    Strabwerg matcha latte
    Lena T.

The ambiance and service were great. This place is def a cute place to catch up and try but I wouldn't suggest this place for matcha lattes. It's basically instant matcha powder with syrup. The matcha isn't anything fancy, it's left outside in a clear container so iykyk. I would rate both the strawberry matcha latte 2/5 and the blueberry matcha latte 3/5. I would still go back because just sitting in the cafe is it's own vibe.

I was confused at first looking for the shop but it's in the lobby of the hotel! It's extremely well kept, has some seating area, staff is very nice! Got there around 6:50 am & had the spring lavender latte. Very good !!

Although I like lattes from the nearby place KRISP, they are ALWAYS slow to make one, there is always a line and the seating area is tiny.

There was a small line, but the drinks came out quickly. I ordered the VTMatcha, and it was strong, flavorful, and well-balanced. I ordered through the kiosk because there were people waiting at the register. After about 10 minutes, I noticed multiple customers who ordered after me already receiving their drinks, so I asked the workers if my order had gone through. They apologized and said the kiosk order never printed, and that they would make it ASAP. Unfortunately, even after bringing it up, I continued waiting while other customers' drinks were being made, including remaking a drink for someone who had just walked in. By the time I got my refund sorted out, the whole situation took around 30 minutes total. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any urgency after realizing I had already been waiting so long. A little more attentiveness and customer care would have gone a long way.

What a beautiful cafe located in a park! You can eat outside with a stunning view!…read more We were greetly immediately when we walked in. The cashier explained the menu items and suggested a few of her favorites. We ordered the pesto chicken flatbread. It came out toasted, topped with a mountain of arugula, and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. It was soo good! I love arugula! We also ordered the avocado toast topped with an egg and more arugula!!! Yesss! We wanted to try one of their coffees as well so we got a mocha latte. Very yummy!! And for something sweet, we got the belgium special crepe! OMG it was so pretty i didnt want to eat it! The chocolate was very rich and paired really well with the strawberries and bananas. We had a very nice brunch sitting outside looking at the park and views. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items. 10/10

I had been here a few times…read moreover a decade ago, but it has been well over ten years since my last visit, and it is clear that the ownership has changed. The cafe is now run by ChocoFruit, and unfortunately, the experience was a significant disappointment. When I walked in on a quiet Thursday morning, I was not greeted at all by the two employees working. It was incredibly awkward because they did not acknowledge me, even when I attempted to say hello. Since I was essentially ignored, I used the kiosk to order. While I found the number of options for pastries and crepes to be overwhelming, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of variety in their coffee menu. The quality of our orders was unfortunately just as poor as the service. I ordered an iced Spanish latte, and my friend ordered a strawberry matcha and a chocolate pistachio croissant. The drinks were flavorless- my latte tasted entirely like milk with no hint of coffee or cinnamon, and the color was noticeably off. The croissant was even worse, as it appeared to have been microwaved and placed in a plastic container, which made the pastry sweat and turn soggy before we even had a chance to eat it. It looked and tasted like a low-grade, bulk-bought item rather than a freshly made pastry, which was particularly frustrating given the price. The only bright spot during the visit was a young man who entered from the back kitchen as I was leaving. He was the only staff member to offer a warm interaction when I said thank you for my order. Aside from that, the atmosphere remained cold and uncomfortable throughout my time in there. It is truly sad to see an establishment that used to be a great spot go so far downhill. I likely won't be returning, but I wanted to share this feedback in the hopes that management addresses these significant lapses in both service and product quality.

It's a small boba tea shop with a simple, clean interior (which I actually love--it's not overly decorated or cluttered). It's a great little place to meet up with friends and just hang out. Service is quick and easy. You can order online for pickup or use their kiosk in-store. The staff is friendly and always greets you when you walk in, which makes the experience even better. Now the drinks... SO good. I got the passion fruit peach green tea, and my husband got the pineapple green tea. Both were super light, refreshing, and not overly sweet at all--which we really appreciated. Honestly, we finished them wishing we had ordered more. Safe to say I'll definitely be a regular here. Highly recommend giving this place a try--it's 100% worth it!!

Staff is friendly & greets upon entry. Ordering is done through one large tablet, and drinks came out surprisingly fast. Minor observation - there's so much glare on the screen during the day being directly across the windows, but not a dealbreaker. The menu mentions that hot teas make the wait time a bit longer cause they heat it'll up. Topping options are somewhat limited, but that's perfectly fine for me since I always choose aloe vera. They also offer soy and oat milk alternatives, though the menu notes that dairy provides the creamiest texture for their milk teas and encourages you to stick with dairy if you can have it. Mountain Rock Oolong Tea Latte is a solid option. The HNT Trinity Latte is an interesting option if you're indecisive. It combines three different teas into one drink, and I could definitely pick up both jasmine and oolong notes. Overall, a clean and efficient tea shop with friendly service and quality tea - will stop by again when I'm in the area!

The ambiance was absolutely adorable, with a fun and charming atmosphere that makes the experience feel special from the moment you walk in. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable One thing to note: the portions are on the lighter side, so I wouldn't recommend coming extremely hungry because the preset menu may not be enough for a full meal. I ordered the donuts and they told me it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare them. When I finally received my order, I couldn't believe what they looked like. They were lumpy, poorly made, and tasted underbaked, they looked and tasted like they had been thrown together with no care at all. On top of that, tasted like someone had dumped an entire container of sugar into my cup. The donuts tasted awful just a dense, doughy mess overloaded with sugar. They were practically inedible. I honestly don't understand how anyone could serve food like this to customers. After waiting 20 minutes in an empty shop, I expected fresh, high-quality donuts, not something that looked and tasted like it was made without any attention to quality. It was extremely disappointing and felt disrespectful to customers. Can you tell these are DONUTS ????????
