Love this spot, and when I heard they were doing a holiday pop-up bar, I had to check it out! The drinks were delicious and the vibes were totally on point. Definitely worth stopping by this December!

The living room is such a great spot for a date night, impromptu happy hour or just dinner and apps with the girls! We loved the vibe at the living room and will definitely be going back. We ordered many apps and entrees, wine & beverages and had a blast sitting outside on the patio. It was cozy, but shaded and everyone around us was having a great time. The service was phenomenal, and when a fly flew into my almost full glass of wine, the server was willing to get me another, at no charge! I was so grateful!

Found this place too pretentious. At one point lights were so dim it was hard to see the food on table. Mushroom pizza is the worst - salty, overcooked, dough felt like it could've been store bought, no flavor just salty and hard.

This is a fun place to relax and chill with a group of friends on the weekends. I used to live a few miles from this place in Chandler. We had weekend meet-ups all the time here back in their early days. I love the cozy couches and the relaxed living room decor. The Living Room has a nice wine and cocktail menu along with wood-fired pizzas, sushi rolls and shareable appetizers. They do brunch on the weekends, Whiskey Wednesdays and occasional live music. I have only been here for cocktails and like to come later hours when they are less crowded. Nice place to visit in South Chandler if you want to avoid the busy downtown area.

    Good sips, great atmosphere.

"When I say I don't drink anymore, that means shots. Cocktails and champagne are just a part of being a girl." ― @CELE6BRITY, Twitter/X A group of us came here for after-dinner drinks and I had ordered a red sangria. It was nice. I probably should have ordered something more creative but since it was so late in the evening, an espresso martini seemed like a bad idea... especially since I had an espresso martini over dinner! Service for the initial drinks were fine but our waiter disappeared as soon as the bill was paid. It's a clean and cozy spot, having couches to lounge on and tables if you choose to have some food with your bevvies.

Love this cozy place!!' Food is delicious and they have live music! You can have groups of people or an intimate table of two or sit outside in the cool air at night.

Ordered the chicken chilaquiles with a salsa verde tomatillo style salsa. Very tasty although these are not classic chilaquiles but an interpretive take from the chef on them. They are tostada shells layered with over easy eggs. The chicken was shredded and very tender and the dish was executed perfectly. For $20 the bottomless mimosas are the way to go if you have more than 3 glasses of the regular mimosas. They are nice pours. Bloody Mary was tasty as was the prime rib dip sandwich that came with au jus with a nice crunchy bread! The pepper aioli sauce that came with the sweet potato fries was delicious. Service was impeccable and our waiter was excellent, intuitive to our needs and had a great personality! The music was a downer. The guys played well but it was all sad country songs that seemed out of place for a Sunday funday brunch atmosphere we were looking for. Don't get me wrong I love Waylon Jennings and the boys but I was waiting for the one were I got a new Silverado, my girlfriend dumped me for my cousin and I ran over my dog in the driveway type melody. But the group hanging out with the band seemed to be having fun. I mean I wasn't a expecting a DJ playing Sak Noel "Loca People" but that would have been kick ass ! Ambience is very cool with tables and places to just vibe and chill and have your fav food and beverage. Definitely will be back on a non sad cowboy Sunday.

Cute ambiance decorated with chandeliers and rustic goodies. Our table felt like sitting in a cozy living room. Food was good. The spinach and artichoke dip was the star. I would have liked a little more toppings on the pizza. I also would have liked to have seen a bigger menu. Service was good. Prices are pretty average.

We came here for a quick drink as part of our low key Chandler bar hopping tour. The atmosphere of this place indeed felt like its name, the living room. We sat by the bar and ordered two cocktails. The drinks were a bit average but the price was affordable. We noticed they had signs of different events happening throughout the week. This place is located in a shopping area right next to a few residential houses. I think people who live close to here would find this place fun and become regulars.

The dining room. Behind me the 'wall' was open to the patio and the weather was perfect. I love the atmosphere here!

I hadn't been to The Living Room in several years and Iso a friend and I decided to stop in last night for drinks and food, on our way to a concert at Wild Horse Pass Casino. I loved the atmosphere! The weather was perfect so all the 'garage doors' were open which gave it that indoor/outdoor feel. The table settings are pretty and the lighting is soft with great fixtures. Our 2 servers who took care of us were friendly, patient and gave great recommendations. The Skinny Margarita was tart and sweet at the same time and the dishes we shared were all tasty! Bang Bang Shrimp (could have had a little more spice, but still delicious), Chicken Pesto Flatbread (straight from their LEGIT pizza oven!) and the Meat and Cheese Board...all perfect. We were stuffed when we left! I highly recommend this place and if I lived closer to this area, I would be a regular! I was actually surprised that we got a table so easily.

In 2025 we couldn't stop raving about this place the food was amazing the service was impeccable. This last visit this weekend was disappointing. My partner ordered the beef wellington which was excellent and I ordered the duck which was...unexpected. The black cherry confit seemed non-existent, I think I actually got the same sauce that was on the Wellington. I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure and the duck was prepared well so I just let it go. The creme brulee dessert was a disaster. The first order came out black and I told the waiter there was something wrong with it immediately. He had mentioned he was new so I'm guessing he wasn't sure what it was supposed to look like. I tried to crack into it and the top just molded with the spoon so I asked him to take it back because it was not right. I watched him show it to someone, who I was told was the owners son, and they sent another. The owners son dropped it off the table and said, this should be more to my liking and walked away. Well it was only slightly less burnt but it did crack so I tried it. Sugar was definitely burnt, you could taste it, and the custard was dripping wet instead of solid. I showed this to the other waiter who was helping and she understood immediately and took it back. She said let's just get you the lava cake instead and I said fine. It's too bad because the flavor on the custard itself was excellent and I was really looking forward to it. Needless to say I was disappointed when the dessert was not taken off the bill after all we had been through with it. I expect more when dinner for two costs almost $200.

I had a glass of the cabernet on HH ($10.50 for a 9 oz. pour) and thought it was very nice. We also had garlic knots, which were just ok for me. I like them softer and more buttery. I expected more tomatoes and stuff in the Diavolo Shrimp but the shrimp and broth went nicely with the crusty bread. I also got Margherita pizza, which wasn't my favorite but this is very much personal preference and I am very picky about pizza. Too much cheese and not the right cheese. But a nice amount of basil! My friends had the chicken parm and the short rib pasta and enjoyed them. They had a chocolate mousse as a dessert special which was tempting but alas I had over ordered already. Our server was attentive and friendly. All in all a nice neighborhood option with a varied menu for different preferences.

The location has a quaint, house-style feel with beautifully manicured grounds. The large doors were open, allowing a lovely breeze to flow through, a welcomed touch. The restaurant offers a variety of seating options: outside patio, high-top outdoor seating, inside bar seating, and traditional indoor dining. We arrived in that sweet spot between lunch and happy hour, so the restaurant was quiet and relaxed, exactly how we like it. Drinks My Blue Hawaiian ($15) was absolutely amazing, it really hit the spot, and I was still feeling great when we left! My husband ordered the Pizza Port Chronic ($5) and said it was a nice, refreshing change of pace. Our Server Andrew Andrew greeted us immediately, walked us through both the food and drink menus, and was genuinely knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was the highlight of our visit. Exceptional service. Appetizer Butter Board & Bread We started with the Butter Board ($14), served with toasted bread. The butter itself, whipped with ricotta, herbs, and what I believe was a honey drizzle, was absolutely delicious. My only note is that the bread edges were toasted a bit too dark for my taste, leaving a slightly burnt crust flavor and aroma. Entrées I ordered the Seared Scallops ($48), which were plated with white potatoes, purple potatoes (possibly ube), and sausage over a rich sauce. Unfortunately, the purple potatoes had a burnt taste that was off-putting, and I wasn't able to finish much of my meal. My husband, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed his Grilled Striped Bass ($48), beautifully plated and well-executed. Final Thoughts While my entree missed the mark this visit, Andrew's outstanding service and the overall ambience more than carried the experience. The space is gorgeous, the concept is lovely, and I can absolutely see returning when the seasonal menu refreshes. In my opinion, it's worth a second chance, we will be back.

We were greeted immediately when we walked in and brought straight to a good table in spite of our early arrival. Within a couple of minutes Erin our server came to introduce herself. We began with cocktails. A double Makers Mark on the rocks and a straight-up Tito's martini. Both done just as we like them and generous. First course was the Calamari. We're former New Yorkers so being a Calamari snob is expected. This offering, which delivered a bit of Scungilli as well, was really done well. Not heavy on the bread crumbs and not at all rubbery. The accompanying sauce was very tasty. We followed up splitting a Caesar Salad that we devoured. When we ordered our entree, Linguini and White Clam sauce, we asked Erin about the portions and she read us well. She suggested that we might be overwhelmed by the size of it so we split that also. Turned out to be a great idea. We devoured that too. Done just the way I like it. So good that I ordered a glass of Italian white wine to go with it. Normally, we don't have dessert but, Erin didn't bring the dessert menu. She just looked right at us and said: "We have the best carrot cake in the entire valley"! I must say that presentation was tough to look down my nose at so we split an order of carrot cake. I think I can say it really was the most interesting and best carrot cake I have ever had. Throughout the entire meal Erin kept an eye on us and made sure there wouldn't be a reason for us to wave her over. She's definitely a pro. She was even nice enough to laugh at my really bad jokes. A shout-out to the food runners as well. They were on time, friendly and polite. In closing, I have to salute the management. The dining room was clean, organized, and nicely appointed. They have attracted a pretty nice clientele if my observations were correct. There was plenty of conversations happening but no shouting or yelling. It is just a comfortable place to have a nice dinner out. I highly recommend this restaurant. Give it a try. You can follow @sanmarcosresort on Instagram for more specials and events. I'll be back in a few months for another stay and conference at this hotel, so I expect to be back at the 1912 Lounge then. Looking forward to it!

Marie has been helping us for the last couple years that I have been coming here for a long weekend…read moretrip and year after year she is still just as friendly as before and always remembers us! This bar is located inside the Crown Plaza hotel in downtown Chandler. We visited it a few times for a late night drink or before we head out for the night. One night we did order the nachos which were super good I would order them again or be interested in ordering other items on the menu. The whole staff is super attentive and the lobby is typically a quieter area to enjoy a drink and apps or even a full meal. See you next year 1912!
