I've been getting my lashes done here for over a year and can't imagine going anywhere else! It feels like walking into a spa with how clean and calming the environment is. The receptionists are always very friendly when checking me in. All the technicians I've had listened to what I like for my lashes and made them look beautiful every single time! This place is amazing!! I've been coming to The Lash Cove in Arlington for over a year. Not only has my experience been fabulous each time, but my lashes look beautiful every time and they hold up really well between fills. Vivian does a fantastic job. She is very sweet and I genuinely enjoy talking with her. The place is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. I've never been treated with anything but kindness and respect by all of the staff. Amanda has been doing my lashes for about a year and a half now! I wouldn't go to anyone else! I've never been to anyone that can do a full lash set, and I literally not be able to feel them. Any other person has made them feel heavy, and uncomfortable. Every time Amanda does mine, I look like a whole new person! She gives you want you want, but makes it look even better than you're expecting! My lashes always last longer than they have with a previous lash tech, and she uses the best of the best products! I have been going to, Amanda for about a year. I had never had lashes put on and their location is great, for me. So...I thought I would try it out. Amanda was extremely helpful in helping me decide what style of lashes would be best. She asked me questions, showed pictures etc.. and I appreciate that. I have been going here for a little over a year now and I will NEVER go anywhere else because of their amazing prices + how long my lashes last. Even when I have had them on for a month with no fills people still compliment me on how good they look. As a college student I can't always get them done every two weeks as recommended but I can up to a month and a half if taken care of properly with them. This review is many many months overdue. Everyone at this salon is always so pleasant and right on point. I see Amanda, I've never once been disappointed, have had to ask her to fix something I wasn't satisfied with. I'd also like to add that I have small eye base & tiny thin lashes, she never gotten the adhesive on my lower lash line. I drive nearly an hour to get to Lash Cove.
