We purchased one of these grills through Lowe's in December of 2025. We discovered on 03/29/26…read morewhen we tried to use the grill for the first time (because who grills in the cold of winter?) that the delivery people had not assembled the grill correctly and left parts unconnected. The delivery company (XDT) refused to address the problem, so we contacted Chargriller customer service. They were absolutely useless and unhelpful and refused to send any technician to fix the problem. As a result, we are now going to have to return what is probably a perfectly good grill to Lowe's, and they will lose a sale. The customer service representative was snippy and totally unhelpful. I have nothing but a very bad taste in my mouth now for the Chargriller company and strongly discourage anyone from buying their products.

Although my instinct told me I'd likely be looking at the Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe options I had lots of concerns so I had lots of due diligence to do. There's no doubt if this was going to be a permanent solution at home the range of grills to choose from would be much larger however my challenges were the extreme weigh of the ceramic option and also it ability to travel well without breaking and in the beck of my mind I was thinking do I really want to wrestle the weight of a ceramic grill while camping. The grill I am replacing has a 14" diameter grate which has never been an issue when cooking for the two of us so the Char-grilled Akorn Jr quickly became the one I was leaning towards, this steel Kamado weighs in at approximately 33 lbs vs nearly 127 pounds of a similar size ceramic grill and the cost, the Akorn Jr in blue was $169 vs the 14" ceramic models start at $577 plus I eliminate the risk of a fracture while driving down the road and probably saved my back down the road. This little grill arrived nicely package and undamaged - after opening the box and inspecting and verifying all the parts and hardware were included. I started the assembly process. I only needed a medium flat blade screw driver (a 7/16" nut driver or socket would work well too) to complete the assembly. I finished the job in about 20 minutes after following the simple directions and illustrations, all the parts aligned and fit together precisely. After registering my purchase online I was ready to fire this baby up and get her seasoned - the initial firing worked perfectly, the dual dampers enabled me to get it up to 400 degrees and maintain that temperature for an hour after oiling up the grates and reinstalling them. My first impression after throwing a few pieces of chicken on to test her out is that I like it and although I wouldn't expect it to last a lifetime I think for the cost it's a great value especially for anyone just getting into this style of cooking and this is definitely the perfect solution for the RV - no regrets here...

The best quality outdoor furniture at the best value from the best people. I just got tired of…read morebuying outdoor furniture and things that only last a couple years even with me trying to take care of them. So I decided to shop for high quality furniture and the very first thing apparent here is that every single thing they offer is of the highest quality and I fully expect it to last a long time. We are already off to a great start with what I purchased. On first visiting I had sticker shock just because I never shopped for high quality furniture before. But once I visited other high quality furniture stores, I know they do offer some very good prices here. Some sets were more than $1,000 cheaper than what I believe to be the same thing that I saw at other stores. So not only is it high quality, it's a great value. All that is well and good. The greatest advantage of shopping here is the people. They are the nicest and friendliest people you could ever meet. It's a family run business and every person we met showed true and genuine customer service but not only can you can tell they're very passionate about what they do but they are experts as well. This was a big decision for me and I made a lot of trips in and as I worried it probably was looking like I was window shopping or never going to buy. They still treated me the same on every single trip in. They spent as much time with me as I wanted. In the end we decided on an excellent set that we love, but more importantly I've almost never made a purchase that I felt as good about than I have buying from Casual Image. Lastly, what really made it worth it was the delivery. The fact that everything came assembled and in perfect condition and the delivery drivers put it exactly where I wanted was incredible care and showed the same great friendly customer service that made me feel amazing. I will always suggest casual image to anyone looking for a better outdoor furniture experience.

Approximately 60 days ago, we had a bedroom fireplace gas starter that stopped working properly. They assigned a technician. They rescheduled multiple times, claiming to have car trouble, busy schedules, etc. They finally showed up and I was very uncomfortable with the service tech. After inspecting the unit and climbing into our attic, he showed us a video of our chimney and told us the home had been improperly built by our custom builder 16 years ago. So, he told us they would need to cut into our drywall and conduct a major renovation to get the unit to work. We have had our fireplaces serviced and no one else ever told us there were major issues and fire hazards, etc so I just didn't believe his video and told my husband I was concerned the rep might have even created damage to drive up a bill. The rep later reached out to schedule a follow up and we declined service because we just didn't trust them. A month later these people put a $250 lien on our home as a service/trip charge. Who does business like this? Send us a bill. Call us, but no one with any level of integrity or customer service, puts a lien on a home just because you're angry we didn't fall for your trumped up sales pitch to conduct thousands of dollars of unnecessary work at our home. Contractors often walk into nicer homes and inflate pricing, etc because they assume homeowners will just pay for it. In more than 30 years of homeownership, we've dealt with many businesses and I agree with what other reviewers on Angi, etc said about this company, 'they have to be the worst company in Atlanta'. No one has ever placed a lien on any of our homes. Ever. We took a chance and used this firm as they were one of few listed to provide replacement parts for our fireplace. Please don't take a risk and trust these people. They have no integrity! Such a horrendous experience in every way.
