The town of L'Erable practically revolves around this establishment with the amount of cars that were parked in front, hell, its the only place of commerce in the town. Inside is your typical divey bar atmosphere. We went there to take advantage of their smelt night, which is only available on the 1st Thursday of every month. It was pretty good, deep-fried with a little tartar sauce, all you can eat for $9.95. We also got some hog (I think) wings, which were big-boned pork wings that were also delicious. The patrons, most were regulars where everyone knew each other, were very nice, down to earth, and enjoyed talking to us. Some were quite characters as an older guy cracked open an acorn that had a condom inside. The guy, apparently grew nuts and somehow found a way of putting the condom in the nut. Just when I thought I saw everything. Its a tough call as to whether I'd go back or not, cause it was a very long drive. The smelt were filling up to an extent so I recommend ordering another item on the side. The people there made our visit worthwhile. Cash and check only

Hmm...things are getting weird in L'Erable.

Great food, cheap drinks and always packed. Fun time every time. Perfect distance for motorcycle ride on a nice day. I recommend this place highly.

Hidden gem. Real quality food by trained culinary professionals. A lot of thought is put into the menu items.

I ordered the filet mignon with asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The asparagus was fresh and had great flavor. My mom was craving the fried shrimp, mashed potatoes, and mac. She loved it all and I was even stealing her mashed potatoes it was so good! Service and food was 5 stars. Giving 4 stars because the inside could use a little more ambience or aesthetic.

The restaurant lacks a distinct ambiance. It needs to work on the interior design. Ambiance plays a significant role in making an amazing dining experience. The service was great. The bartender was quick and efficient. He was very friendly and recommended several different entrees and appetizers. I would come back to have a drink at the bar without a problem! He brought water and a bread basket. I wish he was more educated on what type of bread was being served. Overall he was attentive and ensured that my to-go order was packed correctly. My mom had the bbq baby back ribs. She said the baked potato tasted better than the ribs and that she prefers the ribs at TGIFridays over Trios. Which was kinda disappointing because we live relatively close to Trios and it's the only nicer restaurant in Watseka. Her onion rings were lightly breaded and tasted great! I had the salmon with asparagus and Mac n cheese. It was cooked perfectly. However, it lacked flavor. The asparagus had more seasoning and taste than the salmon. They should try some different seasonings. Too bland for me. The asparagus was surprisingly delicious and I would come back just for it. The Mac n cheese was disappointing. I advise to get the onion rings. It's a large portion of onion rings that are prepared fresh to order in a light batter. I doubt I would return for the main dishes. I hope they change things up.

Our server, Umberto, was attentive and pleasant and took good care of us; he was the best part of our evening. However, this is the first and last time I'll ever eat at Entourage. They promise "a dining experience" on their website, but I could get the same experience at your average Chili's or TGIFriday's without the pretense. Why do I say that? It's the noise...oh, the noise. There were a few tables with large parties, so it was pretty loud. Even leaning in closely, it was hard for my friend and me to hear each other talk. And the screaming kids were something else, emitting ear-piercing screams that get your attention, for all the wrong reasons. I didn't see any staff ask the large parties to keep it down or ask the parents to manage their children, which I guess I can understand. Large parties = more revenue than a two-top. But we did not - could not - linger after we ate our meals, or order coffee, dessert, and/or an after-dinner drink, because it was just too loud in there.

I had some of their cajun pasta and calamari, both were quite small serving sizes for their price. What put me off was adding shrimp to the pasta for 5.99 only to be given exactly five pieces of shrimp. The pasta had nothing cajun about it and served on a big plate to look bigger than it is, far too big for the small table! The pasta itself was nice, however it tasted like grocery store jar alfredo sauce. And the restaurant had far too loud music for so little people there, couldn't even talk properly to the server or family despite sitting so close on a tiny table. Would not recommend

A…read morelong time ago, in my mid to late 20s era, we would order seafood boil for Father's Day so this was very nostalgic for me. I've seen the sign for Sea Shack from Route 59 and finally got to try it when my sister was visiting Naperville. I called in an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. What we ordered for 3 adults: 1 lb peeled shrimp, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb black mussels, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb clams, mild 1 corn on the side 1 sausage on the side onion rings chicken tenders and fries 2 orders of rice We had plenty of food and enough for leftovers. My favorite part might be the cajun butter sauce with white rice... even more than the seafood. I love white rice with basically any sauce. The food was fresh, the sauce was mild as requested, still flavorful and not too salty. If you order the clams on its own, no sides, the bag might seem a little small but that's just because the clam meat is so small. For takeout, your seafood will come double bagged so it was leak proof. We decided to empty the bags into bowls since we were doing family style, and it was a hearty meal. I can't comment on the ambiance since it was a takeout order, but we enjoyed our food. We'll be back!
