this place is horrible! I paid $63 for a service service was originally $35 they upcharged me then stole $10 from my bank account

Tracie is the owner. Her attitude is the worst. She overcharges for simple little things now that they have alcohol. Sometimes the employees are drinking instead of doing nails it smells like smoke because all the employees smoke in front of the business with the door open. Come in smelling like cigarette smoke. Tracie is not the best Nail Tech and they do not do very good eyebrows. A lot of the chairs do not work properly and they are rude to their employees and then there's always a older guy they're sleeping. read more

I am highly upset with their services at the Lash and Nail bar. I got a pedicure with gel polish. My gel polish came off the same day I got them done, which was Saturday, October 19, 2024. I came back into the shop on Monday, October October 21 to ask them can they fix my nail that was really weak and my toenail after it only been two days they told me that my toenail was fine as well as the weak fingernail. I am very hesitant on anyone doing my nails. Nails are a commitment, so if someone botches them, you're stuck with 'em for at least 2 weeks. This place is low-key & delivers PHENOMENAL results! Wouldn't suggest coming here for nail removal. Had gel powder extensions connected to my natural nail and went in explaining I needed them soaked off...After waiting my turn one of the nail techs started with buffing the nail (which is normal) and followed that with trying to clip and rip it off...I tried to let him know I wanted to soak them so as to not damage my nails but I'm assuming there was a language barrier because he tried to continue to pry it off so I took my hand back and left to get them removed from Nail Illusion down the street. read more

No one was in the shop which should have been a red flag but I thought maybe I lucked up and was going to be served without having to wait! Bigg mistake walking into this place! I normally am a" l will deal with it" type person buttt I could not walk out that shop with my nails still looking like I need a fill in...I requested for my nails to be redone because there was so much space in between my nail and my cuticles! She redid my nails as requested and did a horrible AGAIN.. the second time my nails were uneven and the polish (which was gel) was caked on my nails and it was lumpy. I requested for someone else to do my nail..he completed my nails and you will see in the picture below the final results...the lady that did my eyebrows was spitting grapes seeds in her hands and the man at the front was digging in his nose and sneezed in his hand! If I could give this place a zero, I would!....This was the nastiest nail salon that I have ever walked into. When you first walk up on the outside, there is a garbage can with overflowing garbage. Inside....the waiting area chairs are extremely filthy. The floors in this place were even filthy. A government official needs to visit this establishment and shut it down before someone picks up a staph infection!!!! read more

I went to this establishment for the first time for SNS dip powder. Nice and spacious space. I arrived and was seated to start the SNS process. Once the old polish was removed, I was given the SNS color wheel to choose a color but the colors were very limited. I didn't see the color I wanted but there were colors similar. I was reluctant to continue but my nails were already stripped of color. I decided on a color that was suggested by technician but when I was driving home(daytime)I wasn't satisfied with the mustard color compared to my original 14k gold color. My nails were not the same length, uneven (lumps) and not smooth because I snagged my clothing. The SNS dip powder didn't completely cover my nails so, there's white spaces on my nails. I went back the following day to get a color change. I arrived and was told it would cost me $27 but, would give me a discount for $20. Their website stated customer satisfaction guaranteed but I was not a satisfied customer. I refused to pay an additional 20.00 after spending $50+. Be sure to check the colors available before starting the process. I regret the color and spending the money so, I went to the beauty supply store next door to buy polish for $2.00. read more

This nail salon is very unprofessional and takes advantage. I've been going there for 2 years and yesterday when I went they over charged me. They have a sign in the front that says eyebrows for $8 and on the sign they give you it says $37 for a pedicure and $35 for a manicure if paying cash. The old lady charged me $39 for my pedicure, $35 for my manicure and $10 for my brows. Lying saying she gave me a discount. It's dirty and unkept there. I will not be returning there anymore to be upcharged. Stay away!! Go elsewhere!! read more

I defiantly would not recommend this place. First when I walked up to the place, a man stood in front of the door to where I couldn't get in and asked me what I wanted . I went for a polish change as was charged more than I would pay at another nail salon. The man who painted my nails rushed and they look very messy. I could've done this myself. I'm sorry I have to give this place one star because the lady that did my pedicure was very nice & kept asking me if it was good. The massage felt amazing... BUT I paid for a 50 minute pedicure that lasted every bit of 30 minutes... That was my first issue... Now on to the big problem, the lady that did my manicure rushed it.. Really rushed it. So much that she cut me & here I am 2 days later still in pain. I didn't get any warm towel or any real care of the hands at all. I was very disappointed I could've just gotten a full set (my usual) but I wanted to care for my hands, cuticles & nails. That was pointless... Smh I won't be going there anymore...... read more
