I've been to the nail salon now a few times and have been holding off to provide a review until now. The first time I had to wait over an hour and then my pedicure was messed up. I kindly emailed and they scheduled a time to have it fixed which I appreciated. The service is pretty inconsistent with either the timing or quality of service. I recently came in for a gel manicure and again they were running behind. The person I've seen a couple of times let me know the staff was supposed to call me. Someone else stepped in to take care of my gel manicure but only a week later and it's peeling off. The staff are very friendly. Kristy does a really nice job on nails. The issue is that it can't be expected to wait very long to be seen and also for the quality to be inconsistent, especially with their prices being so high. Again it's a very friendly environment so if they can fix the scheduling and have the quality be more consistent, it's really a great spot. read more

While the matcha strawberry cream drink was amazing, my experience here was really disappointing and quite uncomfortable for me. I had ordered the large iced strawberry matcha which was over $8, an already steeply priced drink. However I was really excited to try and the cashier had seemed nice during ordering. After a long wait, which I understood as they were busy when we had ordered, she handed me the small drink. I politely let her know I had ordered the large to which she told me it was a miscommunication and she rung me up for the small. And that's it. No offering to fix the order whatsoever. I visibly looked confused and a bit uncomfortable as I had known what I had ordered and felt it weird for her to assume it was my fault and make no attempt to remedy the situation. Once she noticed I was uncomfortable she offered me a pastry instead of fixing my drink, which didn't make all that much sense to me. But I said thanks and left. Upon leaving, I realized I should go back and try once more to politely let her know I did in fact pay for the bigger drink. So I went back and once again kindly let her know I had paid over $8 for the drink and knew I had ordered a large to which she then remade the drink. While I appreciated the gesture, it only came as a result of me going out of my way to correct it two times. I was honestly really disappointed and have not had experiences like this at other cafes. While the drink was great, the experience really turned me off for having to ask multiple times to receive the drink I had paid for. read more

I cannot say that I love this place enough. The entire location is super cute. I have had a few of the drinks and pastries from the cafe and they are always delicious. Both my husband and I come and see Kateryna for the premium dry pedicure and let me tell you...definitely not a traditional pedicure as you'd expect. It is so much better. At different locations I always developed ingrown and painful nails. Here those are a thing of the past. I now leave with super smooth feet and cute toes with no pain. read more

The happiest people on earth must all work here! I have been both a yoga class with baby and a manicure with baby and a friend and I had the most spectacular experiences. From the individuals I spoke with to book my appointments to the instructors, baristas and nail techs I was always given the upmost kindness. The customer care is without a doubt the most amazing I've experienced! The yoga class was stellar, a surprisingly peaceful class with great energy ( even when the children are a bit stir crazy) the instructor made the class fun and put the moms at ease. Definitely signup and take a class with your baby, it's a great time! The second time, I had the pleasure of getting a hard gel manicure from Taylor. She was so sweet and did a wonderful job. Although they do have a day care area for kiddos, I still have anxiety at the thought of leaving my little one. And of course, my baby was not having it one bit that day but Taylor made me feel relaxed and eased me of my panic. Lullabar was an amazing venue for my daughter's baby shower. We rented the entire space (except the nail salon) for a sunday in July and the venue was perfect for our roughly 45 person event. You get the patio, the coffee bar, and all the seating and normal decor that comes with the space, so decorating was not really needed for the shower! Our point of contact for the day, Alexis, was so supportive and amazing - making sure we had everything we needed, helping us set up extra tables, and also getting ready for the coffee bar for the event. We had 2 baristas for the event, allowing for everyone to get a drink or two during the shower. The strawberry matcha beverage was a huge hit, so make sure you get that during their normal shop hours! We were allowed to use the studio room as a storage spot as well, which was great with the bags and extra supplies we needed for the event. Overall, we could not have been happier hosting my daughter's baby shower at Lullabar and will definitely be considering the venue again in the future for any events we host as a family. I came on an early Monday afternoon to a very busy parking lot. I was lucky to find parking. I was welcomed by a few smiling and happy faces at the front desk. I didn't have a nail appointment to go to (hopefully in the near future) so I went straight to the cafe. I was really hoping for an iced tea. I was told that they didn't have any and was directed to their matcha lattes. I asked for a recommendation and I went with it- strawberry matcha latte. It was delish and it had pretty little flowers that floated on top of the foam/cloud/latte. For a cafe in a relatively warm area, I would really like to see iced tea or Agua Fresca on the menu, something refreshing. I paired my latte with a morning bun that was all flaky, buttery, and cinnamon sugar goodness. I was here for an hour working on a personal development project. It was not too noisy and not too many people. A great atmosphere to get work done, even if I forgot my headphones. I saw a good mix of women with and without kids. I had an amazing and relaxing manicure with Sydney. It was my first time at Lullabar and I love their business concept. I didn't bring my 7 year old but definitely would have leveraged their on site childcare if they were around a few years ago! I ordered a deliciously addicting (warrants its own visit) strawberry matcha and they kindly brought it over while I had my manicure. The ambiance is beautiful and peaceful (vs typical nail salons which feel more rushed)- this is definitely a "treat yoself" spa like experience and I loved it! Sydney was awesome- very detailed and skilled and I loved my manicure. I visited with my daughter and booked an hour in the play area. She had a great time and loved playing with the other children. The small touches are nice like the stroller parking and extra socks if you forgot to pack some. The space is beautiful, thoughtful and well done. Came here on a Friday morning around 930 with my 16 month old. I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk who offered to show me around. Things were already in full swing, a kids class was going, a beading class was in session, and a few women were getting their nails done. The cafe was probably a third full. My order was taken by a smiling and warm barista, honestly such a nice difference from most other cafes. I got a vanilla latte, which was on the milder coffee side. I also got a kids strawberry steamer which tasted like smooth strawberry oat milk. There were a few pastries and yogurts, but we opted for a prepackaged cookie bite. I would have like to had an option for a smaller sized steamer, as it was too much for my little one. We found a table in the shade. The nail techs are sweet and friendly. The coffee bar is adequate and is a relaxing place to hang out. I would give my pedicure 4 stars but the manicure was not so great. The tech didn't do anything to my cuticles so the polish needed replacing within a few days bc she left my cuticles untrimmed or pushed down. I was excited to try the Dazzle Dry bc it's supposed to be non toxic and it was a great experience to not have the salon filled with fumes. However both the nail tach and the Dazzle Dry website says it is removable with non acetone remover. This is technically true if you don't count the top coat. It is so thick that it will only come off with acetone or soaking for a very long time and working on each nail for about 15 min. The salon uses only acetone for removal so that pretty much wipes out the claim of it being a non toxic salon. Definitely wasn't worth the $150 for a mani pedi and won't be returning. read more

In one word, my experience was: tolerable. This may not be the most popular opinion, and that's OK, but this place was definitely not where someone without young children should perhaps go. From prepaying for my service when scheduling the appt, which is not the norm, to electronically signing a "consent," and what should have taken an hour or two, took almost four! The person who was in the same room as me getting her nails done had also taken her 7 or 8 year old niece with her and though my tech was somewhat inexperienced, she was definitely putting in the effort, but she and the other tech constantly had to stop doing their jobs to play with the little girl or ask her to stop getting into things she shouldn't for safety reasons. They were very kind to me and constantly apologized, so in no way did I ever think it was their fault, because ultimately, it was the responsibility of the aunt/other client to ensure her niece behaved, but she couldn't be bothered because she thought everything the little girl did was funny. Well, it wasn't and three of the four adults in that room, we're annoyed. So, aside from that, other distractions included people constantly walking by in the hallway either chasing their child/ren, pushing strollers or opening the door of the room we were in which was supposed to be "relaxing," and just looking around. Though this seems like a nice place for parents with young children who need an activity to check off their list or go somewhere for hours on end, based on my experience, it was not a place for someone like me, who simply wanted their nails done without chaos. read more

My kids keep asking to come back~ They won't change diapers but that wasn't a problem, I would just get beeped with a buzzer if there was a diaper situation.
