The office staff was so cordial and nice. It's the small town feel with the big town knowledge. From clerical, to the nurses to my doctor, I felt at ease and everyone seemed attentive and concerned with my well being. The lobby is clean, comfortable and there is a small area for children to be entertained before their appointments. The office is easy to get in and out. There is a cover over the entrance by the parking lot to let patients access the lobby. Across the lobby is a location for a blood draw which makes it convenient for patients and walk ins for testing.

Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.

The staff is in the middle of trying a new check in process but it's new and I think it still needs work. I've only seen fetal medicine and endocrinologist at this Perrysburg location. I've worked in the medical field 20 years but I do think they need to do more work with streamlining their overall process. Communication with each other and the patient needs a lot of work. When you are going to multiple doctors and offices communication with each other is important especially since being a 1st time mom can be an overwhelming experience. I've had staff and doctors call me and have no idea what's going on with my care cause someone forgot to update their notes. Thank goodness I'm a great advocate for my care and very outspoken. Not awful care or anything but definitely needs work. Lab department was fast and easy to navigate. But I do think they need to lower their voices when talking about patient care, the ladies who check us in. Be a little more sensitive to the patient sitting right in front of you. Parking is easy, nice area if you wanted to grab some lunch or shop.

These whipped potatoes are very similar to mashed potatoes in that may have originated as a potato and serve delightfully as a no frills substitute, trust me you will wish you had more or something else. The Pot roast is very consistently cooked and brown and serves a a fat free protein that complements the whipped potatoes. With a bit a brown gravy you will have a beautiful rainbow of earth tones for your taste buds. When I finally got to see NP I explained that Ive suffered with asthma my whole life. Trying to explain what my family doctor does for me I was prescribed an inadequate amount of meds for five days. It's like they're afraid to really help you because they don't know you. In all fairness, they did what they could to help me. If you have a cut finger this is a great place to go.

She shouldn't be in a customer service position at all. There's a lot people out there that would love to have a job and not give an attitude to every patient/customer everytime.
