So I locked myself out of the house today. I was freaking out. The only thing I had was my phone.. I had no water, no car keys.. nothing. They are an incredible local, family owned shop that offers great work and unbeatable customer service. After moving into our new house, we hired them to rekey the doors. They came to us and had the doors rekeyed quickly and without any trouble. Afterwards we were telling them that we were wanting to get new knobs and hinges for the bedroom doors. Fortunately for us, we were able to purchase the new hardware from them and they even came back to the house to do the installation. If you are trying to find a great locksmith look no further. We purchased a new (used) home and the seller provided no keys to any of the exterior doors or deadbolts. They quoted me a 30-45 minute wait time but the Locksmith arrived even sooner than that. I think it was only about 20 minutes. Had a strange issue with a remote I bought on eBay with one button not working, they did some investigative work and found out that my car was sold as a 2003 but is in fact effectively a 2002 so I unknowingly bought the wrong remote. A woman gave me a used product! I went all the way home, opened the package and could tell it was used because it was scratched and certain parts were missing and wasn't able to assemble. When I tried to return it the same day, she pulled a guy out ... husband? I don't know. They refused to give me a refund and said "either keep it or return it without a refund." Never again.
