This new nail shop is very clean and customer service is fantastic! I took my cousin for her birthday here to get mani/pedi and I got my nails done. We walked in around 6:30pm on a Saturday and I like their store hours since they are opened later than most places. You are offered non-alcoholic complimentary drinks. You can havr alcoholic drinks if you want as well. My nail tech Nathan had us laughing the whole time! He did a great job and my cousin and I are very happy with our nails! Will be back :) read more

Great customer service and pedicure! I followed Kadan here to this location and he recommended someone just as good as he was. Laura did my nails and did a great job! I recommend. I have really bad feet and engrowns - sorry the truth and they clean them up and don't hurt! I tip extra bc my feet are so bad and I'm sorry but not every pedicure location can do a good job. It's a far drive for me but I come and visit them when I can or go to their sister location. read more

This was my first time here and I will most definitely be coming back, best salon I've ever been to. Staff was amazing, kind, friendly, served me a pina coloda while getting my nails done. Absolutely obsessed with my nails. The shape is perfect, the colors are so soft and flattering, and the glitter is blended beautifully. Everything looks clean, even, and professionally done. No lifting, no bulky spots, and the cuticle work is on point. They took their time and made sure every nail looked flawless. I've gotten so many compliments already. I just got the BEST massage during my pedicure with Thy and I have no reason to go anywhere else for a pedicure, nor get a pedicure from anyone else. It was my second time going to this nail salon the first time I loved my service getting a polygel new set on my natural nails. Very natural looking and to my standards of looking clean and precise. This time I go again for a refill on my set being 4 weeks old and requested a polygel refill and making me seem stupid that they don't offer it and having to resort to a builder gel refill. Which a nail tech would know that poly gel and builder gel aren't the same consistency. Being that I'm in the military and have to have clear nails the consistency between polygel and builder gel where it began and ended left a different consistency and looking like " gaps". My nail tech kept forgetting steps to which I wasn't rushing her or anything I was simply watching a movie on my phone and letting her take her time. Once my service ended I could tell something was off because my tech and someone else were talking about my nails and offering a coat of gel a couple of times I guess to fix their mistake I said "no thank you" being that I have to be in regulations and paid. While sitting on my car looking at my nails I knew it would bother me looking at the gaps so I had to resort to getting a coat of gel again idk what happened but it came out so bulky with tons coats of gels to cover up their mistakes the filing of my nails were messed up being that I get square for my natural nails however some of them needed up being rounded, misshaped ,and lumpy what it looked like I had fake acrylic nails on and my natural nails were suffocating and heavy. I had to go to a different nail salon to fix everything they did to feel satisfied and happy not weighed down by my nails. read more

We love Nini's for so many reasons. Here are just a few. 1. They listen to what you want. I requested "pearl" nails because I was going to the beach for vacation & "wanted my toesto look like pearls in the sand" Nathan & Nancy nailed it!!!! ! If you want the worst experience, come here! I have been to many nail salons but I have never been to one as rude and unfriendly as this one. Her name is tammy and she came in to get two extensions and a gel manicure. Look at my pictures! She didn't even put a top coat on my thumb nail and she has no technique to apply the polish evenly! Also the extensions are really uneven because of the polish. Then she ripped my cuticles off and poked my nail and skin! Then she said no she was sorry and said my nails were growing weird! This is ridiculous! She is really rude! My day was ruined because of her! read more

I called ahead of time to get a color change and I was told $10 for regular, and $20 for gel. I get there and get gel. She does some shaping and filing. I go up to pay and now the price changes from 20 to 25 because she charges me for shaping. Don't tell me it was going to be extra or even asked if it was okay. I already had a 5$ tip for her, but I guess that ate it up. I hate when shops switch up the price, I was going to come back because I like the quality, but never again. I went with my male friend. I was able to get in right away. Everything went well until I noticed my big toe was crooked. When I asked the nail technician if she could even it up, she said it was even. I pointed out where it was raised on one end, and she said she would fix it. She didn't. I told the receptionist and the nail technician and the receptionist went back and forth in mandarin, so I couldn't understand; however, the nail technician ended up walking away. The receptionist was embarrassed and said that she would fix my nails - did not offer any type of discount. I politely refused the correction in fear that it would be even more crooked after the fix. In this area, there are nail shops on every block. I will find a nail shop dedicated to creating a good customer experience instead of giving pushback. The pedicure for my friend was unsatisfactory as well, but I didn't realize after leaving the nail shop. I won't be back. read more

I got my nails done today & the tech was extremely rough and rude. During my pedicure and she ripped into the sides of both of my big toes where they both bled. After I saw they were bleeding I told her I would rather not do polish because they are an open wound then she started trying to yell at me and once I stood firm on my decision she started laughing. It's sad because I used to love this place but now I'll have to make sure I tell my friends and family to stay away. read more
