I mis-read the company here and thought Pacific Coast Sauna and Spa did that. While I was writing down the number to call their office (the number list here is for the owner's cell), he called me back. I was incredibly impressed by the conversation. There was zero attempt to sell me something I didn't need AND he coached me for things to consider in the future...even telling me how to expertly do what they do. So, if you're looking for servicing of your water...these guys can help. If not, they will professionally give you an appropriate reference for what you may need that they don't do. They take ZERO responsibility for how they delivered the hot tub knowing it needed to be properly safeguarded until we are ready for the pad to be poured. Other issues have developed as well. Whatever the sales staff tells you is not accurate or true. Their word means nothing. My advice is to stay away from Paradise Valley Spa as all they care about it taking one's dollars vs taking care of the customer. Shame on them. This is not a place anyone should do business with. I reached to Jordan Cox to chat about this. Never a return call or message. Just a smoke screen on their part. Don't believe any response they may post here.

Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. After interviewing a few pool vendors, it was clear that Alex knew more then the others and noticed details that need to be addressed that the others didn't catch. Commercial pricing is a challenge, but Alex is taking good care of our pool and making sure that everything is in proper working order. I'm especially satisfied with the Pool Reports after each visit and Alex's efforts to keep us informed of the work that he's doing. Alex is honest, fair, and friendly yet professional. You can't go wrong with Balance Pool Care!

I had the choice between Sundance and Hot Springs, and I chose Sundance based on history. That was a mistake. Recently, the spa's electrical panel failed, which triggered a surge that blew out my dedicated 220 circuits. Despite this being a clear equipment failure on a nearly new spa, both Sundance and Paradise Valley Spas refused to cover the $250 electrical repair bill. For a company to lose a 25-year customer over a nominal $250 fee--after their product caused the damage--is shortsighted and shows a total lack of support for their customers. Buyer Beware: If you are looking for a spa, I would strongly caution you to think twice before buying a Sundance from Paradise Valley Spas. Their "support" ends the moment they cash your check.

They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

I will never contact them again. I have never dealt with a business that charge me before they provided service. They even charged me for labor! Furthermore, they called one or two days before they were expected, and gave no reason for canceling and rescheduling more than a week later. I canceled the job and used a different provider.
