The employees are all intelligent, professional and well trained. I have taken several vehicles to them for oil changes and for VA state inspections. I completely trust them with my 2004 BMW M3 and my wife's 2005 BMW 530i and our FJ Cruiser. I also take my motorcycles there for inspections. They are always very careful and thoughtful about the work they perform. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they work quickly. They do not use high pressure sales tactics (like other Salem oil change places) to sell new wipers, air filters, etc. I really like this shop and the friendly, honest people that work there. Featuring Pennzoil products, I use full synthetic in my cars. Highly recommended!

Everyone was very professional and I had no problems. It was very smooth and easy. I believe I was there for less than 10 minutes. The inspector didn't show up and the District Manager couldn't make it in to replace her. Same thing happened last year. I asked to speak to the owner. Said they would give him my number but couldn't give me his number. I had been told at 8:03 AM that the inspector "was on her way"! What a joke of a business so crucial to car owners. One year I got an inspection there. The inspector brought me an estimate that said it would take $382 to get my car to pass inspection. After he showed it to me, he said, "You want me to go ahead and fix everything"? I told him to just put a Did Not Pass sticker on it. He did and I left. Went to another inspection station and car passed.

One of them walked away, never glancing toward me while the other mechanic started scrolling on his phone. This was rude and disrespectful, and I will never take my business here again.
