Three years later, it was an easy decision, and she exceeded every single expectation. First and foremost, I want to speak to who Zeyda is. She is an expert in her craft and incredibly diligent when it comes to details. From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know us as a couple including our families, our story, and our style. She genuinely invested in building a relationship with us, and that care was reflected in every floral detail. Zeyda's dedication and creativity are unmatched. She has an incredible catalog of vases and vessels that perfectly complemented our aesthetic, and she continued to offer thoughtful options until our vision came to life. On the wedding day, the florals were even more stunning than I could have imagined. Each space, from the ceremony arch to the bar design to the table pieces, was filled with so much life, color, and intention. Everything flowed together seamlessly while still feeling unique to each setting. Florals are such a timeless reflection of your wedding day, and if you're looking for a floral designer who will bring your vision to life with lush, full, and breathtaking arrangements, Zeyda is absolutely the one to trust.

She was easy to communicate with throughout the wedding planning process and was very detail oriented! She didn't only do flowers but included ribbons for the chairs at the ceremony, drapery for the arch, and candles for the tables offering multiple options. My wedding was garden and heavy on florals so she even included flowers for the cake. The week before the wedding she went to an outside wholesaler to get the specific flowers I wanted for my bouquet! She was amazing and I highly recommend!

It would no longer turn on the water, just rotating without hope, due to the brittle center post shattering and losing grip on the valve stem. No grip. No water. It was that simple. Then along comes Home Depot team member, Chris. He joined me in the plumbing aisle and helped me find a Moen replacement handle from the wall of choices. But the packaging made it impossible to see the inside of the handle, so we decided to audition the two that looked about right. But which to buy? Chris solved that problem with his box cutter, slicing open BOTH of them for me to inspect. And select, I did. Chis was the key. He helped me in a moment when that big-name, online retailer was only a display on a screen. There are some times, my friends, when a human being is essential to finding the right fit just before closing time. Home Depot makes that happen. Every day. When it counts most.

I ordered online one 2x4x8 and six 2x1x8s for convenience. When I arrived for pickup, no one was at the online order desk. A friendly lady called out that someone would be with me shortly. It didn't take too long, but after I showed my order, they told me I'd have to wait another 10-15 minutes because my lumber was still in the back and the person bringing it up was helping another customer. I understood, things get busy. Once they brought everything out, I quickly counted the pieces, and rolled it out to my vehicle. While trying to load the 8-foot boards, I noticed one of the 2x1x8s had a huge chunk missing where a knot had fallen out. My injury was already bothering me, but I grabbed the bad piece and went back inside. The same pleasant lady helped me again. She said someone would get me a replacement. I mentioned that the rest of the wood was sticking out of my truck and wasn't secured, and she reassured me she'd bring the new piece out. After a few more minutes, I met her halfway in the parking lot, got the replacement, loaded it up, and headed home. When I got home and started sorting through everything, I realized the problem was bigger than just the one bad board. Whoever pulled my order had given me some of the dirtiest, most damaged, and least straight 2x1x8s they had. That explained the obvious defective piece. The 2x4x8 wasn't much better, it looked like it had been pulled from the bottom of a stack and was dirty with strap marks and damage. Literally looks like they gave me shit wood on purpose. I was really disappointed. I normally go in and pick out my own lumber so I can choose decent pieces, but I trusted them to handle it for me this one time. I won't be doing any more online lumber orders cuz they clearly don't care what they pull. The only good part of the whole experience was the courteous lady who helped me from start to finish. Now I'm stuck using this trashy wood for my project.

We own a number of Wesceramics cobalt planters. Recently, we purchased 2 pots from Wences O. (Sales Director & COO), and the process went reasonably well. I paid for the pots plus a delivery fee in advance via Zelle, and he personally delivered the pots. On March 4, 2026, I started an email communication with Wences to order 2 matching saucers. On March 5th, I sent Wences payment via Zelle for 2 saucers plus a delivery fee. After multiple follow-up emails, 2 saucers were delivered on April 9th by an employee. Unfortunately, one was the wrong size so the employee took it, and I was left with one. I soon realized that it was not even close in size to matching our existing saucers in height. On April 28th, Wences emailed me pics of the replacement saucers prior to delivery. He agreed to reglaze them since the color was so far off. On May 4th (60 days), I requested a refund due to the poor quality product and service received. Wences declined to honor my request since our saucers are a "special order". Why? I don't know since they're published as a stock item in their ceramic catalog. On May 19th, he responded to my follow up emails by offering to replace the saucer that I have plus delivering the saucer that was the wrong size. Since he would not honor a refund after 60 days of not fulfilling my order, I agreed to at least accept his offer to deliver the 2 correct saucers. As I write this review, Wences has not responded to my emails requesting status updates since May 19th (30 days). After 3-1/2 months since order placement, Wences has my $ but has yet to deliver the correct products - 2 saucers. Unacceptable product and service. If you want to avoid this kind of time consuming and frustrating transaction, avoid buying from Garden Outlet or Wesceramics. Buy from a reputable San Diego area garden center. Buyer beware!
