We just ordered this bouquet on the right called "Your Light Shine" exactly from Lily & Vine web site, we specifically wanted this EXACT.. bouquet. Some lady on the phone said can she use peach color roses instead, we gave her the approval. However our friend's family received the bouquet on the right, UNACCEPTABLE! This is not even close to the image of the bouquet on the web site! We are so upset! It looked like a toddler put this bouquet together, using mostly inexpensive hydrangeas and just putting some roses anywhere in the bouquet spreading them out. I will call Lily & Vine tomorrow and hoping the owner can make it right and send the proper bouquet we ordered! We have used Lily & Vine in the past and was happy with the other arrangements, apparently this was created on a Friday, no standards or attention to details for this arrangement. read more

Outstanding bouquet sent for my birthday last august. Colors, unusual flowers all over the top

After discovering I couldn't get flowers delivered the same day from those online flower shops, I called Lily & Vine directly. I'm so glad I did!!! Everything is done online these days that I think we forget the pleasure and ease of speaking to a real person. I was calling from Dallas, but it might as well have been a shop down the road. The price was better, quality was superior to anything we would have gotten from, say 1800-Flowers and the girl I spoke to was just the sweetest! Happy and grateful read more

I order flowers for Valentine's day the delivery driver did not say a word that the vase was cracked and leaking I quickly called Tonya which is the owner to resolve the problem she refused to talk to me I called 3 different times and left my contact info no responce I did talk with a employee emily and she thought it was funny and a joke there is no way the driver did not notice that the box had all that water in it and the mess it made due to a broken vase how would you feel if you received this order in a cardord box with a black plastic bag as a liner presenthion is everything this place is so unprofessional I will never use them again and recommend people to do business else where read more

We were on vacation looking for a thank you gift. We contacted Lily and Vine and specifically requested a natural dried flower arrangement. We were assured this was possible and agreed on a budget of $125. They delivered outside of their area for a reasonable amount, but there wasn't a single dried flower in the arrangement. It was 90% plastic and foam and honestly not something any of us were comfortable giving anyone as a gift. The timing of this was of the essence. We communicated that the arrangement was not anything we could use and were told dried flowers could be added three days later, but this was a service and the timing was critical as we were all going home. The owner Tanya refused any kind of refund. We had asked for a picture during the process before it was delivered so that we could be sure we were on the same page and did not receive one. Tanya promised something she could not fulfill, agreed to and then ignored specific instructions and parameters we requested - natural flowers. Only after delivery she said she didn't have any natural dried flowers in stock. read more

I wish I could say my experience was positive but unfortunately it was not. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom and they were not delivered in a timely manner. This was particularly disappointing because the bouquet was in memory of my Dad on the first anniversary of his passing so timing was important. When I placed the order on-line I was allowed to select the date I wanted it delivered which I did. I got an order confirmation that stated the same requested delivery date. The day went by and my.Mom reported no delivery. I then called Lily & Vine only to get their answering machine stating that they closed at 1:30 PM. I left a message and they called back the next day stating they had computer problems all day and that they had missed the order. The order was finally delivered a day late. There was no communication on their website that they were having problems. Had there been, I would have called instead. Likewise, while I appreciate the follow up call, it would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation for not delivering within their promised delivery time. Discounted or free delivery, an extra big bouquet of flowers etc. would have been nice. I will say the flowers were beautiful upon delivery but I likely won't order again based on my experience. In the florist business, deadlines are everything as is great customer service. read more

Called from out of town mid morning to have flowers delivered today. I can't say enough about the customer service that I received. I had not written down the phone, or house number of the person I was sending flowers to and I had not looked at their floral samples prior to my call. Thinking I was technologically savvy I tried to navigate to the places that held this information while I was talking to the person helping me on the phone. However each of the 4 times I did this I managed to disconnect us. AND each time the same friendly voice answered the phone with a smile that ended in laughter. I live in California and wanted to send a big bouquet of flowers to my aunt in Connecticut for her 80th birthday. I always like to contact local florists so I found Lily & Vine in the local area where she lives. I found a design on their web site that I really liked, but wanted to make it bigger. Pretty pathetic that the owner had to round up all of her friends to write a "good review" for her. Might've helped if you all didn't write exactly on the same day: 2/18. How lame. Pretty obvious that the owner does not have enough support around town to get real reviews. Still did not get the refund I deserved and when I got the tiny refund the owner decided to give to me I had to wait 5 months for it and had to keep reminding her to send it to me. I should've gotten a full refund. She did not do what I had asked, even after two meetings and tons of phone call reminders to her. Please go somewhere else for your own sanity. read more

I could not disagree more with the review right below me. We've gotten two arrangements delivered from Lily & Vine and they were extraordinary! Truly unique and unlike any other flowers we've been sent, someone spends a lot of time and energy to create something this artistic. Each time someone called to verify we were home before delivery as well, which was nice. I can not speak about the pricing because we did not pay for these (both gifts) but what came to my parents house was truly outstanding. read more

I used LIly & Vine for my wedding after my mother received a recommendation from a friend. The flowers turned out beautifully and I received many compliments on how the colors popped and the flowers lasted quite a while, the price was reasonable as well. While I have no complaints about the flowers themselves I do have complaints about the owner Tanya. Tanya was helpful in picking out the flowers (I had no idea what I wanted) but she was very disorganized. As a bride I do not want to deal with the stress of a disorganized vendor, the second time we met with her she did not remember meeting with us the first time and had to go through her emails to find the list of flowers that we discussed. She would also tell me that she would email me within a couple of days and a week later I would have to email her to remind her. On the day of my wedding the bouquets were supposed to be delivered to my matron of honors house and the boutonnieres and centerpieces to the venue, the boutonnieres ended up at the matron of honors house. I had to call Tanya on the day of my wedding to ask what was going on, she said the delivery person forgot to bring them to the venue so they just dropped them off at my friend's house, I told her that was unacceptable, the delivery person did come back and bring the boutonnieres to the venue but this was not something I wanted to deal with on my wedding day. If you are looking to buy flowers for an anniversary or some other occasion I would highly recommend Lily & Vine because the flowers were beautiful but if you need flowers for a wedding or some other large event I would go somewhere else where you do not have to worry about the disorganization. read more
