The office staff was so cordial and nice. It's the small town feel with the big town knowledge. From clerical, to the nurses to my doctor, I felt at ease and everyone seemed attentive and concerned with my well being. The lobby is clean, comfortable and there is a small area for children to be entertained before their appointments. The office is easy to get in and out. There is a cover over the entrance by the parking lot to let patients access the lobby. Across the lobby is a location for a blood draw which makes it convenient for patients and walk ins for testing.

Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.

Medical College of Ohio Hospital in Toledo has really changed in the past several years. I was…read morethere last week for a family member's surgery and I could not get over how state of the art the whole campus has become. The surgery waiting rooms on the second and third floors were comfortable, clean and friendly. The atmosphere in the rooms was pleasant and relaxed though the majority of people in the rooms were there for sickness and medical procedures. A thank you also to the employees there since dealing with people at their sad times has to be hard and these employees were great! A side note from the long day was stopping in the cafeteria on the first floor. This cafeteria was beyond clean and the food was one of the most gourmet type food areas in any of the local hospitals I've recently been in. I actually could imagine going out of my way to stop in there for a meal. I had an omelet made the way I wanted, plus the yummiest perfectly cooked bacon. Another treat were menu items from Tiger Bakery which is one of the best Mediterranean type bakeries in Toledo. Another perk, Medical College offer's valet parking though the parking areas are very convenient and easily accessible.

During our consultation she suggested an ultrasound to see how bad it was. I went back a few weeks later for a follow up on the other health issues, which I received no answers to, and asked about the ultrasound she had suggested. As she rushed me out of the office, her response was " An ultrasound would serve no purpose if it was not bad enough." About six months later I had no choice but to go to a gynecologist because of the pain. I had an ultrasound done and my reproductive system was covered with endometriosis, needles to say, I had to have a total hysterectomy. After my surgery I figured I would try another doctor with Springforest being Baldwin did nothing to help me. I had a consultation with Barry Conlan about my other health issues and he looked at me like was a crazy person who disgusted him. At that point I was done with this place. I ended up finding another doctor and come to find out the swelling was from constrictive pericarditis.
