I mean, the nerve of me!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Even if you're a longtime client, trust, she'll turn on you too, for reasons that will likely be unfathomable to you as well. I normally don't post negative reviews like this but, instead of DISCUSSING whatever her issues were with me, she just took me off her books, Blocked my number, and Blocked me on social media... what, are we 5th Graders? I have screenshots of my very civil attempts to communicate with her via text, just in case anyone wants to see how immature and unreasonable she can be when it comes to resolving issues. She left me no other option to air my grievances. As I believe "it takes a village" I also want to warn others away from a potentially very negative vibe.

I have done at least 8-10 lash lifts before in my life, (at other locations) so I am familiar with requires aftercare and how my lashes respond. It was also much more expensive than other places I've been and there was an up charge for a "senior stylist". However I live in north county so location was why I wanted to try this spot out. Ive reached out to them in which they offered a fix however per my research, processing my lashes just days later would actually just damage them.
