I love the Maids. With coronavirus, we had to halt service for a while and boy, I'm feeling it. It's been three years and they always send my team. I have to make sure to communicate to the team leader (Rosalinda, I love you!) whenever there is an issue or occurence I'd like not to happen again, and it's all good. Communication is key for everything, anyway. Prices go up every year due to inflation and they go up at a reasonable rate. The price is very fair, I definitely like I'm getting a great value. Things go better when I'm there to move furniture around and we have less clutter (if we were tidier, we wouldn't need help! Haha!). Josh is also great. I highly recommend The Maids. read more

Not recommended for moving cleaning. They charge hourly and this team take their sweet little time even though we were there watching them work. They work so slow. Of course the given time will not be enough to finish the job. There were few things we mentioned that had to be done for sure and they werent done at all. This company was super helpful and incredibly nice. The guy on the phone was friendly and honest, and a very peppy sounding guy, which was nice to hear someone loving their job via their voice. The ladies and the guy who came to clean my apt at move out did an amazing job. They were super friendly and amazingly quick. I have 3 dogs and they cleaned up my place, and worked really hard when they did it. They were incredibly friendly while there and literally worked up a sweat, because they were working so hard. The quality of work was mediocre at best. They required hand holding to make sure everything was done and done correctly. They seemed pretty experienced as 'do-over' work to get it right the second time around. I would not recommend if they are left un-monitored to do the work. read more

The corporate people are so friendly and the crew always seem to be in a happy mood which tells you they are treated right. I really like how they adjust to my schedule when I have something come up and after I left my last home they did a move-out clean that made that home look better than if ever did. I was paying another gal to clean my house but these ladies outdid her by a longshot! I have to say I was quite surprised by how thorough these gals were. They even cleaned the lights in the bathrooms and the vents. Joshua was very professional and called me the day before and the gals (Virgie was the boss of this crew) called and said they were on their way in traffic but would be here in about 5-10 minutes. Virgie and her gang of power cleaners did everything I asked for and more. They even made up the bed in my office although I didn't ask for that. Such wonderful group of ladies. Based on the working relationship we have, I highly recommend the Maids due to the efficient communication, willingness to understand & accommodate, and most importantly, the relationship they aim to establish with their cleaning & customer service. We get notified via text message, which was a phone call before (but with my busy schedule, the text message works best) letting us know that the next service is coming up with the Maids ETA. I have used the maids for a couple of years. I have a cleaning done once a month. I request and get Clement and team. Having the same group each time is great. They get to know the house and where dust and dirt get in, and they know what my preferences are. They take pride in making my home sparkle. I hired The Maids for the first time and they did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them. The Maids cleaned our apartment so well that it looked better than when we first moved in 20 years ago. Our kitchen was spotless, they cleaned the counters, our older stove, the floor, and our refrigerator. The Maids cleaned our dirty screens, so clean and our blinds too. I was especially pleased with our bathroom. The sink had older dark stains but The Maids cleaned our sink so well, they made our sink and stainless steel facet look brand new. Our bathtub also was very clean. The Maids cleaned our floors and rugs and they too were spotless. They cleaned our closet doors and removed the dirt. They dusted and vacuumed. Our bedrooms were immaculate. When I walked into our apartment right after they cleaned, it felt so good and it lifted my spirits. My experience with the Maids was less than satisfactory. I was looking for a good bi-weekly cleaning service that I trusted, but this was just not it- for the price. The first visit, they were quite thorough- but it lasted an hour and I paid so much more for this visit than all the other visits, even if they length of time they are there was the same. However, after the first visit- I discovered that 2 of my bathroom mirrors had been broken off the hinges and one of the mirrors was crushed in the corner- likely from them breaking it open because they didn't know how to open it and then trying to jam the mirror back into place. The mirror was so obviously broken, and no one said anything. I immediately called the place to tell them about it- and they scheduled someone to come and look at it. Someone did come look at it- and they offered to replace it once they ordered the proper mirror- but that never happened and it is months later. So now, that will be coming out of my security deposit. It is such a hassle to call them back to reschedule that I almost don't even want to bother. The next few times they came, the job that was done was okay but nothing special. I could have done this work myself. I was hoping for something super thorough- something I don't have time for or feel like dedicating my precious free time to do. The price they charge is astronomical for the quality of the cleaning. The maids themselves were decently nice- the team leaders in particular. No one else from the crew was very friendly though. Overall, I woudl not recommend this place, and I have no interest of hiring them back. read more

Awarding this one star is being too generous. This company fails to follow simple directions. I tell them to contact me on the cell phone but they continuously used a different phone number I specifically requested them not to use. First, when scheduling I requested a specific time. The representative said that he could not accommodate my time constraint and I should go elsewhere. I was a confused when this scheduler suggested I take my business elsewhere. I was put on hold for a few minutes when rep says he can accommodate my time. It's as if the estimator, scheduler, field operative, and cleaners DO NOT FULLY communicate to each other to relay what clients request. It was such a horrible experience over the phone that I had to cancelled the reservation. read more
