Worst drop off experience of my life. The owner seemed nice, but told me the wash& fold was 1.85 LB. I dropped off 20 pounds, and had to pay over $50! Total. Rip off. And they also made me pre pay. Don't come here on a hot day. The attendant has the fan on the lowest setting it's 100 degrees and on top of that i wasted 30 minutes on a bad dryer so i have to sit in this hot place even longer. They also changed the loyalty program and made it harder to get your free wash. This is my last time coming here. read more

I did their fluff n go service where they wash and fold it for you. It was available to pick up one day later. I never use a laundry service and this felt like a treat. Everything was neatly folded and the socks were all paired together. It's great if you need to get a lot done at once. I think it was like $1.79 per pound. It was a great option to use if traveling and you need your clothes done. I noticed they have a pick up service as well . They have a small parking lot out front and I had no problem parking in the lot. read more

This is the only laundry mat that I have used since moving back to San Diego six years ago and never had a bad experience until last Thursday, 3/12/26. The young lady working at the North Park location named Angela was extremely rude and combative when I asked for assistance regarding a washer that was not functioning properly. She was dressed as if she just awoken and seemed inebriated. I want to a different Wash n Go location and was told that there have been complaints about her from people who have come here instead. I simply asked her for assistance, and she asked me "Why was I being rude to her?" I was dumbfounded! Never using the North Park location again! read more

0/10 HARRASSED by the UNFRIENDLY RUDE employees before close. The one cleaning up yelled "10 minutes left I DONT CARE!" the other two just laughed at that remark. We were already there well before the last call for washing at 9 pm and had already spent $35 to reload our reusable wash card which was quickly spent at the washers and some dryers. While drying my spouse was approached directly this time (before 10 pm closing time) by the cleaner and this time directly told us that we need to get out. I explained that we were already finishing up and we were only waiting for some garments that were not thoroughly dry so we had to spend roughly $6 extra just to finish drying on making the total $41 just to be told to shut up and they would lock us in there. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone that spends their hard earned money to be treated this rudely when not even closed. Take your money somewhere else. Im sure Patrick had the same employees that we had after reading some of the other experiences. If you truly take these reviews seriously (like you claim you do to everyone else that leaves a truthful BAD review) you should ABSOLUTELY RETRAIN the rude lady's that are the face of the business driving your customers away. This place doesn't pay my bills so I'll just take my business elsewhere. However I used the 8 load washer and the dam soap didn't dispense costing me an additional 10 to wash. There was no attend to help me or refund me my money. I go at 6 am and it is always clean and fresh. They are all sizes of washers and large dryers. I feel safe at this locoation.

Initially, my husband and I thought we'd found the perfect laundry locale: closer to home than the last, in a large, brightly-lit and well-maintained location. Sure, parking is terrible, but we always managed to find a spot when we arrived. They have plenty of washers and dryers, and there's an attendant on-hand the entire time they're open. They offer free soap and WiFi, and seem to do a good business on their fluff and fold side. Their machines have card readers built in, as well, which is a nice bonus for those who don't want to have to go through the extra step of getting out money to have it changed over to quarters. But on our third visit, my husband had to help one of the attendants chase down a guy who randomly walked in and took blankets out of a dryer. The blankets had been sitting there the whole time we were there, but it clearly wasn't his laundry, and he didn't listen to the attendant when she tried to stop him (nor was she equipped to stop a person on her own). Luckily there just happened to be a couple police officers dining at the Mexican restaurant next door, so they were able to get them involved, but that incident left a bad taste in my mouth. Our next visit we were folding our clothes next to a couple who were in the middle of a very loud, very curse-laden discussion for the entire 45 minutes that we stood there. There were small children around and one parent asked them to be a bit more respectful, but they were ignored. I do like the facility and most of the staff, but we won't be back. I'm not going to lie, this is the best laundry mat I've ever been too. It's super clean, they play good music, and it's overall really pretty inside with nice paintings on the wall. They literally played all of my songs, I had a mini concert in here singing to myself. I'd suggest people to come here, it's a good vibe in here. read more

Everyone recognizes that the machines are "Hugh", it's true. My addiction is about the wash cycle programing as in the amount of water being dropped. Oftentimes patrons put far more soup than needed. However using the recommended amount gets super diluted by the water volume. With the mega load, an additional 200% of the recommended soap seems to be the right amount. Wash & go is a good place to get your laundry done. You figure it out right, and you will get nice and clean clothes for the coming week, if you're a weekend washer! read more

The establishment is always clean and the attendants are always friendly and helpful. The only thing that sucks here is the parking spaces. I have eaten a big big slice of humble pie and couldn't look like more of an a** leaving my negative review. I had one bad experience there, but kept going back. Fast forward 4 years later I go nowhere else. I don't have a washer or dryer and rely on this establishment for clean clothes. It's always incredibly clean, easy credit card payment (not have to use a billion quarters), free soap!Always room in washers and dryers. I use their fluff and fold all the time aswell. This place is clean, can use credit cards and offer free soap. Only thing they lack is the parking because it's shared with other stores. This place is roomy, and they have a big folding station by the dryer, plenty of laundry carts, and seating benches. They do have free WiFi, and every time I've been here, there's always someone working. They do have a sink to wash your hands but I can't remember if they have a bathroom. I never had to wait on someone to use the machine so that's always a plus. Great laundromat! read more

This place has lots of variety in loads for a very decent price. One thing I like about this place is that they accept credit card payment and not just quarters. Very clean, and lots of baskets to roll your laundry around. There is a bathroom here while you wait and other business around for you to walk to, to kill time. Dryers are .25 for every 7 minutes and they work very well. Check in to Yelp, sign up for a loyalty card and for every $10 reload you're given a $2 credit. This place also has free Wi-Fi and free soap. Remember tho, last wash is at 2100! read more

I went for the fluff and fold service. They did a horrible job! my brand new lululemon shirt has bleach stains on it! and then two shirts still are dirty. Love it here! I had to come when my dryer stopped working and it was such a life saver! It's really clean and inviting, the woman working was super helpful, everything was working well and it was really cheap! It seems that this location is getting a ton of popularity. That, or Sunday is a prime day for laundry. I have a loyalty card for this place, and they have a special where you get an extra $2 for every $10 you spend to refill/recharge it. I'd use this only on the washing machines and not the dryers. This is because each time you swipe your card at a dryer, you have to wait a while for each 25-cent transaction. Take it from me: Use quarters only at the dryers. At the change machines, $1 bills are not accepted. It only takes $5, $10, and $20 bills. Any bill you insert, you get $5 in quarters, and $5 bills in change if using a bigger bill. The 6-load machines are a little tricky. You might actually need 6 portions of detergent for that huge load. My white towels stained and didn't distribute the detergent. I might be doing something wrong. There's a tendency for people to bogart the laundry carts, so you might need to use your own baskets or containers to transport your laundry from one machine to the other. Similar rules from other laundry places apply. Parking still sucks. Places nearby while your laundry is running: Subway, Mexican food, "Chinese" food, Coffee & Tea Collective, Thrift Trader, Rudford's, Jack-in-the-box, Carl's Jr., Wings & Ribs, Rudfords, TigerTiger, Sonic, Wendy's, Heart & Trotter. Being a road warrior I'm always on the lookout for laundromat options because hotel on-site laundry is becoming rare these days. I was please to find this place as they accept credit cards at either their kiosk or at each machine. Wifi is advertised but I'm not hopping onto it. I read mixed reviews on their free soap claim and I can attest that during my visit there was a bucket of powdered soap with several empty cups to use. My only word is that parking is slim but I lucked out and found a spot up front. I'll also check out lunch options next door. read more

Extremely clean and well-kept, always a pleasure to do laundry here. *Working* machines of various sizes (including some humongous ones that would be perfect for bedding! Or if you wanted to throw someone in there... kidding.) Prices are reasonable and similar to other laundromats. Free WiFi, lots of room for folding AND the machines accept cards! The only small downside is the limited parking, but we've been lucky and parked right in front each time. We fondly refer to this laundromat as "Shiny-mat." read more

I live across the street from this place and don't have my own washer and dryer, so I rely on it. And I've seen the prices skyrocket over the years, it's bad. And it's also the area where most homeless people in North Park like to hang and beg. I once had my clothes stolen my homeless people, and one occasion, when it was still 45 minutes from closing time, the staff kicked me out with wet clothes, saying "Last wash it at 9", even though my clothes were washed and I just needed to dry them. read more
