So much so, that I had to park at a neighboring business. The event was free. There were grilling demonstrations and samples of items from various vendors including seasonings and sauces. The store itself was huge and had everything that a cook needs. Various brands they carry included Ruffoni, ZWillling, Yeti, Heston, Le Creuset etc. they had rows and rows of spices, seasoning and sauces. There were many grills to choose from as well. I had a great time at the event and I look forward to returning and purchasing items to add to my cookware collection.

I am an experienced home cook and know how to properly care for wood products, but despite appropriate care the board began separating at the glued seams. I brought it back to the store expecting some level of support or a replacement discussion. Instead, I was told the store only guarantees products for 30 days and that I should contact the manufacturer myself. No assistance was offered beyond that, and they did not offer to help identify or write down the manufacturer information. For a store that positions itself as upscale and specialty focused, this was a missed opportunity. Standing behind the products you sell and helping customers navigate quality issues is part of the value proposition. While still in the store, I found several cutting boards I liked. Rather than purchasing them there, I ordered the same boards on Amazon instead. That decision was driven entirely by the lack of customer support. I will not be returning.

Problem was that the construction guys needed the grill on site that same day for measurement purposes. After searching online for local companies that sell high quality grills, I came across Kettle and Grates. Spent 30 minutes reviewing the K&G website and then called Tony for advice. We decided on a grill, Tony took my credit card information over the phone, and he delivered the grill a couple of hours later... just in time for the crew. Just fantastic service. And if that wasn't enough, when we discovered a small manufacturing defect upon installation, Tony came out the next business day to replace the part... no questions asked. We discovered on 03/29/26…read morewhen we tried to use the grill for the first time (because who grills in the cold of winter?) that the delivery people had not assembled the grill correctly and left parts unconnected. The delivery company (XDT) refused to address the problem, so we contacted Chargriller customer service. They were absolutely useless and unhelpful and refused to send any technician to fix the problem. As a result, we are now going to have to return what is probably a perfectly good grill to Lowe's, and they will lose a sale. The customer service representative was snippy and totally unhelpful. I have nothing but a very bad taste in my mouth now for the Chargriller company and strongly discourage anyone from buying their products.

So I decided to shop for high quality furniture and the very first thing apparent here is that every single thing they offer is of the highest quality and I fully expect it to last a long time. We are already off to a great start with what I purchased. On first visiting I had sticker shock just because I never shopped for high quality furniture before. But once I visited other high quality furniture stores, I know they do offer some very good prices here. Some sets were more than $1,000 cheaper than what I believe to be the same thing that I saw at other stores. So not only is it high quality, it's a great value. All that is well and good. The greatest advantage of shopping here is the people. They are the nicest and friendliest people you could ever meet. It's a family run business and every person we met showed true and genuine customer service but not only can you can tell they're very passionate about what they do but they are experts as well. This was a big decision for me and I made a lot of trips in and as I worried it probably was looking like I was window shopping or never going to buy. They still treated me the same on every single trip in. They spent as much time with me as I wanted. In the end we decided on an excellent set that we love, but more importantly I've almost never made a purchase that I felt as good about than I have buying from Casual Image. Lastly, what really made it worth it was the delivery. The fact that everything came assembled and in perfect condition and the delivery drivers put it exactly where I wanted was incredible care and showed the same great friendly customer service that made me feel amazing. I will always suggest casual image to anyone looking for a better outdoor furniture experience.

I'm a life-long customer! *I might not have liked to hear what Ms. Miller had to say about ventless gas logs - but I sincerely appreciated her being honest and upfront with me about everything I would need to do to bring my set-up to code if I wanted to switch to them.
