Love that Arsenal Yards has its own movie theater (free parking). There are restaurants and shops in the yards which you can visit before/after the movie to make for a nice outing. It's a little pricey--$16 for an adult ticket and around $20 for both a small popcorn and a small soda. They also have a bar and hot food items (nachos, mozzarella sticks, etc.) but we didn't order either. The bar seemed to feature signature drinks for different movies which was cool. Seats are very comfortable--they are leather recliners. We were in the second row up front and was able to lean far enough back to have a comfortable view. It's a classy theater, and still small enough to feel intimate. Would definitely come back!

I managed to walk bye the theater as I was walking around looking for something to eat. The Northerman caught my attention so I walked in and purchased a $15 ticket then left to get dinner. When I came back I was not really sure where to go. No real signage and or direction but I found my way in. The theater itself is nice. Did not visit the concession stand as I ate an entire small pizza from Pepe's Pizza and was in a coma in the reclining chair. I read some of the reviews and seen someone talking about the screen and sound. I thought the start of the movie I spent more time trying to figure it out than actually watch the movie. It blended in after I stopped thinking about it. So I guess? *Note- the movie starts at the posted time, which I actually love. As for the staffing I really didn't see any other than young lady behind the counter and the two staff people taking tickets. I felt the young lady at the ticket booth was rude. Did not have a positive attitude and did not have a good sense with interacting with her customers. Employee should know they are the first person the customer interacts with and making a good first impression will keep customers coming back. For the traveler staying in the area for a short time the theater is nice place to be entertained and chew up some time.

At peak times, the concessions fall behind demand and you'll have to wait in line for about 10 minutes. Otherwise, the theatre is clean and in a great location. Some theatres are deeper than others, so keep that in mind when selecting your seats in advance online!

Came here on a weekday morning for matinee price $13 movie, compared to others its a bit more expensive but the theater was clean and new and i enjoyed the seats so definitely was worth it. Given that it was weekday it wasn't hard to park and had no problem finding good seats. Its a relatively small theater with only about 4-6 screens and the concession stand is really big lol but I didn't give a chance of buying anything here so cannot comment on that. Overall its a good choice in the area but I would imagine it would get really crowded on weekends. I had a great time here.

Tickets are scanned on the first floor, then you head upstairs to the main lobby and cinema area. We waited in line for popcorn, but it moved quickly. Unfortunately, they were sold out of most of the Wicked merch--only one tin was left--which was a bit of a bummer, but it happens. I ordered the Wicked strawberry popcorn, which was tasty, though for the price I was disappointed that the bag wasn't filled all the way. The theater itself was really nice. Our showing was nearly sold out, so the room felt lively but not overcrowded. The recliner seats felt newer and were comfortable. The screen was easy to watch since the seating is tiered and rises as you go back. From what I could tell, everything felt clean and well-kept. Overall, this is a solid theater located in the South Bay outdoor mall and a great spot for a date night.

I was wrongfully accused of trespassing, forcibly removed, and threatened with severe legal action if I did not "cooperate," despite having done absolutely nothing wrong. I was told by staff that there was footage of me previously being escorted out for disorderly conduct. This claim is completely false. I have never been escorted out of this theater, nor have I ever engaged in disorderly behavior. When I stated this, I was still treated as guilty without any proof being shown to me. The situation escalated unnecessarily due to the conduct of two employees: * A male front desk security guard (bald, Afro-Latino appearance with glasses) * A female front desk employee with jet-black short hair and a neck tattoo Both individuals acted aggressively, dismissively, and abused their authority. I was publicly embarrassed, intimidated, and made to feel unsafe. Being threatened with "serious legal consequences" over a fabricated accusation is unacceptable and alarming. This experience reflects extremely poor training, lack of accountability, and reckless misuse of authority. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, that the employees involved be properly disciplined, and that I receive follow-up from management addressing how this situation was allowed to happen. If appropriate action is not taken - including proper investigation and counsel - I will have no choice but to pursue legal action against this institution and the individuals for harassment, defamation, and emotional distress. No customer should ever be treated this way.

Imagine paying almost $20 just to sit upright the whole movie AWFUL! It was a busy rainy night, so the theater felt crowded and a little uncomfortable overall. Between everyone coming in wet from the rain and the amount of people there, it definitely wasn't the most relaxing movie experience. One thing I did think was interesting was that the popcorn is already laid out so you can walk up and grab the one you want, but unfortunately the popcorn itself was stale and just not good at all. Pretty gross and $37 later (with the drink). The escalators also weren't working, so we had to walk all the way up. I didn't mind too much because hey, extra steps for the day, but what really stood out to me was that the elevator was also out. If someone needed accessibility accommodations, that would've been a serious issue. I did like that the parking garage is directly connected to the theater which made getting in and out convenient, but overall this isn't a theater I'd rush back to.

Still, it beats the other IMAX theaters because of the comfortable seating and the buttkickers (rumbling vibrations). I met a friend there to see Godzilla v. Kong -- he had never been to a Jordan's IMAX and was surprised the seats didn't recline, but that didn't bother either of us. I was surprised that it wasn't packed for the first weekend of release but maybe it was the day before Easter, maybe it isn't as popular as I thought it would be (the movie) or maybe Natick doesn't get as much play, hard to say in one visit. But it worked to our advantage! I got in line about 30 minutes before the movie was due to start and they didn't let us in much before that. You enter from the back of the theater, which makes things much easier (in Reading you enter from the front/bottom and have to race up steps to get your seat of choice if it's packed). Otherwise, the experience was just as enjoyable. I think Reading is still my go-to, but I wouldn't hesitate to go to Natick if Reading wasn't available. It's nice to have options. We are very lucky to live in the Boston area. Oh, and I know some are put off by the lack of reserved seating, but you figure it out, just get there early if you're worried about getting the seat you want. And yes, one does have to walk through the store but several delightfully friendly sales people were happy to point me in the right direction and I didn't get too far before there was signage, so not to worry. And to the Jordan's staff, it's embarrassing that you sell such luxurious furniture in your store, while your chairs in the theater are so cramped in and uncomfortable. I so looked forward to seeing a great movie there, and when Oppenheimer arrived, I knew that was it. Instead, I left very, very disappointed. See their movies at other theaters.
