Unfortunately, even after bringing it up, I continued waiting while other customers' drinks were being made, including remaking a drink for someone who had just walked in. By the time I got my refund sorted out, the whole situation took around 30 minutes total. I understand mistakes happen, and I'm not trying to be a Karen, but I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be any urgency after realizing I had already been waiting so long. The croissant was even worse, as it appeared to have been microwaved and placed in a plastic container, which made the pastry sweat and turn soggy before we even had a chance to eat it. It looked and tasted like a low-grade, bulk-bought item rather than a freshly made pastry, which was particularly frustrating given the price. The only bright spot during the visit was a young man who entered from the back kitchen as I was leaving. He was the only staff member to offer a warm interaction when I said thank you for my order.
