This was my WORST experience with a limousine company. DO NOT BOOK THEM. Last weekend was already a difficult weekend for me as i was putting my beloved mother to rest...i definitely did not need ANY of this bad customer service and lack of empathy from this company. First-On Monday- I called Rick who was very polite on the phone and gave him the itinerary for the following weekend. He assured me that all could be done and to go ahead and book it online. I booked the reservation that same Monday evening. On Tuesday- he left me a voice note asking me if i had made the reservation. I immediately called him back and gave him the confirmation number. he told me that he didn't see it but he will wait until the morning to confirm and he would get back to me. I was busy the following day trying to get all things organized for my Mother's passing service. I didn't receive anything from Rick that day. It was Wednesday. On Thursday- i called him to confirm the reservation thinking he had found it but he told me he never found it...so i gave him all the info over the phone. He told me that i was in the system and someone would be there on Saturday morning at 8:30am at the pick up address. On Saturday- A run down roof scratched up limousine parked in front of my parents' house. My sister had to knock on the door to ask the gentleman if he was ready to receive the Family in the limousine...he proceeded to get out of his driver's seat with a t-shirt on and a baseball hat. He then put on his jacket as he walked to the door to let my Family in the limousine. The driver WAS NOT DRESSED APPROPRIATELY for the occasion- It was a funeral. My family went into the car to discover party napkins and champagne flutes...and NO REFRESHMENTS -WATER as promised by Rick. Windows scratched up just like the roof- TV scratched up with tape- Windows dirty. It was such an emotional day that i couldn't even comment on the state of that limousine. He drove us to the church- Once at a full stop- he asked us " Anyone is going to get out of the car" ??? To my astonishment.....we told him that we were waiting for him to come out and open our door....soo shocked. We were inside the church for 3 hours. I had told Rick that we should be out by 12:15/12:30...he told me that if we go over 12:45- we would have to pay for an additional hour- which i accepted. Rick told me in our first conversation that they never book back to back and leave plenty of rooms between clients to accommodate extensions!! When the beautiful celebration of the life of my mother concluded- we were leaving the church and my cousin told me that the limousine left at 12:45....leaving the 11 of us from our Family party to fend for ourselves to reach the funeral home.......AND the driver left with some of our Belongings that were left in the limousine. When i called Rick- he told me that they had a 6 hour event that started at 1:30 in Ocoee that they could not cancel and needed to attend- because it was a great $ job....so F all of u!!! They only care about their fee; they made sure to collect the balance from me as soon as we reached the church. Worst customer service. Their product is OLD and DIRTY; Nothing like the pictures they display on their website. Their driver doesn't dress professionally. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ...and it really wasn't the occasion for this MESS. NO EMPATHY. read more

Horrible services and horrible car!! I hired this company for my Wedding, the most important day of my life. This company is a fraud! I reserved an 8-seater White Lincoln and they sent me a black Chevrolet in very bad condition! the car looked like an old truck converted into a limousine, the air conditioning didn't work, I arrived at the church very sweaty and stressed. Apart from all the bad service, the owner is rude, when I try to talk to him about all the faults, he tells me to shut up? Here is a photo of the conversation I had with him. The day before the wedding he told me that he would not send the White limousine because there had been another wedding that hired him for more hours than me, and he gave priority to what he paid more. But that he did not worry me that he would send me a black one, but he would upgrade us for a larger 12 passenger. But it was a real joke! please do not be fooled by this man, who apart from everything is rude. I sent him a msg the day after my wedding and he told me to shut my mouth! and he told me what I expected for the amount I paid? I asked for a quote and paid what they asked me, I did not ask for discounts so that they would send me something of poor quality. These types of businesses should be shut down! read more

I booked Acclaim Luxury Transportation for my recent trip to Los Angeles. I called about a week out from my trip and spent about 20 minutes on the phone with the guy on the other end. My pick up and drop off times were around 6:00am, so I understood that there was an extra charge for an early time. I even paid extra for the driver to meet me at baggage claim. I was charged $151.00 RT from my house to MCO, including all extra charges for hours and pick up at baggage claim. The charge came through right away. I was advised that I would get an e-mail confirming the reservation about 24 hours prior to the pick up. I never received the e-mail, so I called the number and they couldn't find my reservation. The gentleman on the phone assisted me and assured me that someone would be picking me up. The man personally picked me up in the car and told me that he would look into what happened to my reservation. I was frustrated because the funds had come out of my credit card. If I never called them, I would have probably have been late for my flight and then would have had to fight the credit card transaction. On the return end from MCO, I received a phone call from the driver to meet him outside. I had specifically paid extra to have the driver meet me at baggage claim, but now I had to find him and walk to his car. I found the driver and when he went to pick up the luggage, I told him that he needed to be very careful with the smaller luggage - it's fragile and there is something breakable in there. He carefully placed it in the trunk of the car. Then, he went to toss the bigger luggage on top of the luggage that I just told him that was fragile. I had to be short with him to not do that because clearly he didn't listen to my request. The guy was rude the entire way home. I wasn't not feeling well when I got home, otherwise, I would have complained about it. The only reason this review got 2 stars is because of the guy that fixed the problem after my reservation somehow vanished. However, three problems that I have with this company: 1) No one has ever followed up to explain what happened to my reservation in the first place. They were quick to take my money, but I was nowhere in the system. 2) I paid for services that I did not received (specifically, the extra charge for pick up in baggage) 3) The rudeness of the driver. They pick up my daughter from Orlando Florida airport and drove her 100 mikes to Ocala Florida for a horse event. They picked her back up on Sunday and were right on time to take her to the airport. This company is amazing if you want a limousine that is nice,clean and an amazing driver. First of all the person on the phone helped us and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us and was really nice. Then the driver was really really awesome .We wanted to stop to a friend's house so that we could pick up my phone. He stopped and stayed there waiting for over an hour because my friend didn't let us go. We did get charged but he did warn us in the confirmation email. I wanted a limousine for my daughters 16th birthday. So I searched online and they had awesome rates and so I called them. The person on the phone helped us find the right package for us. Then the driver came and he was so sweet and he helped us with the party supplies and he was patient when we had to pick up other girls. Acclaim Luxury transportation provided the limo service to our large Homecoming teen group. It was easy to book and confirm the service, and we felt the pricing was appropriate and better than other local Orlando companies. The driver was very professional and attentive to the kids. He made sure they arrived and returned safely. The limo was beautiful and clean. The kids loved the changing colors of the inside lights, and the comfort of the limo. We booked this limo service to take a group of 8 adults to a concert. To begin the communication with the person we booked the limo with was very poor. We had just been through Hurricane Matthew and the original location for pickup was at a house that did not currently have power, so we called to have the location changed to another house within a mile away. At one point they said we might get charged for changing pickup locations. (That's a little harsh, especially when we told them the reason for the change) Luckily, we did not get charged for that. We also asked if we could bring alcohol, so that we could drink on the way to the venue. (What I think a lot of people who book limos for rides to events do) The person on the phone then went back and forth telling us that it is not recommended to do so, and that it is not guaranteed that the same limo would be dropping us off as picking us up. (This just seemed a little ridiculous) Later in the phone call he then said we could bring a small cooler that could sit in the front seat of the limo while we were at the concert, but that we would have to finish anything we brought with us in the limo???? Then comes the limo, the actual driver said it was okay to bring the cooler, that we did not have to finish everything, and that he would keep it in his trunk, and that it would be him that would be picking us up. We also asked during the phone call if we could extend our pick up time to 1:30am from 12:00am. He said it would be fine as long as we let the driver know ahead of time. We then tell the driver this, and he goes on to say "Yes, that's fine, if you take care of me." (Are you kidding.. his tip was included in what we paid up front, and we were told just to let him know, not that it would be another "fee"/"tip") We were in contact with the driver by text message and he continued to say "Please take care of me" and also "If you all are not in the limo by exactly 1:30am there will be another charge!" Besides that he then treated us like teenagers when we got in the limo, saying "Please do not throw up in here, there will be fees, and I can pull over for you if you need to!" (We are all adults, I thought it would have been nice to be treated that way. Now we get to the drop off.. the driver would not leave the house until he was "taken care of" At that point we gave him all the cash that we had left from the night, just to get him to leave. The next day there was an additional charge on the credit card used. $45 for a 30 minute gas station stop. Someone asked to stop at a gas station, yes, but it was not a 30 min stop, and if there was going to be an extra charge for it, he should have stated that before we stopped. This was a horrible experience. Would never used this company again. When we called to talk about this extra charge, the man would not stop interrupting and basically yelling on the phone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! read more

We hired Acclaim to pick up the bridal party and the groom's party before the wedding to take everyone to the venue. After having hair and makeup done for 10 girls, they were picked up and when we got into the limo, the air was not cool, and we said something about it, and he said it would start cooling once we started going. First, the air should have already been cool, and secondly, it did not blow cool air the whole time to the venue...20 minute drive and everyone was sweating. And he was extremely rude about it and not apologetic at all about it. And the same thing happened to the groomsmen. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! Would not recommend them to anyone!!! read more
