The Lobby is a nice, convenient, and typically consistently reliable place for brunch. I have been going here a couple years. The service is unfortunately inconsistent. Generally the service is good but you have to watch out for busy days. Like any restaurant things can get kind of dicey. It isn't abnormal to have a long wait on weekends. Food is tasty I typically order the hangover. There are bottomless mimosas during brunch at $20 +- I believe for just orange and $28 for other flavors like guava, lemonade or mango lemonade or cranberry I believe are the options. I go pretty often and I have to say my last visit was not the best we were seated outside at about 130 and we were chatting just like any other visit, however once we were ready to order, probably 20 minutes had passed. The waitress. I believe her name was Ali but not 10 - she had checked on us a couple times by then which I think was great. However not until after we ordered and had a drink did she advise us that there were a couple of private parties and that last call was basically in 15 minutes from the time that she had told us. That is pretty frustrating because it seems like we weren't given the opportunity to choose to go somewhere else before we ordered $30 worth of bottomless mimosas and $80 worth of food. That was frustrating. Generally , we have a fab time. Luckily this place is so convenient and the mimosas are delicious so it keeps me coming back.

Great space for a large event. Friendly, helpful, professional are all words that can describe the staff at The Lobby . I had my first experience with the Lobby for a private birthday event over the past weekend and they know how to throw a party. The staff are on top of big events and they do a great job, down to the littlest details. Highlights of the food catered from the kitchen: Deviled Eggs, charcuterie board, and meatballs. Sliders were just ok - meat is a little overdone and the bread was a tad bit stale. They serve up a mean cocktail as well. Try out their Nitro Cold Brew Coffee (Queen City coffee) with maple whiskey, and cream--is amazing! Great venue - upstairs, downstairs, and outside on the patio and in the courtyard were all very nice. Hopefully the neighbors in the apartments that attach to The Lobby enjoyed the live band we hired!

While in town, we got brunch at The Lobby. Our server was attentive and even pushed two of us to get the bottomless mimosas. For $20, it's a pretty good deal! Perfect for a girls brunch or get together. You have a 2 hour limit but can drink as many as you want. We don't have anything like that anymore in NC! We all enjoyed our food. We started off with fried pickles. The sauce they came with was delicious. I got the chicken and waffles and it was also very tasty! Highly recommend. Overall, if you're looking for a brunch spot in Denver near Laramie Square, this is a great option!

This is such a cute spot for brunch! There's a fun courtyard outside that I def was enjoying while taking a phone call after my meal. The interior is also super cute and I love all the hanging foliage. My cousin had recommended this place for bottomless mimosas and while I didn't do bottomless this time, next time I will! I got a breakfast burger (can't remember which one) with my eggs runny and it was absolutely delicious! They also have other great options on the menu for you to choose from. Come check it out!

Bottomless mimosas in downtown Denver had me inebriated on a Wednesday morning. This restaurant has such a cute courtyard. Everyone chose to dine outside that morning. It was equally chilly both outside and inside though. We got brunch here, and it was delicious. I got the Denver Omelette, while my friend got the Eggs Benedict. It was very tasty, and the mimosas were so strong. The price was reasonable for the large portion size and ambience. The server was very friendly.

Sadly my favorite fried french toast was discontinued. So i had the regular french toast which was still pretty great ! Fried green tomato were Amazing!!! No pic since they lasted 2 seconds on the table ! Biscuit& grave with fried chicken was equally amazing! Steak wasn't a great cut so we threw half of it away . Still one of my favorite brunch spots downtown for sure !!

Went for lunch to preview the venue and later in the week for an event. The event manager was a pleasure to work with and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The space is nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating. When I had lunch, I opted for their special which was a burger topped with green chile, poblano peppers, and fried onion strings with a side salad. There was no option for how the burger was cooked as it was medium-well (I prefer mine more pink.) The chile had good flavor. Food for the event was selected from a tasting menu and was enjoyed by all as was evident by the many empty platters that kept getting refilled by staff. Nice venue for a memorable event.

Thank you, Mary, for recommending the mimosa! You were absolutely wonderful--so attentive and kind. You truly have a natural gift for being a great waitress.

I came here because it looked like it was a rooftop restaurant. But once we got there we were quickly shown to what felt like a bar like seat (hi seats) and we noticed there was no rooftop anything .... Im iffy about this place . Honestly, brunch was basic . The flavors didn't wow me. The bottomless mimosas weren't bad but they weren't good . The only thing that was pretty tasty was this cinnabun thing . I think because it was loaded with sugar . The staff was nice . Im from NYC tho - I just wasnt excited about anything we had . Would we come back ? Nope .... Back to syrup I guess ...

Service here is terrible but the bottomless mimosas is hard to dis-acknowledge. Could be better if service also better.

Came for my sister's birthday and I think quality here has gone downhill. Our waiter could have been new so trying to give him some grace here. We were greeted but then getting our water and drink orders in took longer than it should. My sister's water had foreign substances in it, as if the cup wasn't washed right. That wouldn't have bothered me as much but shortly after my mom got her coffee, we realized the spoons they gave us for the cream and sugar were not washed at all! There was an obvious mayonnaise substance on them as if those had not been washed at all. Next disappointing thing was the drink, the "pick me up". It was hard to drink. I could've sent it back but the waiter also took forever and we hardly saw him. I think this place is great if you're looking for an affordable bottomless mimosa special.

Good spot for brunch/breakfast. Went on a Monday morning with friends and it wasn't busy. Nice patio seats if the weather is nice. Server was friendly and attentive. Whip-it waffles were pretty good. Hash browns are good too, they're the diced style with some peppers. Seemed like a small breakfast menu but still good.

Chicken Sandwich was amazing! Fries galore. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu! Our server was Mara and couldn't have been more happy with the service! Our drinks kept coming at the suggestion of "having another" by Mara. We love that Mara! She also suggested we have the donut holes and those were a perfect ending to our Brunch/Lunch! We will be back again and again! Request Mara! She's fantastic!

We loved the ambiance, feeling like we'd really discovered a gem off the beaten track, pun intended. By joining the club, it was a monthly excuse to plan a special night out to what became one of our favorite places for date night. It's been a couple of years now, but we had occassion to meet the owners, when we mistook their closing time for an hour later. The lights were still on, so we didn't realize our mistake, until they'd already invited us in to exchange our monthly growler with such warmth. Super nice people, reflecting the vibe we always felt on our other visits. The staff echoes that disposition, always friendly and knowledgeable. Though the winery isn't on-site, I've always been impressed with their tasting experience. I've now been a member for over 5 years, going in at least once a month, and they still suggest trying seasonal options and have broadened my palette... Though my ex and I have parted ways for a long while now and he moved away, he's kept our membership current, calling it my "alimony," and a nod to remembering the good times we had together. I recommend Bigsby's for all the good memories for all the folks, be it a lazy summer afternoon on the patio or a cozy evening in the lounge area with a glass of red when it's cold outside!

Then when he did acknowledge me and I stated I would sit at the bar, it took several minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. The staff was busy speaking to each other and doing side work. Once I was acknowledged, things started getting a little better. When I arrived during breakfast/brunch, I was informed they were in the middle of a menu change, so my choices were limited. Breakfast items include bacon and burritos. I started off with a charcuterie board (though I had asked for a fromage board). This was not only because I wanted some tasty cheese, but I was trying to kill time until the lunch/dinner menu started. The board was a great board, two different meats, three cheeses, a loaf of bread, some nuts and jellies. But it was 40 dollars! I had a few small plates (which was still a lot of food). I had a melon and cucumber salad, which was a good palate cleanser. I also had the roasted king mushrooms, which were underwhelming with no seasoning, and they were a little chewy. The best thing was the wild boar meatballs, which were seasoned really well and in a savory, delicious marinara sauce. All the cocktails were fruity (but not sweet) and refreshing. I had one that was carrot based (Kiss my Carrot with tequila, cointreau, carrot, orange, and ginger), one that had pineapple flavor (paper boat with rum, falernum, aperol, lemon, pineapple), and the smoky smoke and flower (hibiscus mezcal, cointreau, pama, rose water). This spot is a winery, so they have a large wine list. They have handhelds like burgers and flatbreads. Starters like artichoke dip and bruschetta. Some of the current entrees, which might change, are hanger steak, chilean salmon, cauliflower steak. They had a gnocchi dish I was interested in, but it's already been removed from the menu. The restaurant is classy and just like a winery is expected to be. The food is pretty good. But the service was really subpar.

This was unnecessary because they have a big room with chairs, guitars on the wall, etc available in the back of the place that appeared to be setup for the jam. Not a big deal, I was just thinking not everyone wants a whole and if someone is extra hungry they can take two halves. Just thought it would make things a tad easier. They tell me no. They can't/won't cut in half. Ok, whatever. I don't understand what the big deal is, they obviously posses knives... just cut them instead of saying "no". So stupid. 20ish Minutes after waiting, the person who took my order said it would be 30 minutes to make. Which was weird cause what was going on for the last 20 minutes? 30 minutes to wait is fine, if you don't waste the 20 mins prior resulting in about an hour wait. So, I declined as now we are talking an hour to get 20 simple breakfast burritos. I needed to get to work and I wasn't wanting to wait an entire hour and they just wasted 20 minutes of my time not prepping anything, so I decided not to go with the burritos. Someone came to refund my sale and then preceded to kind of scold me for not ordering in advance. He said something about for an order like 20 burritos they want 2 days heads up. GTF outta here. It's freaking burritos. You don't need 2 days to make 20 burritos. And here's the thing, I'm not here for a lecture because I attempted to give YOU business. And I won't be back, either. When you get a customer to purchase your goods, be happy. Provide them the goods. Make it as soon as you can. Don't say no for no reason. Don't make anyone feel bad for trying to give you business. It would have been SOOOOO simple to make the burritos and quick run the knife through them. But, no, the choice was to do nothing for almost a half hour, to refuse to run a knife through them as asked, and then lecture a customer for coming in to order 20 items. It's not like I asked for 100. What if 10 customers came in and each ordered 2? Can you do that? Do they get lectured, too, or...? See ya.

3.5 Stars…read more After waiting nearly three months for Denver's hottest reservation, my group of four were underwhelmed by our dining experience. The Good: The food itself was lovely. Fantastic flavors. Beautiful plating. If basing our review on the food alone--five stars. The Bad: Despite having been in their space for months by now, the ambiance was not there. The staff kept turning on and off the food heat lamps, which were so bright that the light level in the entire space vacillated between dark and sultry to too brightly light all night. The temperature was absolutely arctic. Multiple groups had to ask for their coats from coat check before one of the waitstaff said he looked at the heating. He made adjustments, which did increase the temperature of the room from arctic to chilly--but it remained unacceptably cold. Pacing of courses was oddly timed. The waitstaff couldn't seem to strike a good balance between casual and fine dining--it was a little awkward at times. The Bad: Despite placing our wine flight orders twice, with two different waitstaff, they forgot to give us our drinks until we asked. By then, we'd missed two of the pairings. They did offer to serve us the remaining pairings at no cost, which was a nice gesture. But, it's wild that something like this happened in a place with 16 seats and 4 waitstaff--they missed out on $400 in alcohol sales because of this error. The meal was explained to our group as a "ten course" experience. We only received nine courses: 1. The venison "hamburger" 2. Cappuccino 3. Roasted apple 4. Crudo/sashimi 5. Scallop 6. Lobster 7. Venison skewer 8. Duck leg 9. Dessert This feels like an egregious oversight. And, based on what we overheard from the table next to us--almost felt deliberately misleading. The wine pairing is plainly described in the menu as "five pairings." As dessert was brought out, the table next to us inquired about the remaining pairings, as they'd only received 4 pairings up to that point. The waitstaff tried blaming it on the fact that "dessert wine is polarizing" and "we over poured the other pairings," but those are weak excuses. If you're not going to offer the full 5 pairing flight as advertised, that needs to be communicated ahead of time. Overall: With a price point, including wine flight (had that worked out), per person of nearly $325--The Guest had too many substantial misses. While the food may be ready for prime time, the service is leagues behind.

This is a timed, coursed dinner where the entire room sits and eats together, so arriving on time is essential. The format creates a restaurant wide dinner party feel, which sets the tone for the night. Everything feels intentional, from the pacing to the service to the design of the space. The menu changes often and is never repeated, which makes the experience feel special and creative rather than formulaic. Standout dishes for me included the duck doughnut, the wood ear French toast, the venison burger, and the leek cappuccino. The kanpachi crudo and scallop with tamarind were also beautifully balanced, and desserts like Cash's Apple and The Sphere were thoughtful finishes rather than an afterthought. One of the more memorable details was the menu book at the end of the night, featuring the chef's original sketches of the dishes. It's a small touch that really reinforces how personal and considered the experience is. If you're looking for a unique, chef driven tasting experience that feels cohesive and well executed, this is absolutely worth a reservation.
