It's official, I'm in love with my lashes! All of my friends have them, but I was too chicken to do it... was afraid of my eyes getting glued together or looking like a hot mess with super fake lashes. Totally NOT the case! My lash tech was Lauren. She was super sweet and explained each step as she was doing it to help me feel at ease. She was friendly and chill. She was easy to talk to, the time flew by. Lauren made my lashes look amazing and so natural! They're perfect! I get compliments on them all the time. I already booked my fill with Lauren so that I am sure to get her again next time. Pros- the staff was courteous and professional and the environment was comfortable and clean Cons- Pricey, they don't have the 3D lash extensions if that's what you're looking for and my lashes fell out three days after application My first visit was October 22nd and Breana did my lashes. They were a little bit too thick and they resembled strip lashes so I wasn't very impressed but the overall experience was okay so I had no complaints at the time. Three days later about 75% of my lashes fell out so I called and Breana agreed to refill my lashes. She said they fell out because of the soap and/or lotion I was using on my face but I've had my lashes done several times before and I've never had this issue. Also, when I had called to schedule my refill appointment the clerk mentioned that I was the FOURTH person that called this week with the exact same problem so I doubt it was the facial wash or lotion but I agreed to use something different. October 27th I had my refill and Breana put on thinner lashes so they would look more natural. I liked them much more than the first set so I was happy with the results BUT once again three days later (today October 30th) almost all of my lashes are gone. I used Johnson's & Johnson's soap and lotion for my face which was recommended by Breana but it did not make a difference. Like I said, I've been getting lash extensions for about 6months and I've NEVER had this problem before. I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to get their lashes done here unless you want them to fall out in a few days. read more

This is the second time I've done gotten the lash extensions done and the first time was at another salon. They did a good job but it was too far away for me. So I found Lash Loft online and decided to try it out. I spoke with Patrick and he worked with my schedule and booked me for a later time and told me they would take off my old lashes for free for my new set. I booked with Lauren and she was super sweet. Absolutely awful customer service!! I'm getting married in a couple months and I really want eyelash extensions for the wedding. About a month ago I made an appointment to get a full set of lash extensions and then life happened... I got strep throat. Between the doctor's office and trying to recover, I forgot to call and cancel my appointment that day. I completely understand that this was inconsiderate of me, and I wish I had been of sound mind to cancel. Fast-forward and I decided to book another appointment. The next day I received a call from Breana saying she was calling to confirm my booking for later that week. She then went on to say that my client profile shows that I was a no show appointment so I "have till either tonight or first thing tomorrow to call back or she is cancelling my appointment". There was no concern as to why I might have not showed up the last time, and no chance for me to explain myself. First thing the next morning I called. No one answered. I got a voicemail later from another associate saying that she needs my credit card info and that Breana needed to talk to me about scheduling (this was all said in a VERY rude tone I might add). I was worried that the pissed of Breana would try to charge my card for the strep throat no show, so I cancelled this appointment too. I can't attest to how the quality of their service is, but if it's anything like their attitudes, I made the right call cancelling. I was not about to spend that much money on something that 1) is only going to last for a couple weeks and 2) was going to be performed by someone that can't calm herself down enough to call me to confirm an appointment. read more

I continue to be impressed by the Lash Loft and the gals who work there and I will never go to another place to have my lashes done if I can help it. I have been getting my lashes done for three years now, so I have had the chance to shop around the metroplex to find the best shop and in my opinion Lash Loft is it. From my first interaction over the phone with the owner to the bi-weekly appointments I've had now for over six months, I have been nothing but pleased. My first phone call was a direct result of a few poor experiences with another place/technician in town. I was being over-charged, moved around in regards to appointment times, and my requests concerning lash length, thickness, and end-result were ignored. I had become entirely unhappy with the results I had consistently been paying and tipping well for, so I sought other options. After doing my research I had narrowed my choices down to two shops. I called up to Lash Loft and Lauren (the owner) not only answered the one thousand questions I had, but was polite and informative in doing so. She was not accepting new clients at the time, but agreed to take care of my lashes anyway because of my concerns and disappointments with the other place's work, and squeezed me into her schedule the very next day. Since my first appointment, I have always left the shop with the result I want and feeling prettier than ever. My schedule is entirely restrictive and Lauren is always willing to work with it-- even willing to see me at times she doesn't normally schedule or getting me in next day with any of the other gals (who I promise are all just as fantastic as Lauren). I leave the shop, regardless of who has done my lashes, happy with the job well done. I have never had issues with my requests being ignored (no matter how lavish I want my lashes to look), scheduling, pricing, adhesive, or overall experience. The shop is in my favorite neighborhood, easily accessible, and boasts an awesome interior and music selection. I am always so at ease at the shop that there have been several instances that I have fallen asleep on the table; probably doesn't help that they give you a pillow and blanket. I honestly can't say enough good things about Lauren and the rest of the gals at Lash Loft-- so much so that I had to yelp about it, and we all know how we feel about people who write shit on yelp. Lauren has done my lashes for 3.5 years now! It's crazy for me to think that. I followed her over to her new place when it opened. I highly, highly recommend her work. She does the best job, hands down. When I've gone to other places, I leave with lash extensions glued on to other extensions and it creates a clumped look. Lauren is meticulous in her work and makes sure each lash is individually placed. This helps them last longer, not hurt, and look amazing and full. They sure do an incredible job. The first time I came here I left feeling fabulous- I was recommended from my hairstylist to get my lashes done by Rickie Tapia- man she was awesome! The one time when my eyelashes fell off too soon she invited me back and didn't charge me for the set - that is what I call incredible client service. I would not recommend this place for lash lifts. I have had plenty of lash lifts done in the past and I have NEVER experienced what I did here. First of all, it took around an hour and a half. Typically my procedures have taken 30-45 minutes so I am not sure what took so long. Also, following the appointment, my eyes started burning so terribly to the point I could not open them without searing pain. I could not see and was standing at the counter in tears worried I might lose my vision. This then lead to them having to rinse my eyes out and therefore, cancel out the perm and tint that I had done. So I basically sat there for an hour and a half to get nothing out of it. Again, I have had my lashes done before so I do not think it was my eyes. This salon was also not as friendly or clean or calming as others I have been to. It felt like a tattoo parlor- there was no privacy- and the technician did not speak to me besides to say hello. After rinsing my eyes out, I went to the restroom and when I came back my technician had left the building out the back door. No goodbyes or sorry or anything. I was getting this done for my high school graduation and now my eyelashes will be ruined for that! read more

Don't book it, don't pay for $50 deposit. I am begin to question is this place still in business, or they are just a scam, taking $50 deposit and not intended to provide the service. The staff (I spoke with all of the girls) and the owner, Preston, are all unprofessional, aka talked to me like I am stupid over the phone and very inconsistent about their policy. The one thing odd about this place is that once they take your $50 deposit, you probably going to experience some obstacles along the way to get your lashes done and turns out it's the "policy", therefore losing your $50. I am not going to rant about the whole story here (Me and my girlfriends were late, then it's just drama afterwards). Save yourself money and time, and go do your lashes somewhere else that the door is actually not locked during business hours. read more

My lashes look great but the sanitation there was beyond words. I am a well trained and licensed esthetician and believe that, in the beauty industry, It's the little details one should look for in a facility that show regard for sterility and sanitation such as dirty finger smears on the technicians hand mirror, lashes laying all over the place on the bed in between clients, dirty pens at the counter, dirty smears on the fridge in the break room area behind the counter and worst of all, the front desk guy coming up to your technician while she is doing your lashes and your eyes are closed asking her to take a call to another client. The pen at the counter with which they gave me to write out the paper work was so nasty that I actually threw it in the trash myself and felt as if I needed to wash my hands after touching it myself. I am also very picky about having to lay on the same blanket who knows how many people have laid on before you. Blankets need to all match or appear to look replaced and new between every client. I am in no way O.C. but I am a master esthetician who has worked for doctors and for myself in Dallas and there is NO excuse for lack of awareness for clinical cleanliness in the lash industry! This place is so close to my home so I am really disappointed that the technician wasn't cleaner. Long nails on the technician is also very unsanitary. A lot of bacteria lives behind long nails that gel sanitizer cannot reach! Granted she did have her gel sanitizer there but the dirty hand mirror at the end was a serious deal killer for me. As I said, my lashes look great and she spent an extra hour on me which I am so grateful for but I don't think I will ever return because that place is about as far from clinical as the bathroom at McDonald's and when you have someone messing with your eyes, it's something to think about! read more

I recently had a bad experience in the past with another lash place. I love lash extensions and was really upset i couldn't get them. A friend told me about Lash Loft, I made my appointment and saw Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. I was nervous because of the past experience so i kept asking her questions about lashes etc. She was so knowledgeable, i felt extremely comfortable. I showed her a picture of what i wanted, i opened my eyes and it was exactly what i showed her.
