Went with my family today and it was amazing!they have the best lemonade I have ever had it's called summer time lemonade. I got the burger which is massive and it's the first time where I felt like I underpaid for my meal. The burger was thicker than a hockey puck. Lots of sauces you can pick from which I tried the Memphis belle and it was amazing. The service is super quick super helpful! The restaurant is very clean and each table had paper towers at every table. Everyone left full and happy!

It may not be Texas, but it's the closest thing in Colorado for the homesick. Fantastic BBQ in a pro-freedom atmosphere that makes the food taste even better. Be warned, it's expensive, but still worth the price. Some of the best cornbread west of the Mississippi. For the win: Brisket, Jalapeño sausage, cole slaw, and potato salad.

I love this military/first responder themed BBQ restaurant. I was surprised despite how pro military they were, they didn't offer any sort of discount. They however redirected me to sign up for their online program which emailed you a free sandwich after a few business days which was a nice touch. The ordering was fast and easy. Service was friendly and the food tasted great. The brisket was my favorite and I wish their portions were a little bigger for what you're paying. Corn bread was moist and the greens were tasty. I eventually came back after they emailed me for a free sandwich and they honored the coupon which was nice to see. I'll be coming back to try the rest of their BBQ meats in the near future.

Military theme bbq restaurant. We loves jalapeño cheddar sausage, pulled pork, black plate (special rotation dishes ex. Hawaiian smoked ribeye). Highlighted by 6 different bbq sauces from Texas, Smokey mountain, Kansas, Kentucky... They are all different & delicious. I also love their refreshing tea and lemonade. Service is fast & attentive. When the supervisor knew we have to seat outside. He offered to give us extra bbq sauce right away.

Single meat and two great sides. Cheesy potatoes are worth it.

Great all around. Great service, awesome meats and excellent sides. Thick cuts of meat. I really liked the variety of sauces. Worth driving too if it's far for you.

Yikes. What a lunch - pricey, salty, overcharged meal and a service fee on top of it all. Placed an order for the chopped brisket sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. Asked for a cup for water and was charged for an XL meal deal. My fault for not checking my receipt, but $34 for two was a bit much. I thought my brisket sandwich was the best offering out of everything. The meat was tender and the sauce was very tasty. The mac and cheese was a bit dry to me and seemed to lack some flavor. My wife's order to me was very salty. The pulled chicken had a tougher bark/skin with a lot of salt seasoning. Her French fries while fresh cut seemed also to be a bit on the saltier side as well. Won't be venturing back to Mission BBQ which is too bad as I did enjoy the restaurants military/first responder themes.

Went in for lunch on a Saturday. The place was considerably busy for only just opening. The cashier was very friendly and explained the menu to us. Basically they have certain meats available by the pound. There's special deals to get 2 or 3 meats, but everything on the menu is ala carte. We ordered the pulled pork and smoked cheeseburger. We also ordered baked beans, coleslaw, and cheesy potatoes as our sides. The pulled pork was tender, flavorful, and had a nice smokey flavor. The cheeseburger didn't have much of a smokey flavor and only tasted ok. Nothing to write home about. The cornbread that came with our meals was a little dry and too overcooked on the bottom. The cheesy potatoes were good. I really wished they had potato salad on the menu instead. The coleslaw was ok, a little bland and underdressed. The baked beans tasted good and went well with the burger. The sauce selection on the table was pretty good. I enjoyed the Memphis Belle, Tupelo Honey Heat, and St. Louis Red. All the sauces had their own sweetness and spice. Honestly, it was so bizarre to have to stand up at attention in the middle of eating lunch to sing to the national anthem. It's incredibly off putting, especially with everyone's judging glares at you if you don't sing or have your hand on your heart. The food is mediocre at best and the cherry on top is the awkward national anthem mid dining experience. So, if that's not your cup of tea, best to avoid this place altogether. There's better BBQ places in town that don't make you pledge your allegiance to the United States in the middle of your meal.

I have to thank the team who was working today. You really blessed me with wonderful service. I came in uniform on my way to the office and I arrived a tad early, prior to opening. They called over and let me in anyways. They then proceeded to bless me with amazing food and constant care & service while I enjoyed the delicious chicken and brisket. I feel positively rejuvenated, nourished, and with a happy full belly. This location is wonderfully clean, and the staff is all smiling and cheerful for a thursday! It's been a bit since I had decent BBQ and MissionBBQ had me set up! Thanks for the experience today, I will ensure I return with more troops to share in what I had today.

I cannot say enough great things about Mission BBQ! Everything I was hoping that my family would experience in Texas with BBQ, Mission delivered on and so much more. As soon as you walk in, your senses are greeted with the smell of mouth watering Smokey BBQ. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is quite inviting. The young lady that took our order walked around the counter and explained the menu and ordering for us. No one in my family had eaten traditional BBQ. We tried all of their meats (5 in total), and almost all of their sides. Everything was fantastic. I have no complaints about anything. The lemonade and sweet tea were also very good and refreshing. Sally was an absolute doll! I am not certain what her position is here, but she really went way above and beyond to ensure we had a five star experience. My 15 year old son was begging her to talk to the owners to bring this place to California. Everything was fantastic!

So being in Colorado Springs, Rudy's was calling. Ordered half pound of moist brisket, 1/4 lb pulled pork, Cole slaw, corn on the cob, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. The order taker was very nice and polite and ordering was quick and easy. There was a bar with pickles, onions, jalapeños, etc. regular and sissy sauce at the table(you don't need it on the brisket). The Cole slaw..well it was Cole slaw. My wife loved the corn on the cob. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. The brisket was just amazing. Juicy, tender without being mushy, and a deep Smokey flavor. And the bark...my lord....so delicious. I was very very happy. Def in a moist brisket coma afterwards. Only disappointment was the deserts. Not very good. Wife did not like the banana pudding and the cobbler crust had zero crunch..like it was soft. I probably would not order that again. But overall super happy! You guys ever want to put one in Los Angeles or OC? Other out of states chains have done well...notably Portillos (Chicago based beef sandwich chain) in Buena Park. You'd blow everyone else out of the water(though I haven't tried Heritage in South OC).

First off, the interior is really fun and interesting. I sat at the bar. The selection of small batch locally made beer was impressive. I ended up getting an orange blossom beer that was suggested by the bartender. So good!! I wasn't very hungry so they let me order the child's plate and I got brisket. The server suggested I try the red beans and rice. I was a little skeptical because I've spent a lot of time in New Orleans, and had some of the best. I was so impressed, I almost wished that I had just ordered a bowl of beans and rice. The brisket was really tender as well. Very friendly service and food appeared in minutes after I ordered. The smell of smoked meat hit me the second I stepped inside, and I knew I was in for a good time. I grabbed a seat on the patio, where string lights twinkled and a local band was warming up. The brisket came out tender with a perfect bark, and the pulled pork melted like it had something to prove. The burnt ends were the real show-off, though--crispy, smoky little bites of joy. Even the sides had personality, especially the spicy slaw that snuck up on me. Service was friendly and easygoing, like everyone there was happy just to be surrounded by barbecue and good vibes. Parking was a little tight, and there was a short wait, but between the music and the beer list, I didn't mind a bit. It wasn't flawless, but it was flavorful, fun, and full of character--just the kind of place that makes you want to kick back, loosen your belt, and stay a while. Solid four stars and a full stomach to prove it.

The folks that were doing the meat smoking and taking orders were all SUPER FRIENDLY even though they were also working so diligently to get orders prepared and customer orders ready. The food! We ordered so much food. We'll be eating BBQ all weekend. We got a pound of brisket. This was smart because damn, it's delicious! I love that they cut it thick. Its perfectly smoked and not too fatty, though they also sell a moister brisket too. We got a full rack of pork ribs too! This is a lot, but also absolutely phenomenal taste and chew! Perfectly smoked! We got potato salad, coleslaw and beans. All fantastic and at an affordable price. We couldn't pass up the cobbler and got both the peach and the bourbon pecan cobblers.
