I really enjoyed conversation with the Lash Artist who assisted me. I am satisfied with the look of the lashes, although I need some adjustments on my next fill. Note: It's best to research "who" has experience doing lashes. I had a very painful experience with tape being applied directly to the skin under my eyes. Tech offered that option so I wouldn't need the patches to fasten down lower lashes. Well....when the lashes were done, the tape would NOT come off from under my eyes. It's like it was glued on. It took a long time for it to be pulled off, and my skin was extremely red and puffy (tech said, "actually, it's pink"). I'm continuing to have sore skin under my eyes, and it has been close to 24 hours. Long story short--they're such nice people, but clients--do your research. I found in very little time with Google that "tape" problems are one of the items that cause clients discomfort. I can assure you I had anxiety, stress, and discomfort---and am continuing to have some. I'm updating this review: There should have been serious follow-up help from the tech or the owner of this business. I hope the owner, who owns several of these shops and is definitely an amazing entrepreneur, takes note. read more

Victoria is a beautiful human being first and a fantastic lash stylist to boot! I've never had lashes last as long as hers. She is honest, artistic and professional. Another thing I appreciate about your salon is the friendliness and welcoming demeanor of each person, from support staff to the artists. The eye lash service was fine, very expensive but fine. The club they want you to join is hard to understand. The permanent make-up for eyebrows was extremely disappointing. Gave the technician a photo of desired look which was a feathered style in a color close to my hair color. Instead she did a heavy block style in black. I'm leaving a 5 star rating because Debaj deserves 5 stars. I've gone to The Lash Lounge twice, both times I had a full facial threading, brow tint, and lash lift and tint with Debaj. I was thrilled with the results the first time, but there were a few things I wished she had done differently with my brows (just a matter of preference and it was due to a lack of communication on my end). So the second time, I told her about the little things I wanted her to do differently. She was so kind and patient and totally heard me. She executed my vision PERFECTLY, and my brows turned out exactly how I wanted them. And just like the first time, my face and lashes looked amazing. She is great and I'd highly recommend going to her. If you can communicate what you want, she'll make it happen for you. The lash lounge itself would get 4 stars from me. It's pretty expensive, and it's not a super welcoming or calming atmosphere. I shouldn't have known that another customer's card declined with how far away I was sitting. On January 2, 2025, my daughter and I entered the Lash Lounge. Upon my daughter learning she was to see Debaj she expressed concern as Debaj had previously scratched her eye. (My daughter also has (((EPILEPSY))), and when I approached the desk to remind them of this and explain the concern, I was met with disdain and a complete lack of concern. We informed them in person that we would not be staying for the appointment, were okay with being charged for that day, and would not return for any further appointments until our regular provider, Farah, was back from vacation. I was told her first availability was the 9th, and my daughter was scheduled for January 11th, so there should have been NO appointments on the books for us before the 9th. Obviously, there was an error here, and we were double booked. Why would we be in on the 2nd, 5th, 9th, and 11th? Someone here intentionally left these appointments so that they could charge us. Even though I explicitly stated in person that we didn't want to see anyone but Farah, my service received by the Debaj was awful!!! She stretched my lid, and I expressed discomfort. She refused to remove the tape and utilized the incorrect lashes length. They have now charged me for the 2nd, 5th, 9th, and 11th, even though we shouldn't have been charged that many times!! read more

Flattering not flashy or visibly noticeable lashes is what I asked for... I've gone to 4 lash extension salons. First was very unprofessional & insisted on mega volume despite what I wanted. It was very expensive & a loud environment. 2 was great but the pandemic hit. 3 was mediocre. All gave me lashes that clouded my eye sight & made everyone ask "where do you get your lashes done?" Lash Lounge introduced me to Andreya. She nailed it. My lashes are longer & fuller without clumpy mascara. They look so natural (what I wanted) that after several visits no one has asked me about my lashes. They've cut short my makeup routine and I'm a minimalist that usually relies upon moisturizer, mascara, eyeliner & lip gloss. Today I subscribed to the monthly plan to cover twice a month refill. I've been getting my lashes done back home in hawaii for 2 years. The brand of lashes she uses were soft and super light weight. Here, I got the classic natural fill. The lash is kind of like fake eyelash, rough feeling. Both eyes had sparse filling at the ends. The overall look is beautiful but if you look up close then you can see the flaws, it looks as if you missed a fill. The artist who filled me was kind and professional and gave amazing suggestions. She measured out my lashes to make sure when I say "short," that it is a little longer than my natural lash length. Location: in a very cute little apartment complex type of community. Parking is rough, you're competing with the other businesses and residence Service: professional, kind, and they really take care of you. I rate this place a 7/10. Girls at the front counter were sweet and engaging, the girl who did my lashes was obviously newer but did a good job... however I paid for volume lashes and got classic (my natural lashes look the same with mascara). Biggest disappointment was the manager I spoke with the following day... They have several levels within each of the classic, hybrid, volume. And several different stylists at different levels that charge different prices. Nothing is consistent and it is overpriced. You can get better deals, service and quality on Groupon. My Hybrid lashes (1st time client "deal" at $169 plus tip with a junior stylist (so the least experienced)) look like classic lashes. There r gaps between the lashes, the ends flipped down instead of up, and tape hurt my eyes for 2 hours. They knew I wasn't pleased and let me leave that way encouraging me to come back and pay more at a different time. Worst lashes I've ever had and super overpriced. I've been here before - probably 6 to 8 times - I even joined the monthly club. Today I go in to get a full set & it was a new gal (new to me) / she said I had a bunch of makeup on (I don't wear any makeup but I did curl my lashes) she argued w me & started scrubbing my lashes w cleaner - I again told her no make up - she was rude and basically called me a liar. I asked for a different tech if she was going to be rude. She got up in a huff & came back 10 min later & told me to gather my things - like I'm in 1st grade & in trouble. The gal at the front desk said the tech told her my lashes are too sparse (maybe after she scrubbed the crap out of them). I asked to speak w the owner as again I've been here several times w another tech (never an issue - NEVER). I was told by front desk that I couldn't have the owners info & that she was out of town anyway.... I left - I'll never go back - Lashes are not cheap & I tip well - probably spend over 200 a month - so to be treated so rudely was beyond. I'll take my business elsewhere.... Where there aren't rude technicians.... Who lie to cover their rudeness. The owner needs to train these gals to be respectful to customers. Prices are inconsistent. The back of the owners business card says a cheaper price than posted. Then they didn't honor the price on the back of his business card.....why have them out?
