She made it for the same price; which is not cheap, and it didn't last even 3 months! She promised me with 3 months at least! My hair is miserable and frizzy in less than 3 months. Even though I'm using EVERYTHING keratin friendly and avoided anything that could weaken the treatment or affect it. I've been in Texas for 2 years. I've tried a few stylists, and felt "okay" when I left the salon. Seriously the best haircut I've ever had! I have very thick and coarse hair but Mona knew exactly how to cut and style it so it didn't over heavy or thick. My hair looked amazing thanks to Mona and she listened to everything I wanted and followed the picture I showed her exactly. I went to Mona the first time in July, we relocated from California and I needed a new stylist. She did a great job with my color and a haircut, I loved it though she is very pricy compared to paying for the same services and quality in southern California. It's three months later and I'm ready to go back for the same thing. I called to make an appointment and it took her four days to contact me back, but she would only text me to say to book on a new online service, she changed since my last appointment. So, I did, but she never showed up despite my email confirmation. I waited 15 minutes. She never called, texted, nothing and there's no one there to help you to see if she's coming in. I do agree that her quality of work is terrific, but her customer service is disappointing. I would think as a paying client that I could get the decency of a return call when I call her to schedule and for a call if she could not make the appointment, especially given the price. My time is valuable, as is hers, and I don't appreciate rearranging a day for an appointment I booked with her for her to not show or not let me know she wasn't coming. I was looking forward to getting my hair done and now I need to find someone that actually cares about my time and my business. read more
