First sandwich was also on the drier end (aside from the mixup) but the replacement they gave us was well made. Drinks were well made, sangria was balanced, not too sweet but not too strong. I called the restaurant because I assumed something changed in the kitchen... some new guy or something. They said everything is the same as it's been and there's just no way. The French onion soup is still the most amazing concoction on earth and Cronins could only make it better if they offered it via IV. Maybe is a sign of the times, but for the same price from the past, I need the same size burger! *Do not expect "crispy fried onions" as a burger topping to be crispy, nor fried like the option described. They translate that as "grilled".* (#strange - Don't bring me onion rings as an alternative!) The service was tough with a crowded bar during this season of gatherings and karaoke. I only saw two people working all the tables and off they don't look your way, good luck in getting their attention for a table of only 4. Because the food IS good, I will continue to patronize this historic pub.
