I made the reservation over a month in advance and even paid an additional **$189 in resort fees** for **Westgate Las Vegas**, receiving a confirmation afterward. When I called Westgate directly to confirm the reservation, I was shocked to learn that a reservation had been made and **cancelled the same day it was created**--without my knowledge. I then spent hours on the phone, only to be transferred between multiple **timeshare marketing companies**, none of which took responsibility. I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do on such short notice and that I needed to make other accommodations. To make matters worse, I was contacted by a third-party timeshare broker involved in this situation and was told--while driving to Vegas with my son--that I would be charged anyway. At first, they refused to issue a refund and would only communicate when trying to sell the package. The **resort fees were never sent to Westgate**, yet they kept my money. Eventually, I received a text admitting they made a mistake and promising a refund. **It has now been over a month, and I still have not received any refund or follow-up communication.** This experience caused unnecessary stress, ruined our trip planning, and feels extremely deceptive. **Please do not waste your money--this company operates like a scam.**

We were…read moreimpressed by the presentation which promised discounted vacations by showing "current prices" found on the internet compared to The Leisure Group's/RSI pricing of approximately 1/2 the internet cost. We have to note that "The Leisure Group" is a dealer of Reservation Services International (RSI). We were skeptical but went ahead and traded in our Marco Island Fl Timeshare (which we loved) toward the $10K purchase price for membership. We ended up paying $4645 plus our timehare. We have now discovered that the "Promotional Gift" of a "free cruise" and a 3 day fly/stay vacation is a waste of time/money. There are so many strings attached to the "free gift" that it's almost impossible to take advantage of any of it. Moreover, we discovered that when we tried to book several cruises through The Leisure Group/RSI, the cost ends up being about $100 to $150 dollars less than the cruise company's price for the exact same cruise/time/cabin. At a savings of $150 it would take 31 vacations just to recover the $4650 that we paid or 67 vacations to recover the real cost of $10K. When it's time to pay the $199 annual renewal fee for our membership, we'll save the money and let the membership lapse. We advise anyone reading this to throw away those Promotional Offers, stay home and save your money.

Number Two - we went back to buy our tickets, and she had markedly improved her disposition and customer service skills. She was pleasant and fairly charming. Number Three - our coach arrived promptly on schedule and we had a great ride to Epcot. Our driver said the return bus would be at 5:50 pm and we should meet the bus at 5:50 pm in parking lane 42. Number Four - This was an EPIC FAIL. 5:50 - no bus, 6:00 - no bus, 6:10 - no bus, 6:15 no bus. A half hour later than the scheduled pickup, our bus arrived. Now mind you, we walked onto a bus that was supposed to be there 30 minutes earlier, and the driver said NOTHING. No explanation, no apologies, no small talk, no acknowledgement of their failed customer service, just nothing. Halfway into our wait, I called the number on our receipt and was met by an answering machine that gave me the option of leaving a message. Just freaking horrible...........
