The front desk team are always friendly and very quick to communicate any issues or problems they find, with the customer. I personally haven't had any issues with their service. I've gotten oil changes, brakes and exhaust work done with zero problems. The only issue, that isn't their fault, is the price of some Ford parts can be expensive. Some of Ford's part prices are borderline insane and the front desk team always get accused as if they're the ones who decide the part prices, which I feel bad for. Besides that, I can't recommend these guys anymore. Hopefully in the future they can get a bigger waiting area!

I have a 2009 car I get checked every other year just to find out priority items to get fixed to keep it running another year or two. I called and told them that was my goal - if it was your car, give me a prioritized list of items that are must fixes. Rep suggested scheduling an oil change and they would do a full inspection. I thought I was dealing with a local shop where I would have a personal relationship/discussion with the guy doing the inspection. Not the case. At drop off there was a guy at a desk who took my keys and I was then emailed a laundry list of items to fix that totaled $7,000. I immediately knew this wasn't what I was looking for - even dealerships do a personal consultation with you explaining the work required and why it is needed and the impact/risk of not getting it done. I declined any service and took to a smaller shop local mechanic who did exactly as I asked - advised me on what he would fix if it was his car - the two urgent items to keep my car healthy. Those two items cost me $1,600 - Dynamic's estimate for those same two items was $4,000. Nice people, but for my use case and way of working, Dynamic was not what I needed.

During Covid, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Fitzway said they would fix it with no charge. When they supposedly fixed it, they did not replace the broken hydraulic arm that opens and closes the glove compartment. They left it with one arm, which worked for a while. They never told me to come back when the part came in for the arm. They just said they fixed it. Now my glove compartment is sitting on my car floor. This is how I found out that they never replaced the hydraulic arm.
