I wound up with a charcuterie-esque combination of sour dough that included a creamy cheese smear along the inside of the dish, a prosciutto-like ham, and the most unexpectedly delicious bowl of warm, smoky carrots in a romesco. Not a drop got left behind thanks to the sour dough. Whatever music was playing in the background, added to the swanky vibe.
