What can I say about this place. JUST ORDER. That's it. I've ordered everything off their menu and can say I've never been disappointed. I really think people don't care about food quality these days. I am giving two stars for the only two decent dishes. Pork Nachos and the sweet chill wings. Everything else was ridiculous. Look at my burnt burger inedible taste like charcoal, like really !!! Then the Mac and cheese, question is where is the cheese this is pasta with flour, butter, water, roux. I am guessing the little thing sprinkled on top is some type of cheap cheese with no flavor. The spicy Korean wings I just didn't like it. In the both order of wings it seems like it's dry old chicken. I was excited to order from this place because the pictures look nice but I am getting tired of getting delivered low quality food like this. The burgers and sandwiches are on point. However, the wait was SUPER long, we were the first and only table seated for at least half an hour, and our order came 45 minutes after we were seated, so more than 35 minutes after ordering. They also forgot our drinks and we had to remind them to get us our drinks first. The greeter/waiter was also one of the cooks. He did not change his gloves the entire time we were in the restaurant (yes, I watched, as I had nothing to do while waiting 35+ minutes for my burger). I saw him cutting avocado, bread, tomato, etc of course touching all the food, and also writing down stuff on some notepads, taking calls, using the remote for the TV, pouring drinks etc. A few other lone diners came in after. One guy who was sitting next to us was raging as he waited - you can see it in his eyes and his gestures and facial expressions. Basically he was like 'Jesus Christ where's my food, why does it take so long to make a goddamn burger?!' If you're in a hurry, this place is definitely not for you. Located in a small parking complex is this hidden Gem. I never noticed this place and I live in the near by neighborhood. Decor and ambiance was very nice. Service was great. Carlos was very polite, professional and welcoming. Our drinks were brought right over (they serve canned soda so you're guaranteed fresh bubbly and NOT flat soda). I ordered the Turkey burger with the added fried egg and avocado. The burger was very well seasoned and flavorful, I believe the bun is a potato bun which is also very good. We also tried the Fried Chicken sandwich which is topped with a seasoned slaw. Very delicious. It was a tad bit dark(not sure if it was slightly over cooked or if it was the seasoning in the flour). However the chicken did NOT taste over cooked and was perfectly done. We also had a side of their biscuits which are a must have and Cajun fries. Overall they have Beer, Wine and great food. Visiting a friend in the South Ozone Park area. After a few busy days in Manhattan we wanted to eat somewhere a little reasonably priced. The Local Press came across our search on Yelp. We decided to give it a try. Upon arriving the restaurant was having difficulty with their front security gate. We were able to enter the restaurant right away but the owner was there and it was getting fixed. He felt so sorry about it and was so polite. We totally understood things happen and break! When you enter the restaurant it is a little chic joint. It was extremely clean with about ten tables. The restaurant offered chair seating and a mix of chair and booth seating. It was also very interesting that you could see the kitchen in the front where the dining area is. You can watch your food being prepared which was awesome! My friend and I ordered the pulled pork nachos and the pull apart garlic bread to share. At this time they did not have the pork buns on the menu. The pulled pork nachos were delicious. They had plenty of toppings such as shredded cheese, marinated peppers, pulled pork, sour cream, salsa Etc. The pull apart garlic bread was like a Sourdough and it had the garlic and butter and herbs all over it was delicious. For our main course I ordered the local Burger. I ordered my burger medium well with bacon added. The local Burger was cooked to perfection and the french fries on the side where just how I like them they were especially crispy. The reason this review is not getting a five-star is because when we arrived the hostess was very attentive to us. Then throughout our dining experience she was meeting with advertisers or recruiters and then we were completely forgotten about and no one else was in the restaurant. Also our appetizers came at the appropriate time but then there was such a long break in-between when we got our main meal. I think our Burger order was forgotten about. All in all I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant and my friend will definitely be taking his friends back to this restaurant! read more

Came here on Sunday afternoon and finally got the opportunity to try this place out. I ordered the portabella mushroom pesto sandwich with cajun fries and my boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. For drinks I had the tropical beer and oh was it tropical... it was extra refreshing and almost like a mimosa but smoother, and he ordered the white sangria,which he tells me was just right. The place looks like we are somewhere in Astoria or the city and the plate presentation was very modern and contemporary. The food was delicious and not too heavy or greasy. The cajun fries got a bit spicy but it was expected. The menu was also a decent size and there were many options for sauces and sides. I will be returning here... 2 thumbs up. read more

The place is more or less "fast serve" food. Here is the problem, it might be the longest I waited from the time I placed the order to the time it was delivered. It's insane. We waited something like 50+ minutes to get an order of chicken wings, Cuban sandwich and guacamole and chips. This order shouldn't take longer than 10 min. The place had like 3 couples in there and they all seemed to be waiting and waiting like us. They had about 3 cooks working full time and I'm not sure if they don't have enough of stove place to cook but this was the result. We went from being early for our flight to running late. The order came out to about 41 dollars(they threw in extra 6 wings for making us wait this long). The amount of food was good enough for one meal for two people, thus the place is definitely on a high end of any of the "quick food" spots you will find. Food itself was ok at best. Girlfriend was impressed with guacamole, and ehh on Cuban sandwich and wings. I thought all 3 were about average(wings slightly below and guacamole slightly above average, Cubans sandwich was subpar) and definitely not worth going back to, even without the wait or being overpriced. I'm giving it a 1 Star, not happy to do it but have to go with my experience. read more

This establishment has so much potential because their food is good! However they lack is other areas. I called about my order placed on GrubHub to add extra sauce they said sure. When asked how long for delivery they state they are not sure depends on the grubhub delivery guy. Understandable. However I get a text from the grubhub delivery guy stating that he is waiting for the food because they are making it now. I was over an hour late and it wasnt the drivers fault it was the restaurant. Then when I receive my fish and chips it had no sauce (im supposed to eat it dry?) and they put bacon in my burger when i specifically stated no bacon. Came in here a few days ago with my husband and son and we really enjoyed our selfs, let me start of by saying that the place has such a great ambiance and such a good vibe to it! The waiter was super attentive and helpful. They still don't serve any liquor but I was told that in a few weeks they will. We started off with the pulled pork nachos and they were super tasty! One of my favorite food spots since they opened because of the delicious food, and wonderful service from beginning to end. Hubby had the fried chicken sandwich, and I had the turkey burger. We ended up sharing because we couldn't decide which was better #firstworldproblems. I feel like this was the best addition to the neighborhood! The ambiance is nice, chill, laid back. The staff is friendly and attentive. I love the fact you could watch them prepare most of your food behind the counter! For starters we had pulled pork nachos, they were devine!
