Is a family owned spot they're nice people Gets my nails done and I seem to like their work also have good prices

    Small interior, but not cramped.

Your typical nail salon, but here are some things that stood out to me that I liked: - It's a small place, but they didn't try to cram stations into every possible square foot. I didn't feel claustrophobic (I can't believe this is my new standard for "great nail salon", but it is what it is). - If you want mani/pedi, it appears they will do those services separate. I often want to relax by reading a book or playing a game on my phone during my pedicures, but so many places want to do your manicure simultaneously. I liked that they do it separately. - Offered many levels of services, so you can splurge if you want or go basic if you prefer. - Easy parking - Not packed to the brim / no wait. - Decent prices - "classic" pedicure was $30. The things I didn't like weren't deal breakers: - I didn't love that the nail colors were on a carousel instead of a wall. I couldn't see all the colors at once and I had to squat or bend over to see all the non-premium polishes. It wasn't easy to pick out a color, but that's because I'm indecisive about insignificant life decisions. - The woman that welcomed me didn't seem particularly excited about helping me - she almost seemed annoyed - everything was said with a deep sigh. I'll probably be back.

Not very good painted over my cuticles for gel manicure

First time visitor. The staff is nice and friendly but English not so well which is okay. When I called the gentleman quoted much low price for gel nails because upon arrival the staff presents you a brochure and it's $5-$10 more. Actual Price: $40 for just classic gel manicure $25 for classic pedicure Overall experience: not very well on painting a color of coat for gel manicures and pedicures . The older gentleman colors all the way up on the cuticles which right protocol. Probably not go back to this nail salon. Lesson learned.

Very clean and are by appointment only so you don't have to worry about the wait or crowds. Very nice and quite and do a really good job!

    Slanted toe

I'm new to the area and the salon is down the street from my place so I checked it out. My thumb on the left is longer and shaped differently than the right. They missed some spots on the side and also they filed my big toe slanted. Honestly, I think they over charged me. It was 35 for a pedi and 18 for a manicure + 2$ for the polish I chose so it should have been $55 they charged me $62. By far worst nail salon I've been to. This is some other stuff I noticed: Cons: They don't line the sink with plastic for pedicures. The massage for pedicures is not a massage and lasts about 5 min on each leg. They don't do a mask on your legs even if you do the scented pedis. (Signature) Pros: Not busy Large selection of colors Friendly

Went in as a first-time customer and paid $35 for a Shellac manicure. A lady did my nails. While she spoke little to no English, she did a perfect job. And there was no wait on a Friday at 5:30. I'll definitely go back!

    Soo many pretty gel colors!!

While the staff was friendly and professional, my nails were done poorly. Very thick toward my cuticles and started to lift quickly.

She recommended the lavender pedicure which comes with all the things, hot towel, hot stone, paraffin wax, scrub, massage, etc.. and then we added the an additional massage to the neck, back and arms.. my manicure was also great! I did the dip! Love the color and overall experience was great tho it did chip after a few days.. I'm going to give them a call when back in town and I feel confident that they will get it taken care of for me. They also have drinks of your choice. Overall Super relaxing experience:)

I came here at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Monday because of the happy hour I felt so underdressed compared to everybody that was there at a NAIL SALON. I just needed my feet and my hands done something so basic they set me upstairs. I didn't even get my feet washed or anything. They just automatically put on the paint and that was it same with my hands no massage no nothing compared to any everybody else I didn't even get a free drink or even asked if I wanted anything and I ended up spending $150 so was it worth it No. I get better service at a "hood nail salon" and pay less than this.

I am updating my review: My best friend and I visited this salon while in downtown Dallas, and…read moreoverall, it was a decent experience--but there were a few things that left us disappointed. The staff was very welcoming, and we appreciated that they told us the pricing upfront--no surprises there. The drinks were a nice touch, and the salon had a friendly and clean atmosphere. My nail tech was very kind and clearly a perfectionist. She did get a little frustrated when I moved my hand, but I could tell it came from wanting everything to be just right, which I appreciated. At one point, I told her I felt a burning sensation on one of my nails, and she immediately applied a calming spray, which helped. Unfortunately, my best friend didn't receive the same level of care. During her appointment, she mentioned that her nails felt hot while the acrylic was being applied. Her tech said that happens sometimes, which we understand, as it's not unusual. But several hours later, my friend's nails are still hurting her, and she was not offered anything to soothe the discomfort, unlike I was. It feels like her concerns weren't really addressed in the moment. Additionally, she asked for a tapered square shape, but the tech told her she should ask for coffin nails next time. We know what a tapered square looks like, so that exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive. Another reason for the rating drop is that we were charged for "length"--but we both got fairly short nails. We even posted photos because it's unclear where that extra charge came from. I'm not expecting a refund, and I understand that a salon in downtown Dallas will likely cost more, but with higher pricing should come a more consistent quality of service. While parts of the experience were positive, the discomfort my friend is still dealing with, along with the shape miscommunication and unclear pricing, made this visit fall short of expectations.
