    Iced coffee

We came here for Aloha All Ways Tustin Island Fair and was needing of some coffee bad!! It's in the Mess Hall surrounded by some offices. The mess hall itself looks almost like a food court, fancy food court I guess. The vibe of the place is really cool and the outside seating area overlooks a park. I'm a plain Jane and order my coffee black. Their iced coffee is tasty and has a nice pick me up. Also grabbed a chocolate donut, a bit on the small side but that was also tasty. Overall, a nice experience with friendly staff.

The coffee beans are so good that I keep coming back. The staff is always kind and welcoming. It's also a great spot to get work done. Plus, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee here is just delightful!

I love their coffee! This one is in Mass hall market, so grab a meal and coffee at the same time and enjoy.

This place is located inside Mess Hall. This place has a lot of parking and is validated for 2 hours. There are many seating options insides and outside. It is very nice for you and your friends to talk. The lost bean has many popular coffee options. Their matcha refresher was very light. If you are a big fan of sweet then I would suggest to add extra sweeteners. Even though I had syrup it was still similar to a 6/10 sweetness level at other places. I would like to see more unique drinks as there was not too many drinks that stood out to me.

This place has good coffee, but so do many other coffee shops in OC. However, I like this place for 3 reasons: 1) Michelle is the best. When I'm getting coffee I feel like I'm catching up with a friend, not just ordering from a barista. 2) they brew organic coffee and have gluten free pastry options - which is a bonus from a health standpoint. 3) it's inside the Mess Hall @ FLIGHT (an upscale food court), so there's always plenty of seating, and good spots for lunch.

I've tried two other locations aside from this one located inside the Mess Hall at the Flight complex and just can't quite get into their style of java. I ordered a vanilla latte and also got one of the chocolate chip cookies in their small display case. You can't just have a coffee without an accompaniment, right? Like the other locations, I couldn't detect a vanilla flavor. And the coffee just has a flavor I don't enjoy as much as other places. Is it the beans? Or do they slightly burn them while roasting? I'm just not sure and my coffee palate is not sophisticated enough to pinpoint why it doesn't please me. The cookie was fresh and soft with plenty of chocolate chips. It's obvious from other reviews that The Lost Bean brews coffee that a lot of people love. For me it's just A-OK.

New location in the Mess Hall.

Doesn't have the same vibe as a normal Lost Bean location, but the coffee and the food is still up to par. This stand or kiosk takes over a full comer in the Mess Hall in Tustin. It's has all the Lost Bean coffee staples; cold brew, lattes, and so on. They do have food but it's pretty limited. Mostly just pastries and pre-made quiches and sandwich wraps. This a great place to sip some coffee, get some work done or have an impromptu meeting. There's also plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Need that caffeine boost and don't want to wait in-line. The Lost Bean in the Tustin Mess Hall will get you in and out and on our way.

I love everything about this coffee shop. Not only do they have coffee and tea, they also serve acai bowls and healthy juice drinks. I ordered the green goddess 16 oz. Which is $6.50. And of course, it has all the green goodies you would expect: kale, green apple, grapefruit, and pineapple. I would drink this everyday I could. I also think everything is organic. Another positive for the health conscious person like myself. Pesticides cause cancer y'all, just sayin'. I fully appreciate the quality their ingredients here.

I love The Lost Bean, and am glad to see them thriving with three locations in Irvine/Tustin now. This one is located in the Mess Hall. I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew, and I was a little hesitant because I never tried it before, but the sweet girl said not to worry because if I didn't like it, she'd make me any other drink of my choice. Great service! I ended up really liking it, but appreciated the gesture. It's different than what I can make at home and so refreshing for a hot day. They also have green juices and açaí bowls, and other non-caffeinated options here for those who aren't in the coffee mood.

What a great hidden spot to enjoy the morning, and some great coffee! I will not go back to Starbucks after tasting the difference!

I actually keep hoping that they open another location over near Cerritos/Artesia. There was a line leading outside of the building, but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered a pandan latte and I'd say it was just as good as their original location! Not overly sweet with a really tasty pandan flavor. Lots and lots of parking in the plaza. And service was very quick. There's very minimal seating on the left hand side of where you order. I wouldn't say this is the ideal shop to work in and hang out and chat, but that's fine.

The parking is outside in the parking lot so there's no problem there. The entire store is kind of open with only a small indoor seating area. It's now more of a pick up kind of place now with a line out the door and people waiting inside together their dreams. We sat inside for a couple hours to work with free Wi-Fi. The store gets very rowdy and very loud with a lot of people trying to fit into the tables. I couldn't wait til it died down so i left. I think it'd be nice to see more tables like before and to make it more of a sit down café. 5/5 loudness 5/5 matcha. I think it's still worth picking up my matcha.

I found the inside decor a bit unexpected, the green walls, the dark vibe with gold accents. It reminded me of a chic lounge or den. I was happy to see they sold drinks and baked goodies. I wasn't in the mood for coffee or a drink, but decided to check out the sweet treats. I was so excited they had Portuguese egg tarts. I am very familiar with the Asian egg tarts, but I haven't had the Portuguese kind. I was eyeing up the banana pudding, but I decided to not get it. Prices seemed a bit high so we just went for 4 egg tarts. We relaxed a bit while our order was ready. They warmed them up, I decided to try one since I am not from this area. MY, oh MY, oh my!!!!!!!!?!!!!!?!!?!!! They were so good, the outside was super flakey, not greasy. The egg center was warm, not too 'eggy' and the sweetness level was just perfect. They were honestly to die for. I contemplated for a few minutes to BUY MORE even though I had only eaten one. I thought, I'm not from this area, so I might as well get more! I ended up getting 5 more, each tart leans on the expensive side for how small they are, but they are mighty delicious!!! I also decided to try the sea salt chocolate chip cookie: Classic Cookie. Traditional components with a dash of sea salt to accentuate the taste of rich imported Belgian chocolate Egg tarts: 5/5!!!!! Honestly when I put in my 2nd order, I couldn't help myself to tell the people behind me how dang good the egg tarts are... They told me they ended up getting some just because I mentioned it.. The salted chocolate cookie looked different to me, it is shaped like a mound. I thought this was good, full of chocolate and the sea salt was good. Would I order it again? Maybe, maybe not. 3/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5 Food: 4/5
