For mains, we ordered lamb shank tagliatelle and duck breast mushroom risotto. The lamb shank was tender and fall off the bone. The tagliatelle had a nice herby flavour and came with nicely char grilled veggies. The duck breast mushroom risotto was the best dish. Generous serving portion. The duck breast had crisp skin and juicy meat. The mushroom risotto.. now that was addictive. It was perfect consistency and the flavour just kept you wanting more.

It was raining cats and dogs that night but the staff took great care of us. The shrimp cocktail wasn't what we expected but it was fantastic. Everyone who ordered food was impressed with the quality and quantity of their meals - really good food and no one went home hungry. But it was the service that was the real star of the show. Every single staff member made us feel special and important. We were really impressed with everything about this place. It really deserves 4.5 stars. We will definitely return!!

Decor was very old school and kitschy which was cool, but it's extremely dark in the restaurant, so ask for a flashlight (they'll kindly give you one). We ordered garlic bread to start, butter chick with naan, and the crispy beef (which was featured on the show). Everything was absolutely delicious and came out at the perfect time. I even had leftovers for lunch the following day and they were awesome. The two of use were very satisfied and will be returning with the rest of the family next time!
