(1 star) I placed a simple print order online and got a confirmation email. I didn't realize until I arrived that the order wouldn't be ready until the next day at noon that part was on me, and I totally understand delays happen when it's busy. What really disappointed me was how I was treated in the store. I got there before closing, and there were a few customers ahead and behind me. I stood patiently in line with my order already paid for, waiting for help. One of the associates started helping the customer behind me and even after I politely commented to that customer that I was ahead, she agreed and acknowledged that I had been there first. Despite this, the employee continued to assist people behind me without even acknowledging me or checking who was next. When I finally spoke up, I was told (very nicely, but still dismissively) that I was mistaken essentially gaslighting me. I stayed respectful the whole time, but it felt like I was invisible. The worst part wasn't that my order wasn't ready. It was being dismissed and overlooked, even when it was clear that I was waiting and had arrived before others. I left feeling extremely disappointed in how I was treated as a paying customer. This review isn't about the delay it's about basic fairness, acknowledgment, and respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers don't experience the same. read more

I just had a negative experience at the fed ex center. I was printing documents and I brought my toddler with me. She was within eye sight and she was looking at books, the supervisor on the clock approached and very rudely asked that my toddler never does that again as they need to sell the books and quoted that my daughter was "destroying the books" . There is a way of addressing these things and that was definitely not ok for him to say. Other places such as Barnes and nobles sell books and people see free to look at books. That demonstrates poor leadership skillls and I will never be coming back to this location . read more

After being told by an employee to try handling something myself that the store actually offers as a service (which didn't work out), I came back and was helped by JOEY. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made the process smooth from start to finish. Such a difference in service--so grateful for her help!! Worst fed ex I've ever been to. I walk in to return a couple of items to a hospital the instructions stated to print 3 labels for 3 different items even though there is only one box. The lady at the front with glasses, with all the attitude in the world scanned the top label and said ur good when I went to my car (mind you like 2 minutes) I noticed she only scanned one label on the receipt when I came back she told me they already took the box and there's nothing she can do I wasn't even gone for more than 2 minutes so I came back again to ask and she said I told her she only needed one label and then when I said I repeated what I actually said she cut me off and got her manager and all they said was we can call customer service because the box is already in the truck THAT IS PARKED RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW disgusting behavior from the staff and now I have to go out of my way to fix her mistake read more

They would not let me ship because I got my wallet stolen and did not have an ID. Even after explaining and asking if I could show a picture of it, or even a passport, she said no. This is the most insanely dumb policy I have ever heard of & is why I wish I could have gotten off work early enough to just go to the post office. Chino CA is the 'Bermuda Triangle' of FedEx. Packages are lost, damaged, replaced and/or stolen there. They will also be rerouted to another address with a bogus replacement product. and you will have no control over it at that point. They put a random product with an address you can't change and then claim it can't be delivered so it gets returned to them. That's the scam. read more

I came here to drop off a packet and was immediately greeted even though already helping someone else. I had a barcode to scan and print amd attach to my already packaged item. The representative printed out my label and was able to cover the original kabel barcode (which needed to be covered). Great service and prompt. read more

This review is for Fedex at 12223 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710 I sell on ebay for years and on my way home from work I ship items at different Fedex locations: Ontario, Riverside, Santa Ana, Irvine... This Chino Location is special.... As you may see from the picture attached I sold a lot of items. This place is the only place where employee keeps trying to sell me a shipping box at $10. I pay $20+ to ship my item and they still want to charge more. I consider my package is protected well enough which requires no additional box, because all other Fedex locations ship my items with no problems. read more

DO NOT PAY TO USE THEIR COMPUTERS!! I come here to use the computer real quick and print stuff out since I don't have a printer or desktop at home. They used to have you enter your card and then charge you for whatever time you used. Now they make you put in a set amount before hand ex. $5 $10 $25 $75. Also, they are now charging over $1 per minute to use their computers. What they also didn't make clear is that whatever money you put, once the time runs out the computer gives you no chance to increase the time. It just resets itself and deletes EVERYTHING you were working on. I spent less then 30 mins building a resume for someone and when the timer ran out and as I'm thinking I'm gonna increase the time, everything got lost. I was charged $25 for nothing for less then 30 mins of time and then was charged double for no reason. That's $50 FedEx charged me to sit there for 20 something mins and build a resume plus additional cost to print. When I talked to one of the employees about it, you can tell they're half brain dead and don't give a damn about ripping people off. FedEx print center you guys are thieves. read more

The staff here at this FedEx are top shelf Grade A customer service experts! every time I go in there they come out from behind the counter and are more than willing to help me in any way that they can. Came to fedex the other day to print some resumes, I used the print and go option and had to email them twice within a span of 15 minutes to get the code. I got to self service, and my card wasn't working so I had to use my mom's card, and the total came out to about 4.20. She was charged 10.00. Yes, i had read their multiple signs saying there would be a hold of 10.00, but i wasn't sure what exactly that meant. Whether you spend $1, $5, or $8, you will be charged $10. To my understanding, you are refunded the rest of the money after your bank clears the hold but what a ridiculous policy. If you need to print or use a computer, i'd recommend just going to the library or UPS. read more

This place has been around ever since I can remember but the customer service here is on the poor end. I ship a lot from here due to Mercari, but there are very few times when I am pleased with the customer service. Understaffed I feel that there are not enough employees to help customers. There are various stations here and usually people have questions or they need help with the machines. There are never enough employees around. I have seen three people bombard an employee because they were desperate to receive help in a timely manner. Prices I feel that prices are decent depending on which service you need. Faxing is kind of on the more expensive end but if you don't have a fax this place will get the job done. Employees I feel that management really needs to step in and train employees to be kind, polite, helpful, and respectful of what the customer wants. Sometimes employees try to sway me to buy a box or to buy bubble wrap etc....if I really wanted to do this I would ask. Like I said I ship a lot for Mercari and I know more or less if items are going to arrive broken. This insistence on purchasing extra things comes off as pushy and I'm not a fan. Overall, I like this place I will keep coming here. Advice: A) hire more employees B) retrain staff read more

FedEx's service is terrible. Their employees frequently make mistakes with deliveries and have lost my important business samples multiple times. They don't verify addresses, and the photos they take are neither complete nor clear. When recipients ask for help, all they say is 'sorry' and do nothing to improve. I now advise all my business partners to stop using FedEx. A company like this should go out of business. read more

I picked up a bunch of different prints on water-resistant paper and came home to realize one of them was printed over some menu that was previously printed on the page. I called and asked if they could send me a new one because I don't live very close by and don't want to drive back. Within a few hours the new print arrived at my house! Visited this Fed ex location on Central Ave near the 60 fwy in Chino, yesterday 11-22-19 and there were 3 staff just prancing around. It wasn't busy at 2pm. I couldn't get any of the 3 to help me with receiving a text and printing it and then to fax it. So I finally figured it all out on my own. When it came to sending the fax, I asked what I should dial? I was told just a "1" and then the number (which was local". I tried this about 6 times and never got through. I again went to one of the staff and said it wasn't working. Then the staff said, oh, did you dial one first? I said yes. She then said, and then the area code. I said, why didn't you tell me that earlier, it's the local area code and you said to only add 1. Staff got super argumentative and had not an ounce of kindness. Will never go back there again. I just went to UPS store on Mountain and sent my fax, no problems, kind and much cheaper . read more

I usually come here because they have really great service. I brought some packages with fragile taped all over the boxes and the clerk tosses them off the push cart i loaded them on. The boxes are not even heavy. I found this was the same issue at the chino fedex that recently closed also. I hope these are not the same employees from that store. Get more staff! Everyone just stands around and there's no one to assist. This place is OK but way over priced. They charged me $2.99 for the first page to fax and $1.99 for each subsequent page. It's kind of a rip off and for a small packet, it cost me $18.00 to fax. That kind of hurt since it was a job application. I also noticed that they have their employees constantly running around and not able to handle the customer volume. I would advise going to the location off pipeline and grand. They're more quiet and responsive to customers. read more

Lady was allowed to enter here without a mask. This occurred today on 7/6/20. Employee noticed and asked her if she had a mask, though she responded "I left it at home and almost done " she wasn't almost done. Employee should at least offer her a mask . The lady was there for at least 10 more minutes and not asked to leave I am a regular customer and I probably won't be coming back after today until they enforce the rules more. read more
