My wife and I attended a presentation in August 2015 at a hotel in St Augustine Fl. We were impressed by the presentation which promised discounted vacations by showing "current prices" found on the internet compared to The Leisure Group's/RSI pricing of approximately 1/2 the internet cost. We have to note that "The Leisure Group" is a dealer of Reservation Services International (RSI). We were skeptical but went ahead and traded in our Marco Island Fl Timeshare (which we loved) toward the $10K purchase price for membership. We ended up paying $4645 plus our timehare. We have now discovered that the "Promotional Gift" of a "free cruise" and a 3 day fly/stay vacation is a waste of time/money. There are so many strings attached to the "free gift" that it's almost impossible to take advantage of any of it. Moreover, we discovered that when we tried to book several cruises through The Leisure Group/RSI, the cost ends up being about $100 to $150 dollars less than the cruise company's price for the exact same cruise/time/cabin. At a savings of $150 it would take 31 vacations just to recover the $4650 that we paid or 67 vacations to recover the real cost of $10K. When it's time to pay the $199 annual renewal fee for our membership, we'll save the money and let the membership lapse. On 10/9/2015 went to the presentation, DO NOT use the leisure group, they are scammers. John B looked on his phone saying he found the hotel our wedding is at in April, for half the price for a week, which is the main reason we signed up. But when we got the password, etc that deal doesn't nor EVER existed after talking to 8 people within two days hotel deal non existent. Spoke with Carla on Tuesday she told me she would talk with her supervisor and call me back, big surprise never got a call back. On Wednesday I called and spoke with 4 people no one is helpful, and was told by a very nasty woman that john must have been giving you 460$ off not the week for 460, NOT what we were told. Justin who did the presentation also full of lies, for example he shows many vacations on screen, and several times he was asked is taxes included, justin said every time yes, it's included-NOPE Carla and the nasty lady told me there was 95$ in taxes, which is more than expedia or orbitz for same hotel I just want to warn people, they take your money have absolutely no morals or ethics knowing the information they give people are complete bold face lies read more

September 4, 2016 Gentlemen, On May 29, 2016 my wife Janet and I received in the mail a solicitation mailer to attend a vacation sales presentation at a Comfort Inn hotel in Austin, Texas. My wife and I went to the hotel and was greeted by sales "closers" who hosted the meeting. The "Franchise Owner's" name was J.Sean Stacy. We sat through an hour and half presentation and then was covered by 10 to 12 salesmen who entered the room. Their job was to immediately sign us up for this "club" called Wholesale Inventory Network. We were never told that this company was a vacation company that buys excess product (hotels, air, etc) from all the companies that want to sell empty rooms etc. As soon as the meeting was over we were asked to join the club and give them a credit card for and become a member of their club. We were so overwhelmed with all the sales pitches, we signed up and gave them my credit card for $5995.00 and signed all the contracts before we left for home. On the way home we looked at each other and thought why did we sign up so quickly. The answer was we were star struck with the program. One of the main reasons we also went to the meeting, Janet and I were planning to rent a house or condo in Del Ray Beach, Fl. for three months (Jan 31 thru March 31) 2017. Sean Stacy assured us at the meeting this would be no problem and he would get on it immediately. We were also told by Monday, May 30th we would be assigned a Concierge from their company who would take care of all our travel needs. A few days later we realized we never got a call from Sean Stacy or anybody else regarding our winter rental and no Concierge to be found. This is where the e-mails started from us to be sent requesting our needs as promised. Email 5/31/17 by Steve Leipsner at 8:20 a.m. Email 5/31/17by James Stacy at 10:25 a.m. In addition we were suppose to be given a private Webinar to be taught how to use the Company Website. No luck. E-mail June 6th from Steve Leipsner to Sean Stacy. This e-mail started that we were sold a bill of goods and a lot of promises. Finally on June 10th we received two e-mails sending two "horrible" rentals to look at. First, they were not in Del Ray they were in West Palm. We requested on or short walk to the beach. They were not. All of a sudden the rental we wanted for three months were told they were too expensive. Same day June 10th another e-mail from Sean Stacy that they found another two condos in West Palm and Lake Worth (awful). E-mail June 26th from Steve Leipsner to Sean Stacy. We still never got our Concierge or winter rentals. This is where we started requesting a refund of our $5995.00. No answers from WIN. By this time of the year the "snow birds" go to Florida and the inventory for Condos are sparse. E-mail June 27th from Sean Stacy to Steve Leipsner. All the promises after signing up were not happening. No Condo rentals and no Concierge assigned yet. While all this was going on, my wife Janet had a stroke. This was a tough time. Email June 27th from Steve Leipsner to Sean Stacy.I had requested again a refund of our membership fee ($5995.00)since we had not received any services as promised and Janet was not going to be able to travel for the foreseeable future due to health problems. E-mail July 15th from Steven Leipsner to Sean Stacy. Asking again for a refund due to Medical reasons and that the medical bills were overwhelming. E-mail July 15th from Sean Stacy to Steven Leipsner Final refusal form Sean Stacy to reimburse us after such a case of non-performance and untruths and personal issues..
