This is a great locksmith. I called them 6 minutes AFTER closing time and they told me to go ahead and come on in and that they'd wait for me (unheard of in this day and age). It took me about 12 minutes to get there and when I arrived I anticipated them to be a bit frustrated because now it was 18 minutes past closing time. What I got was exactly the opposite. They were friendly as soon as I walked through the door. I needed two keys made for my car and the original key I had was worn down to the point where they had to really work on how to cut the new keys so they'd work. This was a time consuming activity and I was already holding them from "going home". The friendly attitude of all the employees there didn't change and they patiently edited the key cuts until I was able to get the two good copies I needed. This is a family owned business. Dad was cutting the keys, mom was helping around the shop, and daughter was at the cash register. The three of them together provided the most friendly locksmith experience I've ever had. They are an incredible local, family owned shop that offers great work and unbeatable customer service. After moving into our new house, we hired them to rekey the doors. They came to us and had the doors rekeyed quickly and without any trouble. Afterwards we were telling them that we were wanting to get new knobs and hinges for the bedroom doors. I called them late afternoon and made an appointment for the late afternoon the next day. They called me and said the technician actually was done early at the other job location and he was on his way to my house. That was awesome. Steve showed up. He was a very nice down to earth guy. He was so skillful and very quick. He did re-key two door locks for me. He even gave me extra spare keys for free. He was very careful and respectful wearing his mask, keeping his distance and cleaning and wiping down all the spots he has touched. Thank you Steve and thank you The LOCK Shop. I recently got locked out of my house and I thought I was screwed! It was 7:30pm and I wasn't even sure I could get a locksmith to come out after hours. Well never thought I needed a locksmith but I did. On June 9th,2022 I was coming home from a doctors appointment and tried to get in the front door and my key would not work at all and its the day we hit 110 . I was able to get a locksmith out the same day I called the store. They were upfront about pricing. I haven't compared to other locksmiths but it seemed reasonably priced. I believe the technician's name was Stephen. He made sure all my doors were synced to one key and that they all closed/locked properly. I was very impressed with his service. Best locksmith! I am a food delivery man, I locked my keys in my car when I realized an order had been made wrong and I went back into the restaurant to have it fixed (kids meal was left off!) My mistake, but this guy was so quick he had me on the road fast enough to get the food delivered quick enough for me to still get a great tip from my customer!
