We were finally in town to try taco Tuesday. We were not disappointed! We tried each taco & my favorite was the Mahi Mahi & fried shrimp. A mango sauce came with one of the them & it works really well with the seafood tacos. Go early it gets really busy around 6pm. We will definitely go back for tacos & the hamburgers looked amazing & not your norm Go support our local business & Enjoy!

Hubby and I heard about the taco Tuesday specials and had to try it out. We ordered the fried mahi-mahi, grilled shrimp and fried shrimp taco on the fried flour tortilla. We were not a fan, sorry to say. These were super dry and rubbery. They have a decent menu, might try some other items. Happy hour only on Thursdays. The drinks were kind of pricey. Friendly staff and clean.

They have a inside and outside patio with fire pits. Pups are allowed in both.

We were looking for a place with air conditioning and cold drinks, and after checking Google reviews, this restaurant stood out because of its convenient location and positive ratings. Since it was a busy "Summer Springs Sunday," there was a wait for tables. However, as a party of two, we were able to find seats at the bar right away. I enjoyed a Snow Capped Cider, while my son ordered a Lemonade Sour. Both drinks were refreshing after spending time outdoors. For food, I ordered the Hatch Brat with fries. The brat was flavorful, but it had more cheese than I would have preferred, and the fries seemed undercooked. My son chose the Nashville Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. He described it as average, and unfortunately, his fries were also undercooked. Our server and bartender, Josephine P., was friendly and efficient throughout our visit. The restaurant offers both indoor and patio seating. Guests should note that several Patio rules are posted near the entrance, and a no-public-restroom policy. The menu is fairly vast , with a solid selection of local beers available. There is also a 2% fee for credit card transactions. The location is convenient, situated right near the Manitou Bathhouse. While our meal was somewhat mixed, the service, atmosphere, and beverage selection were positives. If I return, I would be interested in trying a different menu item. Overall, this was a pleasant stop during a hot summer day in Manitou Springs. The cool indoor atmosphere, quality drinks, excellent service from Josephine, and convenient location made for an enjoyable experience. Although the food did not completely meet our expectations, there were enough positives that I would consider returning and exploring more of the menu in the future.

You must get the blistered shishito peppers, you get a large basket of them and they pair perfectly with the dipping sauce - basically addictive. There is public parking across the street and it was $6.99 for two hours. Cute interior! They do warn you the kitchen is very small and it will take some time to make good food, so be prepared to be patient. We ordered a hummus tray as we were starving and that came out quickly and was tasty. It does come with hummus and tzatziki sauce. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was very tasty and the coleslaw was excellent as well I ordered the Southwest quinoa salad with added grilled chicken, I did ask for a 2nd serving of chimichurri sauce, and it was very tasty My niece had the veggie burger and she said it was very good- It was huge and she had to take half of it home. The craft beers were very tasty and I had a glass of wine as I'm not much of a beer drinker They do have a cute outdoor patio as well. Service was attentive, and if we were in the area would definitely be back. Total bill was about $130 before tip and included a total of four entrées, five beers and a glass of wine The menu both for beer and food is QR code so I have uploaded the food menu so you can see what they have. My understanding is the beers to change on rotation.

The ambiance was woodsy, but appropriately modern for a mountain restaurant. The food is a special find in the region. If average was a restaurant, this place would be the poster child. I only give it 3 stars because of the service, the food was a solid 1-2 stars. Bland, as average as it gets. The chicken in the chicken tacos had no texture. It was mush! So bad. The special chicken fried steak was exceedingly average at best. The waitress, Erica, was awesome, and that was the highlight. The food was just awful to average. Drinks were good though, because they came out of a can. So disappointing, we really were excited to try it. Just keep driving by it, up or down the mountain there is way better offerings in the area. Ambiance was awesome, right in the stream with humming birds flitting about.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. However today was the first time we decided to come during the summer. It's just too busy with tourists in the summer. The seating is all outside which I didn't think would be good. We like to come during the offseason when there are less tourists. All the seats are indoors and quite cramped but cozy. So today we decided to see if there was a wait. Yes there was but only about 20 minutes. Turns out the outdoor seating is great, almost like one of those rainforest restaurants except this is all natural. The food was great as always. The staff was comprised of the normal folks who are here in the winter plus a few people that I have never seen before. They all busted their butts to make sure it was a good experience. Keep in mind this is a very small town with limited resources. I'm extremely impressed with the level of service we received. To top it all off there was a guy there with his guitar named Phil Volan. Phil added another level of ambiance that I didn't expect. If you are planning on a visit be prepared for a wait but you should have a memorable time.
