We waited about 25 minutes or so but it was worth the wait. We were greeted warmly by Ms. Vicky - a stylish lady with nicely polished nails. Our server was a burst of energy-- vibrant, friendly, and proficient. The food was tasty all the way around. We had fruity pebbles pancakes, Captain crunch French toast, corned beef hash and eggs, pork chops and eggs, and an egg and bacon sandwich. Ms. Linda came by and spoke to us at length. She was very nice as well. Overall, it was pleasant and I would return again.

OPEN. Behind Twists and across from PNC.

Linda's is very open at their new location at lMillstone Lndg Rd across from San Souci Plaza and crowded. New business line not in yet to call.

It's an ok place. Came for breakfast and ended up being a brunch because of the wait time after order. Server was friendly and nice. Menu is extensive for breakfast. Place is kinda divey - which is cool. Old school ads on table mats and coffee mugs. Place was almost full, so busy. Food took a long time to arrive. Coffee cup was never empty, tho so all is well. Make sure you have time to spend.

Hidden Gem. Go eat here. You're welcome. My boy actually picked this place. After a long training session at the base pool, we wanted to find a place for breakfast, and didn't want to look far. Linda's was right outside of the base, and guess what? It's was awesome. The service was fantastic, the food came out quick, and more importantly, the food was really tasty. This place can be comparable to our Hawaiian breakfast places, and that is a really good thing. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to eat there again since I had to fly out. Also, my Boy REALLY liked it, and that's an even bigger compliment since he's way more picky than me. Well done.

This is a great little place right outside the gate of the NAS. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and Linda was great. It is a small place so it gets pretty busy, it is a good idea to get there early. The selection is good for such a small place, they offer a lot of different choices. They also allow dogs on their small front patio area. We have brought our dog several times and each time they asked if the dog needed a water bowl also. We will 100% be coming back.

Love the place, I was just visiting Maryland on my Harley trip and the place was highly recommended by local people. Absolutely great place! Thank you

Cute place for breakfast. The wait for food was over an hour which was hard to kind of grasp when it wasn't super busy. I ordered the fruity pebble short stack and it was pretty tasty. The atmosphere is great but be prepared to wait a long while.

There is parking conveniently located near the restaurant, so you don't have to worry about finding street parking. The restaurant was very clean and offered indoor and outdoor seating, along with an indoor bar area. There is also an ATM on-site. I looked at the menu ahead of time and already knew I wanted the Ultimate Seafood Platter, mainly because it included a crab cake. We also ordered oysters as an appetizer, and they were absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. Hands down, this was some of the best seafood I've had from a restaurant in a long time. The scallops were plump and juicy, and the fish portion was very generous. I'm usually nervous when a crab cake is included as part of a platter because I expect something small or previously frozen. That was definitely not the case here. The crab cake was a great size and tasted fresh. They offer a traditional version and an "angry" version. I ordered the angry crab cake, and it was seasoned to perfection. The other person with me ordered the seafood pasta, and it was just as impressive. The Alfredo sauce was delicious, with plump scallops, juicy shrimp, and a generous portion of pasta. It also came with amazing rustic, buttery toasted bread. The waitstaff was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the waterfront view made the experience even better. If you're looking for fresh, delicious seafood with a beautiful view in Solomons Island, I highly, highly recommend The Lighthouse Restaurant!

We just hadn't had a meal worth mentioning until this visit. My wife and I took a drive down to Lexington Park and decided to stop into Cracker Barrel for dinner and to exchange a shirt she had purchased for me a few days earlier. The restaurant was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon, but we were greeted quickly by a nice young man who took our drink orders right away. My wife ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken with mac and cheese, and I went with the Fried Chicken Sandwich and fries. They roast their own coffee! Wow! Yum!…read more On a weekend morning (Jun 2026), we were in the vicinity of Solomons MD, and friends said that Bugeye Grill roasts their own coffee. That got our attention! We stopped in at this bright clean restaurant on a late weekend morning, (weekdays they open at 5pm). The French-press coffee was a tasty fragrant medium Brazilian blend. The flavor was well balanced, and it was a good smooth non-acidic coffee We found it to be a creamier fragrant brew, not a darker roasty flavor. It had a lightly malty sweetness and nuttiness, characteristic of its blend of Brazilian arabica, robusta, and hybrid beans. They have different blends from time to time. They really are a full-menu restaurant terrific views of Back Creek, and a midscale-classy vibe. They focus on seafood and steaks and lobster! We saw sandwiches around $20. The restaurant had a nice variety of dishes and specialty cocktails...I think that I was more interested in the latter. ;) Since I have not visited Solomons, MD before, I cannot comment if the prices are comparable to other places in the area. However, most of the entrees were in the $25 and up range. I thought my fish and chips (I forget the actual name of the dish) were fine, and my spouse really enjoyed the crab cake sandwich. Although I thought the portion sizes for the sandwiches and fries were fine, the serving size of the mussels seemed a bit small. However, this could have been an optical illusion because the serving bowl for the mussels was HUGE, so the amount of mussels could have appeared to be smaller than what it was. I thought the outdoor patio was great especially with a view of the water and folks going about their business. However, some may not like the setup because you are right on the main street, which can be a bit noisy especially if a lot of bikers are cruising up and down the strip. Parking was a bit of a struggle (not the fault of the restaurant). During our visit, all of the public parking lots were full. However, we visited on Mother's Day weekend so maybe there were more folks (including us ) in the area than normal. I'll admit that since this was my first time visiting the area that I'm not too familiar about the ebb and flow of parking. Overall, our server (who reminded me a bit of a young Jodie Foster) was amazing. One thing that I really appreciated was her telling us about a potential delay for the food due to a large party. Although no one wants to hear that after ordering food, I think it's nice and considerate when a server provides a heads-up so diners can adjust accordingly.
