I started coming to this salon because of Beth (followed her from another salon). I have been going to her for about 6 years now and have never had anything but exceptional service. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and the staff is very professional, friendly and organized. But the real reason that I go to this place is because of Beth's wonderful, friendly and down to earth personality and of course her superb hair cutting and coloring ability. I can't say enough great things about Beth. She truly knows how to cut short hair, which unfortunately, many other hair stylists are not as good in this technique. Beth listens to me about what my needs are and also guides me when I am unsure about cut decisions and I trust her completely, and many times go with her opinion. My adult daughters, one with a short hair style and one with a long hair style also go to Beth for their cuts and highlights and they also love her. Went to The Loft for the first time since moving to the area and I was very happy with my experience! Had a facial with Holli and she did a great job! She was meticulous with the extractions and I came out blemish free. There weren't a lot of extra frills in terms of scalp/hand/foot massage that I've gotten at other spas and the table was a little small/unheated, but I'm super happy with the quality of the facial itself and you can't beat the price. Also had a haircut with Olivia. She sat down with me before my appointment to talk over what I was looking for and really took the time to get to know me/my style. She made it clear exactly what she was going to do so there weren't any surprises and I couldn't be happier with my cut! Olivia cut off around 10inches from my hair and made me feel super comfortable and excited about such a big change. She also helped show me how I can style it on my home and recommended some good products for doing so but wasn't pushy in trying to sell them to me. I love my new hair and my skin is still glowing. I've tried a lot of hair salons in the area and was always disappointed with either the results or the service....until I went to The Loft Salon and Spa. True to their website description they provide individualized attention. At my first appointment Linda took the time to listen to what I wanted and she and I discussed coloring and styling options that would work best for me. She works with one client at a time instead of some salons where stylists bounce back and forth between clients. I have been extremely satisfied each time I've gone to Linda to have my hair done. You've got to go see Beth at The Loft Salon and Spa. Today in the grocery store a lady stopped me to say, "you have great hair, it's just beautiful". I thanked her and she replied, "you're stylist knows how to give a great cut". Funny thing my hair next appointment is less than a week away. Beth always gives me a fabulous cut that looks just as good the day of my appointment as it did the last time she cut it. I've never had a better cut. I can style it just like she does. Casey walker- amazing!! I went for a quick toner in an attempt to salvage the mess my previous salon made a few months ago with my transition to grey journey ( no names but they are in savage!) Casey fixed by going back a few shades darker to actually match my roots where the other salon kept taking it lighter causing a huge color difference along with a row of brassy orange :(. And they were rude to me after all the years... Casey took less than 1 hr to transform my hair back to something I love again while still going grey! And at an extremely reasonable price! I was looking for a new hair salon after receiving a few bad haircuts from my former stylist. When I found the Loft online and saw that they had received several good reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am really glad that I did. The place is clean and adorable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beth gave me the exact cut I was looking for. She was genuinely excited about doing hair, was fun to talk to, and made me feel right at home. Since being in college, I have been jumping around from salon to salon and I was never fully impressed with each cut/color job I received. Once I finally found The Hair Loft I was instantly in love. One of the stylists there recently did an ombré for me and I was SO HAPPY with the outcome. Beth is my stylist and she does a fantastic job. I've been getting a haircut every three weeks for thirty years. In this time I have changed stylists many times because I refuse to accept mediocrity when it comes to my 'do'. After a while, the quality of a hair cut delivered by many stylists seems to decrease. With Beth, this is not the case. She is meticulous (in a good way) with every cut. She keeps me entertained with interesting conversation, but never forgets the specifics that I ask for. I have had the same person cutting my hair for 30 years and she finally retired. I decided to try The Loft Salon as a walk in off the street. This has to be the best haircut I ever had in my life. Beth was wonderful . Not only was the haircut great, but it was also relaxing as she took her time, told me how she would cut it and shape it. I am new to the area and was in a hurry to have my hair colored and cut. I was accommodated with the appointment time that worked for me and was warmly welcomed on time when I arrived. I LOVED my first experience here. Olivia did my hair and I am do happy with how it turned out. Making a change is scary but she made it so cute!! I highly recommend here. The salon is so cute too. It was so bad I didn't know what direction to go in from there Im also 8 months pregnant!...she fairly (and graciously) assessed the situation and took her time as she was also very meticulous.
