This is the only FedEx location near me to drop off packages to within a 5 mile radius compared to 3 UPS stores in the same city. I had to return a pair of shoes, that had me bring the item to FedEx with no box or label. I'm thinking cool, just like UPS and drop offs at Staples. I have the QR code on my phone and hand the guy my shoe box. He proceeds to scan the QR.Code and print the label, then proceeds to tell me he can't take the shoes like that. I told him I had a QR Code with directions that I don't need a box or label, then show it to him. He then shows me a poly bag that's lmk larger than a 7"x10". I'm like ok, so ship the shoes then in the box it's in. I'll tape the box up. He said he can't do that. I don't appreciate wasting my time going down all the way there for nothing. Why have a partnership with a company and not honor the agreement? The guy didn't even offer to provide the boxes they had and wanted me to buy it. It clearly says don't provide box and label, FedEx will do that for me. I now know that UPS is superior and will be dropping off any future returns there as much as I can. I'll give them 3 stars for the quality of prints I've received. But when I expect prints to be ready at a certain day aka the next day after speaking with Steven the night before in person that it will be done once I email the documents before closing but then I heard nothing... I had to email them towards the end of day to ask where the status on my prints are... They email 15ish mins before closing at 7, what?? I'm pretty sure it's not too difficult to email or call (I had my number included on my email signature) to say least give me a heads up on when it was ready instead I had to instigate. There's a sticker on the box that says "Call when done" I would expect a little more professionalism to their customers in that sense... The location was bit odd to find, heading North from Pipeline, but the location was easily found after slowly driving through the plaza strip. It is nestled in-between Waba Grill and the U.S. Marines Corp Recruiting Office. There is a fountain right in front of Waba Grill as well. FedEx stores are so far and few in-between but I always search for a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center for a drop-off confirmation receipt. One never knows... (Hint: recent news. ravine.) This location is a bit on the smaller side but it was efficient for a drop-off. Parking was a plenty for a Saturday afternoon. My package was delivered on the following Monday, as the recipient's warehouse was just a few cities over in the IE. read more

I took in a FedEx package with a billable stamp and looked for a drop box. They didn't have one, so I took a picture of the package and a taller worker came from the back and said he could take it for me. I handed it to him and left. I checked the tracking number 2 weeks later and it was never scanned in our delivered. I called the location and they said they didn't have it asked referred me to corporate. I reported a case with all my information and they said there was nothing they could do. I don't know where the package went and it was important documents. Will never leave a package at this location without getting a receipt. read more

The worst fedex office in the entire Chino, make it the entire US. I went to drop off my ASICS return today. ASICS told me that I could get the label printed at the office. I showed my email hoping that FEDEX would print the shipping label for me. Instead, the guy behind the counter grabbed my phone and started to type to send an email on my phone. That's not how you are supposed to do it. You don't grab people's cellphone and started typing on it. And you NEED TO ASK permission to take other people's belonging. Apparently this FEDEX guy even refused to print out the label if I did not give my phone back to him. Not sure if it is a regular FEDEX business practice or he is just being a sourpuss. They never solve the problem because of their mistakes. They lost two of my package (very very expensive and important package) and didn't show complete and clear picture to see the unit number. But from the half of picture, I know they sent to a wrong address but in my neighborhood. When I ask for help, they reply that they can do nothing for me. The young lady who looked Hispanic or Indian about 20 ish was very rude. She saw me come in with cash and still directed me to the print and go to waste my time even though I asked her to print two documents for me. I only needed two pages printed yet she printed all nine and tells me it's $1 for the paper and .25 cents for her service in printing it because I used cash. So I give her a quarter and tell her I will be back with the dollar. I return and give her a $20 and she says "with tax it's $1.30" and then gives me $18.70 change. I was like "I have you a quarter so you could round it to $19" then she proceeds to argue with me. I was like I have 5 cents change but instead of arguing and wasting more time I dipped out. The staff at this location are genuinely wack as hell. They're beyond lazy and literally if it's not one thing it's another. Last year I shipped a package with them, paid for overnight shipping because it was urgent, and the package didn't arrive til almost a month later. They had a rude ass guy from some other store filling in, who also gave me completely wrong information. The package sat for days before it was delivered-- and it was only delivered because I literally called customer service and raised hell. Fast forward to today. An idiot employee by the by the name of Ruby is who I spoke with. Amazing how I didn't tell her to get a job at FedEx, but somehow she went and got a job there, then gets irritated when she has to work. I dropped off packages to be delivered the day before, I left and there there was no tracking information, no scheduled delivery, anything. I told her it was urgent because it was court paperwork and that I needed to make sure that my package actually left their location. She refused to go check the truck, even though she said the guy was there loading packages. Literally was being crazy lazy and I had to call customer service and file a complaint. I ship packages with FedEx on a weekly basis and have definitely figure them out down to a science. I wasn't able to go to my normal FedEx location, which is how all this occurred, but I will literally go out of my way to go somewhere else than to come here ever again. Only by the grace of God did my package actually get delivered, but it definitely wasn't on time and this location is just overall beyond trash. I went in at about 8:30 AM on a Thursday morning, and it was pretty empty - only one person ahead of me that was being helped. I was greeted and has to wait maybe 2 minutes. He made copies for documents that I needed, helped me get the documents in the envelope, and brought me a Sharpie to write on the envelope. This location always has the most resistance to doing what other Fedex stores do with no problem. My company ships a lot with Fedex and emails us labels or labels with boxes purchased for store drop off while we are all quarantine work from home. Go to any other location they scan a code and we are done. This Edison location never wants to help, always requires more info, account number, or for some reason cannot accommodate. I came in recently with a box that didnt say Fedex on it but had a Fedex label, they refused the box. Said I needed to buy a Fedex box to cover the box. What?!? I asked if they could just put brown tape over the company logo, nope I can buy a box and come back when its repackaged. Doing this would miss my ship window and miss delivery date.
