While I personally don't interact with them directly, her distress caught my attention. Despite her typically social nature, she felt ignored when trying to greet the instructors before class. The only warm welcome seemed to happen at the start of the class, which, in my opinion, doesn't feel very welcoming. I've also received some nit-picky comments about my daughter's behavior, like 'she doesn't like to share' or 'she didn't listen in class,' and given her age, I expect some of these behaviors. Moreover, in instances where my daughter was crying during class, the teachers didn't address or try to soothe her. I had to physically remove her to calm her down. There was even a class where a girl pulled my daughter's hair, and the teacher scolded her for pushing back, which seemed unfair. After my daughter started yelling, I decided it was the last straw and chose to withdraw her from the course.

Being on top of the bowling alley, this give kids and family extra time together (or separate if the kids go play by themselves while the parents bowl, which seems to be the case here). There are a great deal of inflatable bounce houses and one giant obstacle course, a ropes tower with a slide, rock wall, some arcade games, and a few birthday party rooms. For two kids to play for 1 1/2 hours was $24 total. Seemed like a pretty good deal considering there's no other place quite like this and it keeps the kids active and happy. It is dingy and there are quite a few broken arcade games that they just decide that they're never going to fix (I've been here a few times). You pay 25-50 cents per game or a dollar to play air hockey, basketball, or a motorcycle game. There are no tickets so you're really only playing to have fun, not win prizes. There is a coin machine (it's slow) to give you quarters for the games. During my most recent visit, the basketball machine broke on us so that was interesting. Other than the rinky dink "arcade" (which is kind of just scattered around the bounce houses), this is a fun place with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

Our daughter has learned and grown so much from these instructors in just half a year. The studio is clean, well taken care of, decorated nicely and nicely maintained. We like that the classes are a full hour and there are a variety of activities so that it is not the same redundant class each week. They vary from working on the balance beams, bars, floor and trampolines. They are also very flexible if you miss a class and let you make it up by attending their open gym sessions on Friday evenings, so that makes it very convenient for us. We can't wait to continue on at Kinetic Kids for many years to come. If you are looking to enroll your child in gymnastics, we highly recommend this place!

The drop off and pick up is extremely easy and secure, you can't get in the facility without a code. Also during the day you will have the ability to see your child via a live stream, it really gives you peace of mind. The staff provides numerous updates during the day via their app. At first I was uneasy placing a 3 month old in daycare, but it was necessary due to remote work requirements. The baby has been there for a week and loves it, easy transition, and we are comfortable leaving here as well. They provide all the supplies, formula, diapers, wipes, and food which is included in the tuition. Amazing value for the working parent. Kids look happy! Highly recommend.

This review might change in the future…read more We are about three classes in. We were on a wait-list, and it took about 2 weeks before a spot opened up. Not bad. Now we are doing the classes. Three classes in and so far and I'm not impressed. It starts at 4:30 pm, and by 4:45, my son (8 years old) is still on a line behind a few kids, waiting to try the obstacle course. They have 8 kids with 2 coaches, which makes it 1:4, but so far I don't feel any benefit from that ratio. Don't get me wrong, the coaches have a great attitude, and they seem to be having fun with the kids, but it's a bit crowded. There are just too many kids. They split the junior course up into three sections. It seems each group of 8 kids and 2 coaches take 20 mins on 1/3 of the course. There are two other groups (also with 8 kids and 2 coaches) doing the other parts of the course. In that 20 min segment that my son and his 7 teammates are attempting, my son has all of one solid try on the course. He finishes, and gets to the back of the line, but at this point they ring a bell, and they move on to the next course. He didn't really have any practice time on this part of the course. Why? Because there really are just too many kids. It's not like the kids whiz by efficiently, which is perfectly fine. They take their time, look around, try the first part, fall, then try that same part again. Meanwhile, the 7 other kids waiting their turn are talking, jumping, and obviously have a lot of energy and nothing to use it on. Where is the other coach? Why isn't he trying to get these 7 restless kids to do something while that one kid is taking his turn? In the one hour that my son is there, he has tried the whole course, with at least one real turn, and maybe 2 if he's lucky. Is this worth $149/month? I don't believe this is a great program. There's really no structure, other than 2 coaches handling 8 kids, and making sure they line up and wait their turn. Ok, fine, when they are taking their turn, the coaches hold them, and guide them. I can do this with my kids at the monkey bars in a park. We are going to finish out the month. But I don't know if we want to continue to pay $149/month for an hour in their gym, where 70% of the time my son is waiting for his turn. I hope it gets better. Again, we are only 3 lessons in.

I was able to cancel the memberships but still had to pay next months payment of $250. Apparantly, cancelations must be made prior to the 14th of each month. I had several email conversations and realized I was just dealing with puppets, kids following the rules. I would stay clear of this place, unethical behavior.
