The employees are all intelligent, professional and well trained. I have taken several vehicles to them for oil changes and for VA state inspections. I completely trust them with my 2004 BMW M3 and my wife's 2005 BMW 530i and our FJ Cruiser. I also take my motorcycles there for inspections. They are always very careful and thoughtful about the work they perform. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they work quickly. They do not use high pressure sales tactics (like other Salem oil change places) to sell new wipers, air filters, etc. I really like this shop and the friendly, honest people that work there. I am particularly troubled by what appeared to be disparities in how certain employees were treated, as well as hiring decisions that, in my opinion, did not always prioritize the most qualified candidates. These observations are based solely on my personal experiences and perceptions. I intend to discuss these concerns directly with Mike and management.
